Justin and his crew did an excellent job on my van. They went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I hope I never need collision work again, but if I did, I would return to Carleton Collision. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them either.

Bought a car from Spanky, it's only been a few days so far so good though. He was really friendly even turned back around after he closed up and left to come back and show us the car which we bought. Great customer service he even bought my son dinner sweet guy!

Took my Ford Escape in two weeks later picked it up,excellent work done The crew was polite and helpful,Justin even fixed our headlight that was all dark and looked faded,now it matches the other one thank you !

DO NOT go to this place!! They are scammers! They told my husband he had to pay in cash because they can t have a paper trail for taxes. I told them we were just going to pick up the truck that day (Friday) when I showed up with a tow truck, they closed at 4pm when it clearly states on their door and online 5pm! I brought a tow truck again Monday morning at 9am when they open, they said they were charging me storage fees for the weekend AND that day!I was calm even though I would ve normally lost it, I just wanted the truck out of there! After being insulted and talked to like trash because I didn t want them to fix it for $4000 and no paper trail, he ended up charging me $175 CASH and told me he wouldn t fix it for $10,000 and to get out of his shop and never come back! I never raised my voice, swore or got nasty, I just proved him wrong! Garbage owner and shady employees!!Service: Tires

I purchased my car from Spanky back in August of 2018. Almost 22,000 miles later the car still going strong. I can definitely see myself doing business with Spanky again in the future. My only issue with the car is the airbag light has recently come on but in full transparency I have not reached out to Carlton Collision. One minor cosmetic issue with the bodywork is, I did notice after purchasing the car that is zip tie was used to hold a piece of the front fascia on. I will update this review with a picture of it once I have taken it.

so my mom & stepdad took their truck there to fix a wheel the other day, they live locally and were looking to support a small business even though they had another mechanic they prefer. they were met with a serious overcharge, told that they can only pay with cash because they didn t want anything on the books, treated with horrible disrespect, so my stepdad came to pick up the truck at 4 pm friday, if you look at google it says it s open until 5 pm, updated 9 weeks ago. he got there, they said they were closed at 4, then on monday tried to charge both overnight storage fees for keeping it over the weekend, even though he went to pick it up on time. they still charged money, forced my mom to pay with cash, and harassed her with all kinds of insults. if you re looking for a good local business to shop, this is not the one

Bought a car and didn't notice the roof was rusted out. Took it to them and they made my car look brand new. Thx to the guys there. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs good reliable work for a decent price;).

My daughter just purchased her first car from Carleton Auto Sales. The car is beautiful inside and out. Spanky was wonderful to work with. He was very friendly and a joy to be around. We are very thankful for such a wonderful place to buy her car! I highly recommend them.

I have had taken 2 of my cars to CC for new paint and both times the job was amazing. Not only due they do great work but the prices are more than fair. Most shops were estimating 950ish for 3 panels (back door, back quarter panel and hatch). Not only did they come in lower ($900) but they also re-painted my hood to take care of rock chips, re-painted some color matched lower body features and took care of a dent. My only complaint is that don't take credit but for the price I get...it's a very small complaint.

I brought my severely damaged Toyota Prius here for repair. The entire passenger side was ripped open or smashed in. When I picked it up, the car looked like new. I was extremely pleased. Also, every person working there was very qualified and extremely courteous. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, friendly and easy-going. Fast and efficient. I'm very pleased with the work done on my van. Thank You to Spanky, Dave and the entire crew at Carleton Collision. I highly recommend these guys if you want great prices and honestly with a smile!! You guys ROCK!!!!!

I've had some minor repairs done to a Saturn and Chevy Cobalt. Workers are very friendly, service was fast and prices were great. They go above an beyond.I have not purchased any of the cars on their lot, but they are competitive with other lots.

Hack work. My work truck was never the same after they were done "fixing" it. They actually used sticky back foam from the hardware to get my passenger door to seal.

Good guys working here.. Bought a used ranger fron then and it was a pleasent experiance.. Spanky was very friendly and he made buying the vehicle a smooth process.. Recomennded them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle..these guys certainly wont give you the run aroundand they won't try to pressure you into buying something you dont want like some car dealers
