Jeff and the crew took care of me with needing new tires. My car is back riding like normal, no shaking or pulling. He helped me work out a price that worked for me, gave good feedback on the car and didn't try to up sale me like crazy how some other places do. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I know I can trust him with my car and will for sure be back if I need anything. Great job!

Everyone at Midas was very friendly and helpful! They did a great job with my brakes, no grinding noises and riding smoothly now. I couldn t recommend this place enough!

I brought my Hyundai Sonata 2015 for engine diagnostics as it had blinking check engine light. Jeff said it will cost around $180 to perform this diagnostics. I left the car and then got a surprising call later that day that the error code corresponds to Hyundai recall campaign and he provided me with very honest advise that I should try my luck with Hyundai dealership to see if it can be replaced under warranty. Midas didn't charge me a single penny.Thanks a lot Jeff for your honest and genuine advise. I got my engine replaced under warranty.

Since I have moved to Canton Midas has been easy to get into and help manage my car needs. Quality service, many coupons to help bring down prices, many times it has cash back options through chase bank as well. Inspections done to help keep up on planning for upcoming expenses or repairs that were own known and need addressed sooner. Only thing I would change is an entry on the Ikea side vs having to get in and out off ford road!

My car would not start after I replaced the touchscreen on the entertainment system. I thought it was due to engine immobilizer. AAA recommended Midas at Canton, MI as it was closest AAA recommended repair shop with the 5 miles of free towing that comes with AAA membership. Decided to have the car towed this place as I saw good reviews about them on Google. When I dropped it off they said full diagnostics is $164.60 and that any repair cost will be in addition to this. I got somewhat scared and did have doubts if this repaid shop will be like majority of them where they rip customers off. Thankfully when I called to check on it later, they said, the battery does not have much charge and they are confident that if I replace the battery it will start. When I asked, they said, they can try to jump start the car but they recommend replacing battery as the one on the car is the original and it has been 4 years. I agreed to have the battery changed. They used DieHard Gold and charged me total out the door price of $318.96 ($186.45 for battery + $95.40 labor + shop supply $24.46 + tax), they did give me AAA discount which came to about $9.54 on the battery price of $195.99. The gentleman at the counter was very serious and stoic, so I was worried. When I went to pick up the car he was more relaxed and a smidge friendly. Wish he was little more welcoming and friendly in his approach. No big deal. Just mentioning it, if Midas folks read this and emphasize that to their employees. Attitude of employees in such placed helps big time if they are friendly and honest. Not a bad experience. I might take my other cars to get battery replaced and even get oil changed at this Midas location in Canton, MI. Their oil change prices are way better than dealerships. By the way this MIDAS location in Canton, MI is AAA certified. AAA stated this repair shop work comes with a 24 month warranty. On the invoice, it only said a 90 day limited warranty. The battery has a 36 months manufacturer warranty, I am fine with that.

I've lived in the Canton area for a while now, but only started going to Midas in the last year or so, and I wish I would've started going to them sooner. I think the best way to describe it is that I trust Jeff and his team to do a good job on my vehicles and not try to sell me anything I don't need.

Jeff and his team are great! I had my 2019 BMW M550 in for rear brakes and a sensor. They got me in the same day, run in to a small issue with resetting the brake wear indicator light but they got the job done! Fair price and good work overall 10/10.

Ron, Serah and Jeff were so helpful inso many ways, I will go nowhere else. I just moved to this area and was afraid of getting cheated and now I know that I definitely don t have to worry about that from Midas because they told me I did not need the brakes that I was worried about.

I went to Midas for an oil change but they had to take care of the brakes. They did a fantastic job not only for the brakes, I was able to go see my kids in East Lansing without having any issues, but mostly for the professionalism and the care they provide for the customers. I was offered a ride to go back home and one to come back for the car. They even checked on me to see if the car was ok.This is why I go to Midas.10 stars

Spoke over the phone to book an appointment for oil change and confirmed the final price which included tires rotation in it. Went in the store and was told that I had to pay $25 extra for tires rotation and $10 for oil disposal. Not transparent at all with the pricing and service, it s better to avoid such places those aren t upfront with their customers and trick them to pay extra on the counter.The service took around an hour as informed, so the 2 stars.

The work I had on my vehicle was fast. They communicated to me exactly what was required to get me back on the road. Good prices on the parts. Would definitely come back for future repairs.

I absolutely love this place. I started coming here for my car repairs early last year on a whim, and I'm so glad I found them. The work they do here is fantastic, they're efficient (my appointments here always go by much more quickly than I expect!), and the prices are reasonable. The staff always go above and beyond in everything they do. I don't know very much about cars, but they explain everything they do to my car and why they do it in a way that makes me feel like I'm learning something instead of being talked down to. They also check up on you post-appointment to make sure your car is running smoothly, which I really appreciate. Jeff and Sean especially are great! I recommend this place to everyone who asks me. I'll be coming here for the foreseeable future. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience! :)

Went to get my brake pads and rotors changed. Jeff, the manager provided excellent customer service. He gave me a discount without me even asking if any promotions were running. The mechanic who worked on my car was also very friendly. (2017 RT Challenger)

I needed to change my tires, but a couple of studs were broken. Went over to midas, and they changed them within the hour. I was able to change my tires the same day. Excellent service. Recommending Jeff for the Canton location for his care and haste in the matter.

Great place. Had multiple cars worked on here over the years. They always seem reasonable and friendly. Last visit was an alignment and visual oil leak check. Had me in and out in under an hour. A+

I am very pleased with Midas.My Vue started Monday not starting.AAA came out to check it out. They recommended it be towed to the Midas shop.Midas did tests and figured out what was wrong and fixed itMy Vue is 2007 with 61,000 miles.It is in very good condition.Why did GM stop making Vues I cannot figure out.

Very fast and good service! I ve been here multiple times and they ve never been that place to try and tell me there is something else is wrong with my vehicle or quote me some astronomical price for service. I will not take my vehicle to any other mechanic!

I had a great experience at Midas -Canton. I went in for an alignment and they found a worn ball joint that needed to be replaced. That would take extra time, but I had to work in a couple of hours. They put the full team on my repair and got it done in about half of the normal time. I really appreciate the team going the extra mile to get my repair done so quickly. I will happily return for future services.

Guy at the desk was very friendly, and they were able to get us in to change our back brake pads and routers an hour before they closed. Took maybe less than 30min and was relatively affordable! Brakes having been working great since, thanks again guys!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Came in the Friday before Christmas weekend. They squeezed me in and fixed my car window after someone smashed it. I was able to travel to my Christmas celebration with no problem.I would definitely recommend them.

Sam is a G! Extremely knowledge, and helpful during my recent unfortunate trip to Midas. It s unfortunate because my vehicle ended up having an insane amount of damage from a combination of wear and tear and negligence. Sam kept it real with me the whole way through, outstanding customer service!

Jeff and his team were awesome. They completed my brakes same day, with fast and clean service. I was worried about having to wait while my car was serviced but the facility is clean and hospitable.
