I really recommend this shop!!If you want to get a great and quality service, you should ask them. Service manager and Mechanic guys are pretty awesome!! I needed brakes and rotors on my Mercedes. Dealer quoted me extremely high so I decided to shop around. I obtained quotes from Firestone, Bell Tire, and a few local shops in the area. I was driving and noticed the sign said brakes. So I decided to stop in, I was extremely impressed by how I was treated by the staff and their willingness to inspect physically inspect the car free of charge and provide me with an accurate quote. I was even happier when the quote came back for 4 brakes and rotors with quality euro parts for less than half of the dealer quote and a few hundred less than the competitors. The part that impressed me the most was they were able to schedule my brake job and acquire parts within days and completed the job quickly. On top of all that, the associate found a coupon and applied it to the service as well. Overall, this was a great place to take any car. I will be back

I had an amazing experience here. Alex, the manager, was super friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in for a same day appointment and were able to fix my tire sensor stem super quick. She was very upfront and honest about everything as well. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future needs!

This is my go-to place. Found these guys about 6 months ago and they have done an amazing job! They did my engine repair and some other work as well. The mechanic could tear an engine apart with his eyes closed. Best place I have found so far and prices are reasonable.

Sarah and the mechanic that worked on my car were amazing. Very honest and patient in communicating with me and taking my questions/concerns seriously (I have a manual car so I m very picky about making sure the person driving it has plenty of experience in driving those). They even did an alignment after telling me I needed one (we didn t talk about that when I called but they had availability right then) and were just amazing overall. They gave me pricing upfront and also the estimated time (worst and best case).100% would go there again

The store manager Alex was so kind & helped us in our car crisis! Her mechanics are friendly & very knowledgeable! Very funny & easy to talk to crew. Definitely felt safe trusting our car in their hands. I would return to this shop again next time I need anything.

Alex, the store manager is really smart and always willing to help. Her mechanics Mo and Jo walked to the Bob Evans to help me get into my car and then quickly fixed the issue I was having with my lock. It was a team effort & they worked together great. Alex was coaching them along. They were so sweet and have definitely obtained a repeat customer!!

With crazy weather, Ice went into our engine shield and the weight brought it down. We went to a couple of stores and they all said they couldn't help us on quick notice , except Monro. They were so nice ! They brought us in and helped us and charged us nothing! Definitely 5 stars!

Sarah was very knowledgeable and helpful. The mechanic was very thorough and I appreciated his recommendations. This Monro auto service center in Canton can perform many tests and provide many services; more than I expected. Highly recommend!

If you re having car trouble this is the place to go. I was in and out within fifteen minutes and I even had a good laugh with the staff. They didn t try to sell me parts I didn t need they just fixed my truck and sent me on my way. Great service.

My son has a 2007 Sebring and he has been here a couple times and they are extremely helpful and never try to charge him for unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend using them.

I am blown away.Backstory: I m a nurse and worked night shift the last 2 nights so I am sleep deprived. I get up today to go get my brother who s in town for Thanksgiving and my psi goes from a 34 to a 7. I panicked because I know nothing about tires but knew that couldn t be good. I called around and no one could help me. I called Monroe and the guy on the phone said, we can fix this. That guy ended up being Noah and Noah was my hero. When I got there, they didn t have my tires in stock and they also found a bubble in my front tire! So Noah drove HIMSELF to go get me new tires so I could have my Jeep back today. He did what he said he was going to do and made me feel taken care of. Thank you, Noah!And his manager Alex is really cool, too.

We were were out shopping and ended up with a flat tire. Joey and Sarah helped us out 11mins before close. Gave us water and we're very polite, will remember this shop for car needs in the future. Thank you!

From them helping me and staying open after closing in an emergency tire situation I had. Fast forward a month later to Alex, Sarah, and staff helping me get new tires, and wheel alignment. The customer service is exceptional. They will be my go to for all my car needs. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or overpriced. Awesome team and very nice. See you guys in the winter for my front brakes!

Took my wife s car here because the brakes were making noise. The quoted me $2,000 and tried to tell me they were saving me $600 at that price. They told me I needed new calipers when I m fact we didn t. I kindly told them I d like to get another quote. A Shop down the street fixed my brakes for $500 and told me there was nothing wrong with the calipers. I would not recommend this shop.

Shady Situation. My young nephew had a blowout. He went to this store and purchased a tire with the intent of mounting it himself. I advised him that he did not want the even try this because it is near impossible by hand. I advised him to go back and pay them to install the tire. He purchased the tire on 4/17 at 18:04 and tried to return it 04/18 at 16:10 not even 24 hours later.The young lady behind the counter was extremely insistent that she would not mount the tire because it's been out of the store and that they would not refund it because she has no way of verifying the integrity of the tire. I asked her to show me this policy and she was unable to, insisting on no refund and no installation.This is the statement on the rear of their receipt:"We are so confident of our top quality tires, If you are not pleased with your purchase in the 1st 30 days or 500 miles. Whichever comes 1st, you may return your undamaged tires and exchange them for any others of equal value or receive a full full refund"This their policy and they refused to honor it.She was so combative that at one point she stated that I couldn't come into the store, slam a tire on the counter and get a refund. I reminded her that the tire was on the counter when I walked into the door and that I had not slammed or placed anything on the counter.The sad truth is that they did not honor their own refund policy.

Had quite a bit of work done on my Honda. Brake pads rotors and a new set of tires, and an oil change. Impressed with the attention to detail. It's nice dealing with people that actually like where they work.

Brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in for a headlamp bulb replacement. From the moment I walked in, Alex (front desk) and Daniel (service tech) made my visit well worth it. They replaced both headlamps and both fog lights (great design Ford engineers for having to drop the front bumper to replace bulbs!!). They took it even further and replaced my license plate bulbs as well....All for a great price. Will definitely be coming back!

I had to have tire repairs at this shop on 08/22 and unfortunately had to deal with Manuel Martinez who is the shop manger. Mr. Martinez was unprofessional from the first moment, when he yelled in very rude ton, it will cost you $30, do you want to fix it?Unfortunately, I had to deal with unprofessional individual rude person due to flat tire.He took my vehicle keys and kept me held there while he was working on his personal vehicle for a while. As completed the job and while he was charging me the repairs cost, he was very rude ad well. Will never deal with such rudeness unless I was in bad need for flat tire repairs.I would mot recommend this shop at all.x it?but I had to deal with him due to tire low pressure. What a refreshing experience. I came in for new brakes, tires, and an alignment. The new manager, Alex, was fantastic. She helped get me the best deal and didn t try to sell me on things I didn t need while also giving my vehicle a thorough inspection and let me know what things I would need to service soon. I will definitely be bring my vehicle back there for service!
