An axle broke on my dual axle trailer coming home on a Sunday 5 miles from Steelhead. Lucas thankfully answered his phone on a Sunday! He communicated with me throughout the entire process. Him and his team did a fantastic job making it better than the original.

I called to order replacement parts for my trailer they manufactured and they asked if I would be bringing my trailer in to drop it off.I told them I lived in Ohio and the gentleman told me it would be cheaper to purchase online than for him to ship them out and took time out of his day to send me links to the parts I would need.Awesome customer service! If I lived in the UP they would definitely have my business!

I've had 2 worn out trailers refurbished and both looks great. My 4x8 ft atv trailer went from rusty junk to looking brand new.
