I am new customer to Mechanic One but no longer feel like a new customer anymore. I am very impressed since my first visit, outstanding customer service, explained everything in detail needed and health of my car. No pressure to get services done, they explain very well so you can make right decision. Waiting area is clean, relaxing and friendly environment with refreshments.Mechanic one really did a great job on the car and they deserve 5 stars the service. Thank you Andrew for a great customer service and demonstrating what's needed for car at right cost. Excellent workmanship!

My car needed some serious TLC. It's hard to find a good mechanic, however, I'm extremely pleased with this business. The customer service is outstanding, hat tip to Andrew. I received pictures and recommendations during the entire process. Andrew did a great job explaining the the issues and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business. Price wise, I have no complaints and the warranty on parts was more than I expected.

Absolutely the best customer service hands down! Everybody from behind the desk to the mechanics were all very nice. And they don t try to force additional parts that are not needed. First time going to them I needed my rear end replaced on a budget they got me in and out the door with better than reasonable pricing. They sourced a rear end for me it got to the on 10/30/23 same day it was done and even painted it custom. And they noticed my rotors where extremely rusted so they took it upon themselves to replace them no charge 10/10 would highly recommend! Great work guys.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I brought my son Range Rover in for the first time! It needed multiple repairs the whole team was exceptional. They showed me what needed to be done they were informative professional and efficient. They fixed my son s truck without over charging me for unnecessary things it hasn t run this good in years. If you need your vehicle repaired mechanic one is the place!!

Look Elsewhere!!!! Took my Volvo into this shop in mid-October bc it wouldn't come out of park and steering was tight when it's cold. Told them ahead of time I've had problems with other shops not knowing how to repair my 2008 Volvo and I needed to make sure they were well versed with these types of vehicles.They assured me they were. They made $3,400 worth of repairs to address my initial concerns (supposedly) and gave it back to me within a week. Two days later, the problems persisted. Took it back, they kept it for three weeks and told me they needed to tow it to a Volvo dealer bc they weren't sure what was wrong with it. I came to pick up my car on 11/20 and the front bumper had been damaged by the shop, which the mechanic denied and tried to wipe off. My car was never fixed! It's now sitting at a Volvo dealer awaiting a diagnostic. The owner called me after I demanded to speak with them, but offered nothing but to pay for the diagnostic at the Volvo dealer and to use a magic eraser on the scratch on the front bumper (paint is scratched) so that is unacceptable. I spent over $3,400 and my car is still inoperable. I requested a partial refund last week for the insane upcharge on the parts (over $1,000 in markup on parts) and the fact that the issues I brought the car in for were not fixed, but he has not reached back out to me.

BEWARE, they are inexperienced and will damage your vehicle.I went in to get a wire replaced on my headlight, they kept it for 2 days and then they called me to pick up my car, they let me drive off the lot BUT THEY DIDN'T PUT MY CAR BACK TOGETHER I almost got into an accident because they left the airbox completed mangled and hanging under the hood. My engine light came on and started to overheat, they broke tons of parts under the hood and my car is in worse condition then when i brought it in....To top it off now I have no AC, because the engine is tripped into thinking that is overheating.This is horrible and no one should have to go through this.The people are extremely nice but dont be fooled, that does not make them good mechanics or honest.DO NOT TRUST THEM. SAVE YOUR CAR AND YOUR MONEY.

Stay away from this shop, most of the 5 star reviews are fake.I brought my car in to get the transmission checked out but they didn't listen to my request and took my car in for "diagnostic." I waited 6 hours for them to simply check my car and they told me they can't run diagnostics on my car because the battery was low. So they basically did nothing to my car. They charged me a $150 diagnostic fee for doing absolutely nothing to my car. I spoke with the employee working in the front counter and he understood my situation and brought it to the manager's attention. The manager gave me an attitude and would not give me back my keys until I paid. I wasted $150 for them to do absolutely nothing to my car. After paying, I walked outside towards my car and they left my hood open. They didn't even care to at least close it and leave it outside the garage. I wish I carefully checked the reviews before coming to this place.Please stay away from them. I guarantee they will rip you off.

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. After dropping my car off, I received a call about sludge in my engine and was told it was urgent to clean it out, which would be a couple hundred dollar service. When they showed me photos, it was nothing more than normal and was not urgent to clear out of my car. My oil was also hardly even to the fill line when I picked up the car, it was at least half a quart low. I also paid for a tire rotation, and when I picked up the car the tires were clearly shined. However, I have one rim that is different than the rest, and it was still in the exact same location from when I dropped it off and I was charged for it. I prioritize my car maintenance so I don t appreciate the deceitfulness of my tires not actually being rotated. When I called to complain, they did give me a refund, however I was extremely unhappy with the whole situation. This is standard car maintenance and it was done very poorly. I would not recommend this place.

