I had a great experience. I ordered the smoked dual LED side markers, paddle shifters, and the interior chrome delete covers for my Camaro. They arrived to my house within 3 days. I also talked to Nick and Valentino on the phone about getting some things installed. They were very kind and explained to me everything that I had trouble understanding. I can t wait to see how these look on my car i m so excited!!

Earlier this year I purchased a carbon fiber splitter for my 2020 Dodge Charger, the support rods were bought at that time. When it arrived I was impressed with the quality & appearance. I had it installed by a body shop, they had to add mounting screws, but that s OK. The splitter really enhanced the look of my Charger. The problem is the section on the driver s side cracked so I contacted Next-Gen to get a replacement part. I didn t ask for or want a freebie, I offered to buy it. This was also going to cost me with the body shop to remove & reinstall the part. I was advised I couldn t get the piece I needed, I had to buy an entire new splitter assembly. Don t know if they get these items from another supplier or make them, but if a part breaks you would expect to get a replacement not have to buy the whole item again. I m disappointed with Next-Gen not being able to supply replacement parts for items they sell that get damaged or fail for some reason. I m giving three stars as I m completely satisfied with the splitter, but not happy with the service the company provides to their customers.Review Update - 6/23/23After my first review I was contacted by the company in an email. It was brought to my attention Next-Gen got in touch with the manufacturer, Ikon, about replacement parts for my splitter. Apparently they don t keep extra parts in the event something they sell gets damaged, you have to buy it again even if it s minor damage. Next-Gen has no control over a damaged part replacement & wasn t the problem. At that point they went out of their way to assist me with replacing the splitter if necessary by offering me a discount. I intend to simply try & repair the crack so it doesn t spread, this also saves me additional mounting labor. I did buy from Next-Gen rear diffuser extensions that match the design of the splitter. I am changing my rating to 5 star, the staff at Next-Gen couldn t have been more understanding & helpful.

I ordered a few different carbon fiber pieces for my C8 Corvette. The $500 window trim piece did not fit. I was told by customer service that I would need to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee is required. They charged me $80 restocking fee plus cost $12 for return shipping. This will be the last time I purchase anything form next gen speed.

These lights are dope! Easy install and great look for my charger. Dodge doesn t make it easy to get to the lights considering you gotta take the whole front end off, but these lights are absolutely badass!

I ve have order twice and each timeThey don t send the correct order and they don t try to communicate or get the parts, probably won t shop here again if my parts don t come it s been way past time

Purchased a set of tail lights from next gen speed last year for my 2018 Camaro. These lights are not compatible with the car as they flicker when in reverse. So that's strike one. I ended up figuring well, let's see if a replacement set will solve the issue. Had to reach out to Morimoto to even get this done. (Morimoto makes the lights). Nothing changed. Lights still flickered. So this is a falsely advertised product by both companies. After many attempts to get my money back through Next Gen Speed I now have taken legal action as they are ignoring Morimoto's phone calls and continue giving me the run-around. They also deleted my online account. Do NOT do business with these clowns. Dealing with literal children running a business. Clown. Show.

I had lights installed on my vehicle here, he did an amazing job. I will return for more work. The staff is really friendly. I was treated well.Okay, so today (5/4/22) I returned for the completion to my front lights. I had more LED bulbs installed and let me tell you... WHOA!! What a huge difference. I also had him to replace the entire front passenger headlight. What a BIG improvement.I really like the staff here. The nice man that worked on my vehicle is so professional, nice and knowledgeable and does AMAZING work. If you want an improvement with cool parts on your ride, this is the place. I definitely recommend and will return in the future. Thank you gentlemen!!

Ordered a carbon fiber front splitter for my 22 C8. Part did not fit. Company acknowledged this. Manager was supposed to call me. Did not happen. Was supposed to get an RMA number to send back and get correct part. Still has not happened. Now asking for refund due to lack or response amd communication. Still no response. Horrible customer service.

Honestly hands down one of the best customer support experiences. Very kind and to the point support. I'm not sure where to begin but I ordered a custom steering wheel from next gen speed in the beginning of August. at first they said that it would take about a month to complete. I called after that month and they said "oh we ran into some issues you will have it in about 2 weeks" this went on and on for 5 months! they kept promising and guaranteeing that I would get it and it never came. finally they told me the truth that my steering wheel was never even made and that they could remake it with a new factory and give me a free interior part. I was so excited to see the company take ownership and understand that when you make a mistake you have to lose some profit to make it right. Then it was made aware that the free item had a $80 max. I told them that i wont accept that and that I would rather have the floor mats that were $145 I believe. I was told "ok we can cover $100 of that and you just give us the $45" nooo I've given you guys more money than I'm comfortable with. then they said they would do $120 and i would have to cover $25 and at this point I'm refusing to give them any more money for what they put me through. and finally they would agree to give me a extra $25 after lying to me for 5 months they wouldn't agree to give me something that's probably laying around in a warehouse.I will never use Next Gen Speed again and glad i got my money back.

