Excellent customer service and fast repair. Had a trailer chamber Air Leak on our 53 FT reefer. Delray was very helpful and roadside service came earlier than the ETA provided.Communication was efficient.Very satisfied.Right Logistics

Mechanic Joe was awesome. Professional, kind, courteous and very fast. Wish everyone was this good. All I know is that if I ever breakdown again, I hope it is here and Joe comes out. I think he went above and beyond. Started with quick fix then stuck around and asked my people if they wanted him to go get part and fix. Even though was extremely cold. 10 stars. Great job Joe

Was told by dispatch it would be 90 minutes but Joe showed up in less than 45. A good start. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the trailer and then we discussed my options. In less than an hour I was on the road heading home.Thanks Joe.

Spent all night at the TA on Dixie Hwy, they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Came here and had me on the road in 20 min. Excellent service. More than fair price.

One of the best repair shop in the town for truck and trailers. I had flatbed trailer and all of sudden it s lights stop working so i went to this shop to get it fixed and they got 5 guys on my trailer to find the problem and solved in an hour. Very reasonable price, very professional staff. Thank you for your best service.

This place is like a fresh breath of oxygen. Amongst all the crooks and con men out there it is nice come across an honest and reputable company. I highly recommend this shop !Great group of guys Ray and Pat my heroes ! A little pricey BUT so are Mercedes-Benz'sWith this shop you get what you pay for very professional, knowledgeable and reliable guys ! I was stuck on the side of the road and after they arrived they identified my issues a were able to fixe a few other things perfect shop to get repairs. I didn't feel taken advantage ofbye them, good job MTIV ! And many thanks to Ray and Pat

Worse people, did a service call on our truck, replaced the belts and it s all broken again in a few mins and they refused to fix it again. They charge unnecessarily. Rude and disgusting people. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE . SCAM SCAM SCAM

This place is great on last Sunday mike went out of his way to find me a peice of 3/4 airline I couldn't find locally and needed to repair a truck to be ready for Monday he searched and searched but didn't have it so he cut a section out of a truck out back to get me going! Highly recommended locally owned and good people! Will be back for any future needs I have!! Thanks again Mike truck was ready to roll and make money Monday morning!

I used this company to do some trailer repair. They where very prompt friendly and thorough. They didn't have power due to a storm and they still got me in and out in an hour. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs trailer repair. Thank you!!!

If I could give more stars I definitely would Mike and all the employees here are very outgoing and friendly. They do Honest and efficient work, and they won't lie to you about what they found or try to sell you something you don't need. They are fair and honest and treat you like family. Would definitely recommend anyone needing Truck and/or Trailer repair go to this place. Great job thank you .

Outstanding in every aspects! Customer service and beyond - NO DOUBT! This is only my 2nd business trip in their area and found this company as I was driving by to my project site location. From the moment I called at 8:15 am to the final completion of servicing our fleet for demobilization at 5:30 pm - they never left me unattended! A company like this deserves recognition and I highly recommend MTIV! Let's not forget that someone who is not from freezing temperatures, I found them to be pretty darn great at what they do; It's in their name - repaired 3 of my company's HD trucks and 2 unique HD specialty trailers.
