I was approached by a woman at work stating that if we handed out coupons for a week from Keinath Auto we would get free oil change coupons. She said that because I was the manager I got a coupon with a crown. So when it was time to get my oil changed I set up an appointment with Keinath Auto. I even told the man who set up my appointment that I had the coupon. Dropped my car off around 230 picked it up at 5 when they called me to let me know it was done. When I got there i gave the man my coupon he said it would still be 142 dollars. I didnt understand my coupon said Free 30$ oil change with crown. It did not say with the purchase of a crown. They never let me know this would cost me anything during making my appointment or dropping my car off. Only after it was already done did anyone say anything about 142$. I feel as if I have been ripped off. I guess find a place you can trust before letting them do anything to your vehicle.

Was told to pick up a uhaul at this location. There was not one available. The gentleman there was very kind and helpful in trying to find me another truck
