Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable! We stopped here on our way up north with our camper trailer and we had an emergency electrical issue. We called ahead and spoke to Frank who said he had the part we needed. When we arrived, he did everything he could to help us and went above and beyond assisting us outside even in the rain. You don t see that kind of help anymore today! We were appreciative and thankful for his assistance and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you again for the incredible service!

Came in with some warranty parts. Crystal was more than helpful. Super nice and willing to make sure I got everything I needed. Her customer service was great. She's definitely a asset to her Company. Definitely will be back because of her great attitude and willing to help people out and find out the information you need. Thanks Crystal.

I bought the back brakes and both rotors for less than $130! It was a great price and it took me less than an hour to replace them; I saved a few hundred dollars by doing it myself!

Wouldn't go there if I didn't have a commercial account. The employees I know are good but these new guys are rude and need to be gone. They're losing my business. Needed a stick of break lines yesterday I needed to see so I knew what length I needed well needless to say I left and went elsewhere because the little punk they have working there wouldn't allow me to see that and I needed two fittings. Time before that was ordering a harmonic balancer never used my commercial account and was just rude as all get out. Definitely would recommend not dealing with the younger guys because they're not professional and don't listen to the exact things the customers need. I'd rather deal with Brandon or John or the young lady who works there. These people are ruining the business they get by treating people like dirt because they can't handle their everyday job or dealing with the general population. Definitely need to change things around. Overall I've been doing business there for many years and slowly about to lose my business and about to pull the account through them!!!

Very friendly and there is never an issue taking something back that you didn't need. If you use your card for purchases and need to return something they return the money to the account. Another good thing about this place is they have a ton of inventory so you can normally go in and find exactly what you need and leave with it.

Its a very reliable retail auto parts store. Most the times they'll have parts in stock for my classic cars. Makes things run smoother if you dont have to order parts and wait for them. The loaner tool is also very convient at times. Good services all around.

I went there today because I bought a new car today and wanted to get things to protect the interior of then vehicle. I choose this place because I have always had wonderful experiences but today was a different story. I wasn t greeted by anyone and as a new car owner I had a lot of questions.One staff member was busy making jokes with a loyal customer and the others ignored me.When I was finally rudely asking if I was ready to check out ( I was waiting close to the front patiently not wanting to be rude and interrupt ), when I asked for advice I good minimal answers in return leaving me pretty frustrated. I plan on giving this place a second chance because this is the only time I have experienced this. The staff in the morning are much more friendly and helpful. It is a shame because I prefer this place over other competitors.By the way not one person bothered to move from the register to help me in the aisle where I was willing to pay top dollar for the best products available.

When I went I'm for wiper blades the staff showed me how to replace them and even came out in the freezing cold to do it without hesitation. The staff was extremely friendly and the pricing was very reasonable. The store was clean and very organized so parts were easy to find. I have nothing negative to say.

Store manager Connie Gosh is extremely rude towards customers. To the point of yelling. Definitely reaching out corporate office about her behavior. Never using this businees again. Do not recommend anyone to go there.

The way Connie handled my customer service issue made me choose never to enter this store again until she's gone! I ordered a part and was told it would be in the next day after 5 days of it will be here tomorrow it finally arrived with no phone call to let me know. I went to pick up the part and asked to speak to a manager and Connie came out. Through our conversation she took no blame for the screw up and said that it was my problem. Caro store just lost a loyal customer.

Apparently no one at this store cares about the health/lives of their customers because every employee including the manager was not wearing a mask and when I asked them if someone with a mask could assist me i was told no one there had masks. The exec order in this state REQUIRES businesses to have cashiers wear masks. Wont ever return.

Only leaving a 5 star review to tick off Jacqueline thompson because I saw her review and I'm not a fan of people who try to talk bad about places that don't act like the world revolves around them. So good job AutoZone and get a life Jacqueline.

It's a nice store with a good selection of products. However, the prices are no better than any other big box auto store, and the way the company treats people is reason enough that they'll never get my money again. Customer or employee, you're just a bank account to them.

My experience is both good and bad. My fiance and i go there all the time and sometimes they mess up on the stuff but if its wrong they wont make us pay the difference they will price match it for us.

Usually good experiences, except today . I dealt with the rudest girl I've ever run into in that business. Very disappointed, it will be a long time before I go back to that business.

Always tell ya they have it and when you get up there it's a different story. Not any better than any other parts store. Definitely slacking good communication and service.

Great services and assistance by John ran into some problems with understanding how the installation of a new piece of equipment went on the 2000 Cadillac Deville dhs caliper thankfully he was there to assist me , very appreciative of these people every time I walk into the store.
