So, ended up buying a used car. Terrance, my salesman was a great guy to work with. Was not pushy at all when I said I didn't want something ( I appreciated this). Answered my questions and showed me how most of the things worked. When I emailed him a question the next day he called me within 2 minutes and answered my question. Molly was also wonderful to work with and also not pushy ( she handled the paperwork). My only complaint was the car had to be brought in fron another one of their dealerships and it took longer than expected. I've read some reviews that were not so kind but that was not my experience.

Two strikes in a month. First time, I am tired of the sales people using Scare Tactics to sell maintenance. I wanted an oil change and they think I'm going to spend $1500 on unnecessary service.Second time, different car, first oil change and backup key programming."We don't have your part. Come back tomorrow."They told me on the phone it was ordered for my appointment. I even called a second time to confirm. Wasn't ordered? Now I have to come back again? My time is way too valuable for this.

Stopped in for car doc service. Oil change and tire rotation. How does that result in a broken glove box and the service advisor blaming me for it? The service tech did not know how to take apart, resulting in the retaining clips being broken. ( found this after I got home) Tech literally pulled the glove box off the clips that should have been removed. BEWAREService: Oil change

Eric and the team here really impressed me! I made an appointment online and took in my car the same day. I really need quite a bit of maintenance and they turned it out in a day. I have tried their service department and also have bought cars from them. So this review is based on my 6-7 yrs of working with them. First of management has changed or maybe supervisor/manage since the first time i dealt with them. My recent visit we went in for a sale of Corrolla Cross, based on Msrp the car should be leased for around $350, they were charging $750 plus I said the car I am going to make a deal on is the car I want to test drive other wise we are wasting our time, so there was only on car left on the lot which was demo, but they said if the deal is made i can take that car. For that price its too much, I am not going to waste that much money on a toyota, I might as well get a bmw for $750.Now for the service department, i always doubt the work they do, car always comes back with something else wrong. We paid couple yrs back to change the brake on our van, and with in 2 yrs and only 12k Miles on the care it needs new brakes. So I dont know what they do but the amount of money I have spent here, I never walk away Happy.

I'm still not confident that they needed to do all the expensive work they did. The service rep was incredibly apathetic. He was unknowledgeable in explaining reports from the tech, and equally important, unprofessional -- on his phone taking personal calls as we were going over $5000 of work and deciding whether or not to use their 32% financing option. They lost my hubcap. I reported all of this and never heard anything. I'm never going back. I don't mind spending money to have my car repaired. I just don't like feeling as though I was screwed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

I worked with service manager Kyle Turmon. In addition the repair specialist Grant. These guys are fantastic. They went far beyond my expectations of a repair service company and dug deeper into my problem and treated me with such professional care. If you live in a 60 mile radius of this service dealership it is worth the drive! I had a problem for 5 years that was not detected by another dealership and Kyle and Grant came through!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Was interested in a car. The woman wanted me to come in to look at it without giving me a total price. I asked her to get back to me when she had one . She , of course never did. Bought a beautiful corolla from page toyota and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. What a difference, so glad I pursued them instead of just giving up on toyotas after the bad experience.

Service i took is general service and Oil change ,that might be good ,but as far as time concern its poor ,its took me around 2.45 hrs., also My glove box latch got broken which is very well functioning before service., and they never admit it nor they fix it.. very bad service. my glove box got lots of stains...they don't even wipe it.. TOYOTA is great brand ..Service: General repairs & maintenance

Made an appointment about two weeks ago at 11 am. Got here on time, in fact, a few minutes early. Have at this point been waiting two hours. I could understand it more if I had been a walk in, but not with a appointment! Not very professional.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

they asked 8 grand above the MSRP in the name of market adjustment. Drove to the next dealership and booked a car at MSRP.

Absoluted WORST toyota financed a 2020 toyota Camry XSE with 500 miles .im having issues an cant get ahold of anyone .finally got my oil change and tried to explain the issue i was having but these guys they hired dont want to deal with it so they brushed me off.i have filed 2 complaints to the regional heads hopefully they can straighten this dealership .my wife wants to buy a limited 4Runner .nope not happening we going to KIA or NISSAN !!!!! 0stars