Don't buy from Next Gen. I got a bad side marker for a 2022 Camaro. Three of them worked good the forth one was bad. They would not replace the bad side marker. The quality of the product is very poor. They need a picture to replace the bad side marker. I will purchase a new set from another supplier. Very poor customer service. They think i am a scammer after purchasing from them.

Ordered a front spliter for my 2016 Charger the picture showed it with the rods so i assumed it came with it , it didnt but thats fine then i was missing screws to put the actual splitter together after waiting 24 hours each time i reached out to the 24/7 customer support which isnt true i was basically told i can find the screws at the local hardware store. Terrible business practices wish i read some reviews before hand.The owner responded with false information as it states 4 piece lip and bolts right on the discription: 4PC FRONT SPLITTER KIT + BOLTSINSTRUCTIONS NOT INCLUDED, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITH TAPE/GLUE/BOLTS/RIVETSAs well as under contact us it says:FOR ANY QUESTION, YOU CAN EASILY CONTACT US.SUPPORT: WE ARE AVAILABLE 24/7 and that directly off their site.Both of those are directly from their site. Get better business practices.I have adjusted the stars due to the owner contacting me stating he will remove the 24/7 part on their contact us and seems like he is trying to run a decent business.

I ordered a carbon fiber spoiler September 23rd, 2020. I agreed to the 12 week build time. Close to the end of that period I called to check on my order and was told it was delayed because of Covid and the holidays. I waited 30 days and still nothing. I called again in the middle of January 2021 and was told they were 4-6 weeks behind. Now I m sitting at 18 weeks on a $1300 spoiler that I don t have. If you call to check on your order, you will be given excuses to why your product isn t complete and promised an update by email that never comes. Do not buy these products. Maybe I will eventually get my spoiler before my kids start college or I trade my car in. Who knows at this point. Check their Facebook reviews. They are horrible!

I ordered multiple items, i received the wrong side markers. I E-mailed Nextgenspeed, they realized the fault and sent the correct ones immediately. Not only that, they told me to keep the wrong item. No need to ship them back. That was awesome of them, i did receive all items as timely as could be with all that was going on, due to Covid and all. I would definitely do business with them again.

I purchased three items from them and I received tracking information showing they were shipped but when I got the package only one item was in it and it stated on the invoice that one of the other items were separate (so now how do I track that item) and the other item says that it is back ordered but yet they never said anything about the item being back ordered when I purchased it. I need information on my other 2 items. (UPDATE) They responded to my email in a timely manner and gave me information for both of my other items, but one item is still on back order. I increased my rating since the other packaged finally showed up and they responded quickly. I will modify my review if the situation is resolved on my back ordered item.

I bought a back window louver for my Camaro from next-gen speed.The quality is very bad compare with other brandsThe plastic is very thin.The blow dryer at the car wash broke it apartThe only good thing is the 3M tape on hardware that prevented it from flying away and injuring someone

Everything you need you can get at Nextgen Speed. Tino will treat you like family, Nick always has the best customer service and Amir always does an amazing job with any install or work being done. Recommend to anyone who loves cars and needs some work done

Really bad experience, don't buy from them! Ive ordered dive planes for a Camaro on 25th March, at beginning they answer me about questions of the product, after 2 weeks waiting without they ship it I sent another email and no answer. Some days after they send an email to pay more because of shipping, I didn't agree with this (make me pay more for shipping after I already paid a good amount in the order) but I really need the item fast so I payed in the moment I receive the email, now is over a month since I ordered and no answer from the multiple emails I have sent this last week. With all this I really recommend you avoid NextGenSpeed. If its possible to all reading this and you want to see if this informations are true the order number is #14582. Be safe.

I would avoid next gen speed, after waiting a good amount of time I got the product and it wasn t even close to fitting. I sent them 2 emails and they haven t got back to me within 4 days. I saw many good reviews and their YouTube videos and it s been a disappointment so far. Product #15684
