Ken Bruce is hands down the best salesman I have ever encountered. He made the car buying process a breeze!! We had such a great experience purchasing our second vehicle that within a week, we traded in our Jeep for a Buick Enclave! He made the buying and trading in process super easy!Highly recommend Ken Bruce to anyone!

We had an amazing experience with all the staff at Bell Wasik they were all very personable but I would like to give an extra big shout out to Renee! She was so amazing to work with, very understanding, knowledgeable and patient. She made our first time a great experience and eased all anxiety we had about the whole process. Thank you again! My husband and I worked with Trey! He was so helpful in finding the right fit and went the extra mile for us! He made sure we didn t settle for anything less than what we deserved! We are very thankful for his hard work in getting us a new vehicle for our family and all of ours needs were met! Thanks again!! Highly recommended working with him! Extremely disappointed with this place! I spoke with Jojo who scheduled an appointment for me for Saturday. I called prior to my appointment on Saturday to check that we would be able to walk out with a vehicle that day, she assured me I would. I leave work early, drive 2 hours to get there only to get to the dealership & sit with the finance guy for a while, meanwhile nothings progressing. I ask him again what the odds are that I would be able to walk out with a car that day, he assured me I would. After some more sitting at his desk doing nothing, he finally says they are short staffed(?) & lenders were closed at this point he would be in touch first thing Monday to wrap up the process and get me in a car. Today is now Wednesday & I never heard back from anybody. It seems that if I didn t qualify (even though I was told I did) then just be honest and say so. It s incredibly unprofessional to drag someone thru the process and then never communicate anything further-as if I ll just forget that I was trying to buy a car from you. This is an extremely disappointing way to be treated, especially considering their tag line of being the dealer for the people . Not so much, thank you for wasting my time though! I will 100% never recommend this place to anybody.

I highly recommend working with Brian and his team at Bell Wasik. Brian was very kind and welcoming on my first trip there and made the process pretty quick and easy. I had a great experience and Brian worked hard to make sure me and family drove off in a vehicle that properly accommodated us. Thank you Brian!

I called the Collision Shop to have some work done on my truck and needing a loaner. Within 2 weeks I got the call that they had the parts and had a loaner. Great job on the truck and and even delivered it to my work Saginaw , Thank you again to the Body Shop crew for a great experience.

My husband and I worked with Brian, and he was GREAT. Our car gave out on us(not a vehicle from Bell Wasik), and we came in 40 minutes from closing on a Saturday, feeling bad because it was almost closing time, but everyone there was so nice, offered beverages, and did not seem bothered in the slightest that we were in so late! Brian and the team took great care of us, and were extremely efficient during our entire process, answering all questions along the way! Highly recommend Bell Wasik!

I d give a negative star if possible, they made all these claims to get me to come in. Got up on my only day off to drive an hour. I got there and within 10 minutes found out that they had no intentions of helping. They ran my credit, then asked for a cosigner knowing I didn t have one. I even said if you can t help me don t waste my time or yours. But I reassured from Joey that they could help and was under the impression they specialize in this. Once they found out there was no cosigner I was dismissed. When I called back to complain, I again got the brush off. They don t care about my time my situation and did absolutely nothing to help. Wouldn t send my worst enemy there for anything. False advertising specialist is about all they are. Complete waste of time and no care for people time. For the people my A**!

I like to say a couple of things but it may be longer than that ....this morning I came to Bell Wasik to just look at the inventory they had....I saw a vehicle that I liked and proceeded to talk with the salesman Brian Ouderkirk about this 2018 GMC Sierra...I did my homework and so did Brian and we just kept talking about this vehicle and life in general in which Brian Wasik who does Promo's on Z93 about what they can do for you we as the people motto bis Very important to them! So as our conversation with Brian and I continued to grow the Sales manager wanted my keys.He went out and checked everything and he came back with a great trade in price to me.again the motto they use really shows how Committed they are to their valued customer and I am grateful! Trust me I have had a lot of vehicles and went to my fair share to dealerships and by Far... This place rocks! Brian Ouderkirk had alot of fun talking to us and it showed please if you are in need of a newer vehicle please ask for Brian O.. and tell him Steven Butler suggested and sent you because bi believe in him going and beyond the call of duty today! Thank you Brian and Bell Wasik for being true and honest and We as a Customer say Thank You!!!!!!

Place has gone down the drain.$100 for an oil change. Not cheap anymore!Use to be the same price as doing it myself and now they re out of their minds.The women working the collision center are also rude and never called to schedule my paintless dent removal service after I stopped in to get an estimate.Also very high estimates on other work.Would not recommend

The staff in the service department were kind and welcoming. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle in under while I waited. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. And, I left with a cleaned vehicle!

Ryan Wasik and his entire team came together to change my first experience from a 1 star to a 10 star.. if it would let me rate 10 stars.Starting from the personal phone call, to when he came greeted me..he seemed genuinely concerned that my experience with them be nothing but outstanding!!They have gone the extra mile to say the least! Don and I had some great conversation and laughs for a bit while looking for vehicles, reminded me of family, didn't feel all business. This dealership and the staff here are all extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. I want to give special recognition to Trey and Brian. Both of these gentlemen were extremely helpful and just amazing guys to have a conversation with. They both went out of there way to make sure I was happy and got the exact car I wanted. I would definitely recommend them and this dealership to anyone. If I ever come back I will only want to deal with them.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. As soon as I pulled up Brian was out side asking if I had an appointment and needed anything. He took me around to look at some different vehicles and to try to get my payments around what I could afford. Ryan in finance did a great job getting the payment closer to what I needed. I also had to leave and get my daughter from school in the middle of everything and they were great with her being there also. I would definitely refer someone.
