Quick great service today on my parents car I took in. I always bring my own here also because they take great care of my cars! Update 3/9/22, brought parents car in.. same great quick service Update 6/5/23..all great again! Update 10/26/23, just had my parents new Edge in for its 1st "The Works", all done excellent and quickly. I always double check oil levels, was right on the mark! Update 3/2024, another great service of the works, and checkedvmy front end components, all good. Great customer service and car care! Update 4/18/24.. brought my daughters ford escape for the works. All goog

I brought my car in earlier because I thought I had a flat. The wait time was long but shorter than other shops in the vicinity. They actually ended up taking my car in sooner than estimated and told us we didn t have a flat (turns out the air pump at the gas station took air from the tire). They put air in the tires for us and didn t charge despite them being really busy. We appreciate their honesty and attention and would take our car there again.

In my view, visiting Quick Lane for service over the course of many years has always been terrific. The people there are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciate a cup of hot coffee and a cup of cold water every time I m there. Here s to many more years of business!

$70.00 for just an oil change because of Covid . Yeah OK so less than a mile away I got it for $50.00. Is that because Covid didn t hit there or because they re not price gouging criminals who squeeze and take advantage of people?

Been coming here for oil changes and tire rotations on my Escape for a few oil changes now. Erin was very kind on the phone and in person. I can't remember the other guys name that was at reception today (sorry!) but it was nice to chat with him a bit too and he was helpful with a couple questions I had. Osman is very helpful too. Overall, they are very polite and honest, they get me in and out relatively quickly. Very clean lobby and bathrooms.

Never again, made a appointment 3 weeks ahead. Was there at 830 am and finished 3 and a 1/2 hours later. Also brand new car 10k miles, not a spot on it, very clean. To my surprise oil handprints on hood and steering wheel. I expect to get my car back the same way I brought it in. In the end they did pay for my oil change but I will never go back there again. I expected more from Quick Lane.

Best place around for general maintenance and service! We own a Ford and a Honda and they provided such great service on my Ford that we started using them to service our Honda too. I never worry if my wife take the vehicle in that they are going to try and take advantage of her and sell her things that she doesn t need. Staff is professional, kind, and service is always done quickly at a competitive price.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

All of the staff was courteous and kept me informed the whole time. I was not able to get an online appointment so I arrived when it first opened and they still were able to get me The Works on my truck and used the coupon for it to be $49.99, which not all Quick Lane s were accepting. The tech was very thorough as I could see through the glass and he ensured my truck was cleaned up and good to go! I will for sure be coming back again and recommending to all I know!Service: Oil change

I had been using this services for a long time, but lately it seems that their objective had changed toward ripping off customer, instead of servicing. My wife brought our car in for an oil change. Every time, they want to replace for swollen lug nuts on Ford vehicle. They said it is documented, but no recall, and insisting on it. My wife and I said no multiple time, but on the last time, they claimed they got approval to replace with new lug nuts. They charged into my FordPass account and I didn t know about the charge until I checked my account later. Extremely disappointing.

So my legal immigrant father that speaks with an accent goes in to get a simple tire plugged.The guy there decides to go a step further and tells him he can t plug it he needs a new tire $300.Today he stops at another spot around the corner and they plug the tire no problem $30 no questions asked ..I ll be calling corporate tomorrow when I get time .I don t appreciate or accept the treatment of people this way I can only imagine what these guys try to pull on the others who come in for a simple service absolutely disgustedTimes are tuff I get it, but this isn t how you do business

we setup an appointment 2 days ago, they quoted the price and I even offered to give VN number. person named CJ said no need it will be around this price. When my wife went there to get oil changed, they quoted almost 80 dollars more. They said you can bring your own oil. My wife rushed to get oil and she was back within 20 mins and manager said we cant change it since we are full.What a bad service. This manager need to be fired. The day was 11/22/2022 at round 3 pm. My truck broke down and I sent it up to quick lane. They put a new battery in my truck and told me that my truck was good to go.I took an Uber to get my truck and when I got there they charged me $261.00.I paid and went to my truck and it wouldn't start.They apologized and said they would fix it.They kept my truck for 4 days and never was able to figure out what was wrong with it.Eventually I moved the truck across the street to Ric and Rocky's (literally across the street).Within 3 hours they called and told me I needed a new starter.They also said that the battery that Quick lane sold me wasn't any good. They said it wasn't holding the proper charge. (This battery was new from Quick lane).I had them fix everything and I took the brand new battery back to Quick lane and asked for a refund.They refused.One of the employees started raising his voice towards me.They said that they had my truck for a long time and they were not going to give me a refund.They said the guy's across the street were lying.I told the manager I didn't want his broken battery and I left it with him.They didn't fix my truck.They couldn't even figure out what the problem was. (Starter)They kept the bad battery they sold me.They charged my card $261.00.Ric and Rocky's across the street were very professional.They diagnosed the problem quickly.They fixed it for a reasonable price.My truck is starting fine now.I am in the progress of filling a complaint with the state.Do not go to Quick Lane.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great place for an oil change. The works oil change is quick as long as you have an appointment. The service reps want to make sure everything is good. I had an issue and they were able to make sure my vehicle had no issues and cleaned up as if it didn't happen.They are also able to help with other service needs. If they cannot help, they know who can.

Their tire guy and I had a bromance on all the potential opportunities for connected vehicle for tire tread wear. Also they changed the oil on my wife's Ford Explorer so that was good.

Would of been 5, but they said u didn't have any points. When I got home and checked, I had over 2000 carried over from May, giving my current total over 4000. I could of gotten my oil change and tire rotation discounted using my points.
