Pat was amazing!! It was a simple electric/ propane fridge mother board fix under warranty (propane would not light), and it took only 20 mins, but the best part was being able to talk to him while he worked and is a great guy. HE HAS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE if I never need work done. His mother, who handled the paperwork and calls, was great, too!! Hats off to the whole family and employees that work there.

Cannot say enough. Pat is professional and knowledgeable. I have a mobile grooming van that needed some work on propane system. He knew exactly what my rig needed and helped me find the part too. Will be returning for all my needs.

Pat s came to our rescue at a rest stop on I-75 on a very busy Sunday afternoon. One end of our slider awning had broken loose and he quickly got us patched up and safely back on our way.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We are so pleased with the work Pat did. Not only did he fix our AC units and slide leak, he took the time to explain everything . Before he left he went over several extra areas and made sure we knew how to handle certain problems on our own (a huge help for full time rvers).Absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing RV work. We will be calling on him again in the future for several upgrades and any maintenance needed between trips.*Bonus: Rose (office manager) was the nicest and most helpful person and went out of her way to accommodate us on a tight schedule. Very Professional service. My water heater went out in the dead of winter. Pat's worked with my warranty provider, and accommodated my request of installing a tank-less system. Had it installed within a few hours, but the control panel was faulty. They Ordered a new control panel, and Called me with frequent updates to let me know the status and gave assurances that the project would be finished as soon as the new part comes in.I HIGHLY recommend Pat's RV. They are the ceiling when it comes to professionalism.

Pat came to fix our RV furnace the same day we called and it was on a Saturday. He's very communicative and took the time to explain everything as he did it. He is very reasonable with pricing. If anything else needs fixing and we're in the area we will definitely be giving him another call.

I cannot give enough praise to this business for their professionalism, communication, and helpfulness. My family and I were about to leave on a trip and needed some things fixed and checked with our LP system. Every other RV shop told us it would be weeks to months for an appointment. After speaking with Rose, truly a pleasure by the way, she worked fervently to fit us into their busy schedule. Pat came out on a SUNDAY to fix our issue. Their prices are transparent and beyond fair, unlike the other shops that love to price gouge you for every part and labor hours. You cannot get service like this anywhere else, especially with this level of attentiveness. I would - and will - recommend this business to everyone with an RV. We will absolutely be using them for all of our RV service needs.

Patrick showed up within the hour from the time that I called got help. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was very reasonable compared to other places. He worked with my warranty so I didn t have to pay as much out of pocket. I greatly recommend this service!

Rich fixed the topper on the slide out to our motorhome. Came right to the house and did a great job taking care of the issue. I will be calling them for any problems from now on. I highly recommend their service.

We had an issue with our awning not working on a used camper we purchased. I know I would never have found the problem on my own. Patrick and his father put in many hours to make sure everything worked in time for my vacation

Called Pat and explained to him my electrical problem. Batteries not charging. He took a lot of time answering my questions. Gave me the right answer to my problem. Fuse on converter. Called and Rich was out to our campsite at Sterling State Park within hours and took care of our water leak issue without problem. Fast, friendly service, Highly Recommended!!!
