I have had work done at Ric and Rocky's a few times and someone really recommended them because of there honesty and integrity. I just called on a Tuesday and asked them if I could bring my daughters car in and dropped it off that same day. By Wednesday they had it up and running and fixed. They had me in and out of there in a day. I believe there prices are reasonable and if you ask them for a discount they will try and give you something off the bill. Great bunch of people at the business include Rocky and Paul. Two great guys who are very honest and transparent and will bend over backwords for their customers. I would highly recommend to take your vehicle here especially if you want honesty, integrity and great customer service. The staff at Ric and Rocky's are amazing. Thank you, Jim S

This place has been MORE than amazing.A few months ago, my jeep engine failed. The tow truck driver recommended taking the car to Ric & Rockys and I'm so glad he did. They were honest with me, which is hard to come by these days. Told me it wouldn't be worth the time and money pit into my old vehicle because of the number of things that could go wrong afterwards. They could have made a quick buck off of someone who was desperate and didn't know any better. But they didn't. So far I have come back at least two separate times with two different vehicles. They offered advice and support while picking my next car. I will always come here for any car issues and highly recommend them to everyone! Sorry so long, but had to give respect when it's due! Thanks,guys!!

These guys were amazing! Took a bad experience of my car breaking down and Made things easy and less stressful. They're honest and had good referrals and advice for me and communication was amazing! Will definitely be coming back

I had a remote starter problem. The dealer was going to charge me for just looking at the problem then the labor and part charge. NO Way. So I decide to go to Roc and Rocky's . Best move I made. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The cost was appropriate. Anytime a vehicle problem, this is the place to go.

UPDATE; This is all still true. Another repair done properly for a reasonable amount of money. Still no reason to consider anywhere else.A long time ago, I had a neighbor who was a mechanic. He was always available to make repairs if he could, or give advice so that we wouldn't get taken advantage of when we took it in. He always gave great advice and kept everyone's car running great. Ric & Rocky's is like having that neighbor again, except there are no limits to what they can do.If you own a car and need service, These are all the reasons I have that these guys are the best;They fixed things the first time that my previous place tried multiple times and failed.I asked for a full check of everything and they found multiple things that previous places missed.A small thing, but it says everything about how meticulous they are; I have chrome tire valve stem caps that the previous place always seemed to lose; not Ric & Rocky! All 4 are still on my tires every time.They are priced so reasonably, that I feel like I'm taking advantage of them when I pay.Ric & Rocky's is the only garage that I authorize to work on my cars. If you want your car to last, they should be the only ones you authorize as well.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change

Took my 2006 model car as a walk-in appointment on a Saturday. Now I am a customer for life. This was by far one of the best customer experiences I have had in an auto shop. Right from setting up the repair order to giving an accurate and "no surprises" estimate to promptly finishing the job, I was treated like a VIP customer every step of the way. Thank you for your excellent work and taking care of your customers. Keep up the great work!!

I've had a few different vehicles serviced here and every time it's been a great experience. There's no pressure to over sell, they do through job making sure I'm getting the proper service done. All the staff are very polite and a pleasure to work with.

Had to have my vehicle towed to Ric & Rocky s. Turns out the engine needed to be replaced. It was not practical to have the work completed (based on the vehicle s age/mileage) so I ve never actually had any service here.However, based on their customer service, diligence in finding a replacement engine, and communication throughout the process, I still believe they deserve five stars.Thanks Rocky and Paul!

This place is very well run. It used to partner with Henderson Glass - now Safelite. I've had issues with Safelite, but this independently owned business that contracts for Safelite is great! They know their cars and glass and the whole system of dealers and suppliers. I have a lease vehicle and own one and use them for everything.

My family always goes to Ric & Rocky's for our cars, this is a family ran business that you can trust! I don't necessarily know a whole lot about cars when something happens to my car, so they are super nice and will call my dad to explain as well what is going on with my car. Support this family business, you won't be disappointed!

