Came in for my 60k maintenance and got all my stuff quickly. Trisha was very friendly, helpful and informative. Just moved to the area and plan to keep going back!! Only bummer I would say is no shuttle service.

I can t speak highly enough of Nat and the team at Nissan Canton. Their professionalism and meticulous attention to detail set them apart. Nat went above and beyond to coordinate with a glass company, ensuring a seamless replacement and recalibration process, all completed in under 2 hours. I highly commend Nat and the entire team at Nissan Canton for their outstanding service.

It didn't take all day to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service staff is very friendly and seem to know who their customers are even if they are wearing a mask and I think that's pretty unique.

They changed my Rogue's oil and rotate my tire in less than an hour! The lady(forgot her name) who assist me was very helpful. Anthony (salesperson) was also helpful in answering my inquiries about the Rogue and getting my suv appraised.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They kept true to the appointment time and was done in the time I was told that it would take. The service manager came out and chatted for a few minutes. I would recommend the service at Canton Nissan.

Great service and nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their car serviced and it was my first time going... Great experience and honest people which is what I look for the most when it comes to fixing my car.

Upon my arrival, I received assistance promptly from Trisha. She gave me an accurate estimate of my wait time and notfied me as soon as my vehicle was ready. I'll continue to return per my routine maintenance interval.

Fantastic service! I noticed a rattle on Thursday, took it in for service on Friday, they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts on Friday. On Monday parts were installed and I was on the road again! Thank you!

I would like to give a shout out to Bob and Trisha in the service department. After my horrible experience with buying a new used vehicle still waiting on calls back having no idea how to make. My payments or getting a call back has just been ridiculous from the front of the house. These people have been great. They recognize the problem they took care of it and I was in and out in a day. The service department should work as well as the front of the house. Unfortunately it does not but I do applaud your service department and especially Bob and Trisha.

My girlfriend's necklace fell through the console. I'm from Nothern Michigan and stopped in the dealership to see if they could help. They got the vehicle right in and just over a half hour later they got the necklace and we were on our way. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

Trish and Bob are such awesome people they took care of me upon my arrival they arranged for a rental car right away did not keep me waiting too long everything was taken care I would definitely recommend Nissan of Canton

Their service is fantastic, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and up front about costs. I appreciate the high quality of service at Nissan of Canton. The entire service and sales staff were courteous and professional. They made me feel right at home while completing the work on my 2019 Nissan Armada. I unfortunately lost one of my key fobs, but fortunately I purchased the key replacement warranty when I bought my vehicle. I was charge me nothing to get a new key fab ordered and programmed. Luckily rhey had an opening the same day I filed my warranty claim, and was able to schedule me on the busy Friday. I was in and out of the service department with a brand new key fob within 1 hr time frame.Service: Oil change