I have been using Ric & Rocky's for years and always received great service.This past weekend we celebrated the marriage of my daughter and now son-in-law. It was a very beautiful day but like anything else we had several stressful moments prior to the wedding. One of these stressful moments was a flat tire that happened at rehearsal dinner Thursday evening. Friday morning I called all the local tire places and none of them could help me. I decided to call Ric & Rocky's and so happy I did!. I started to explain the situation and before I could finish the story they told me they would absolutely help me out and asked me how soon I could get to the shop.I arrived at the shop 15 minuets later, they greeted me at the door, took my keys, fixed my tire, put my jack and spare away and had me back on the road within 30 minutes and did it all for free!!!! They told me not to worry about it and enjoy the wedding. This is what I call GREAT customer service and this is why I will continue to use Ric & Rocky's for all my auto repairs!!!!!Thank You Ric & Rocky's!!!MaryBethService: Tires

This place is really a high quality auto shop. I take 3 of my older cars for service and have never been disappointed. They employ quality mechanics and they are as good as any dealership repair shop.They may not be necessarily the cheapest place but they are priced well compared to dealership shop.Highly recommendService: Steering & suspension repair

Great place. Excellent service with outstanding communication. I dealt with Rocky and he explained everything in detail and wasn't in a rush. Everything was done in a timely manner and car looked and ran great when I got it back. No upsell or surprises. I'll be back for sure.

Was not Happy.Needed repair a fuse box could not find a part! . I had it towed back to my house. They charged me $142.00:for the evaluation.It took the, 2 days to evaluate it. They never called me. I had to call ask what was evaluation.I was clear not to do anything till We talked. I was never ever quoted a price for just to look at it. Let long this outrages charge.When I drop it there the engine still tried to start. But was not starting.(getting fuel) Only check engine light was on.I had it towed back to my home. Mels towing notice the Transmission fluid was leaking oil now and all the lights were blinking on the dash including the theft light.I was very clear not to do anything to car and I was coming to get it. It was Not like I delivered it to them.I did have another evaluation done. Damage at this point is beyond repair.Being a older women I feel they were shady on what they charged me. Also if they did not want the job please tell me up front. It is NOT repairable at this point. I found the part they said that was not available.Very disappointed in what they originally stated to what they wrote in final analysis. Conflicting evaluations.The car was repairable. Not any more!. I m out my vehicle and $149.00:Very disappointed in Ric and Roc Family Auto.Consumer bewareI was scammed!Darlene

Having an auto repair shop, which you can trust is very important. Ric and Rocky s is certainly the place in the Plymouth/Canton area. A family owned business with owners and employees who really care, we always trust them to handle our car problems with expertise and a fair price.

Ric and Rockey's is the best car care company I've been to. You can't beat their prices. I bring my vehicle here for my full synthetic oil changes, they charge $35, anywhere else charges $60+. Brought my vehicle in without an appointment and asked if they were available, they said they were super busy but managed to get my car in anyways, in great timing. Great customer service, overall great business.

Poor customer service. Bad experience. High prices.My car's power steering oil was leaking, so I brought it here. They said, "I will call you with the pricing and tell you what is wrong with it. I will not start working on fixing it until I confirm with you". I left for college and after an hour or so, they call me and tell me it will take about $730 to fix power steering oil leak. Hearing that I called the dealership instead for a pricing and they would fix it for $400 for the same exact part and labor.The whole time, I was okay with it because I understand dealerships are experienced with my car so they are cheap. I got shocked after they told me there was a $57 fee for diagnosing my car. I was okay for the fact that there is a fee, but when I went there to pick up my car I asked them for a discount or a lower price.I said, "is there way this price can be lowered?" I guess there was a misunderstanding in one of the employees and me talking over the phone, so the older guy Ric or Rocky one of them, said, "you know what, take back you card, and do me a favor, don't come back. We don't have time for your story and your problems".Hey man, all I asked for was a discount, didn't even demanded to have it, just ASKED IF THERE WAS A WAY I COULD PAY LESS MONEY.I GUESS I'M A YOUNG MAN WHO WOULDN'T KNOW A LOT ABOUT CARS SO IT'S EASY TO THROW ME OUT.You just lost a regular customer who has brought 4 cars for services on a regular basis.

I recently took my vehicle in to Ric & Rocky's Family Car Care to diagnose an issue I was having with my power steering. They were able to quickly identify the problem and have everything fixed within a day of having my vehicle. The quality of service was exceptional, from the actual work done to speaking with them over the phone. They clearly explained the issue and walked me through what was wrong and how they fixed it. Their service was above and beyond what I expected, thank you!