I m a really hard person to work with sometimes, and I know I can come off mean and rude, but it s because I have been taken advantage of by so many mechanics.. when they see the type of car that I drive they immediately see dollar signs and think they can rip me off. Well these people here did NOT do that to me. They treated me with the upmost respect and took their time to look over my vehicle thoroughly and found things that the last mechanic clearly overlooked! This is a clean facility, the workers are well mannered and they go into great details to show and explain what your vehicle needs. I m so thankful I took my car here to be serviced, I couldn t have asked for a better outcome. My vehicle is riding like new again. Thank you to everyone there who helped me out. You all are very appreciated and I ll always use you guys to service my car. I wish you all good health, wealth and peace

Always knowledgeable, honest and works with you and your personal situation. They provided shuttle service for me as well so that I could wait at home for my car to be ready. They also take pictures and explain everything that needs to be done on your vehicle prior to doing the work, so that everybody is on the same page. Awesome shop!.. Will be sending customers your way!!

Dishonest and disingenuous. I asked to do an oil change. Then told me my air filters were bad so I asked how much. They said 35 for the one. So I thought I was getting one done but apparently there's a cabin filter too. He Then proceeded to do my cabin filter not telling me it would be an extra $60. I figured since he didn't tell me, that it was included. NEVER did they ask me to do my cabin filter or tell me the price. What I thought would of been a 120 dollar job ( 85 for synthetic oil, and 35 for air filter) turned out to be over 200.Word of advice if your going to do extra work and charge someone for it make sure you ask first. What if I didn't have the extra money to pay for something that they never asked about? I Don't trust people like that. And i see other reviews complaining abut similiar issues about them being disingenuous. They lost my business I was going to come back to do a transmission flush but since they want to play games then I won't be goin back here.

I would be lying if I say that these guys are doing their job good. They are amazing! I had a problem with my engine, I went to 3 different shops and none of them were able to fix it. But mechanics from Mechanic one diagnosed a problem and fixed it within couple days. And the price they gave me was way less than I expected.Bravo Mechanic One and a special thank you to mechanic Karim. He used a "normal" words to explain me as a girl what was wrong with my car.Definitely 10/10

Took for simple oil change. Understand everyone wants to make some money. But these guys just go too far. They had no idea I m an aircraft mechanic so they really tried to show pictures and put on a show. While I m waiting for over an hour I read some reviews. Wished I d done that before coming here. I don t imagine these guys will stay in business long.

Very disappointed in their work. My car needed a water pump. Because of the location of my water pump THE SHOP recommended several more jobs.The car was repaired in 23 days. I was told at first it would only take three to four days.Next, I had my vehicle for about three with less than 2000 miles traveled and my vehicle shut off on the highway. Luckily, I was near a shop and they did a diagnostic on my vehicle. The same codes Mechanic One repaired are the same codes showing up again.My vehicle is towed to Mechanic One bc All work is under warranty.Mechanic One received my vehicle never do a diagnostic check, never send me a email or a text on my vehicle.Mechanic One stated my car was dead and this is why they didn't do a diagnostic check. I asked them to do a diagnostic check, still didn't. I asked if you don't do a diagnostic check how do you know where to start? Still didn't do a diagnostic check.My total cost was around 3800.00.Next, my motor is damaged. All of the Mechanic One work was in good standing by Mechanic One standard. Mechanic One still never provided me with a diagnostic check, they didn't provide any type of recommendation.Mechanic One change the way we interacted when my vehicle was under warranty. I feel they failed to repair my vehicle properly. Now, I have no vehicle.

I recently came to know of Mechanic One Auto Repair. They are very professional. They gave me estimate and explained their transparent approach. They also helped change my license plate the screws of which were rusted. They are fast in attending to your vehicle and have nice waiting area to get your work done.

It is usually scary when a vehicle reaches an age that makes it more cost effective for repairs to be done somewhere other than a dealership. Mechanic One has been excellent in timely quotes and work quality. Highly recommend them. Quality work with the understanding that everyone has their own budget to consider

Uve had my oil changed with mechanic one the last 2 times. Both tines i was told my brake fluid was bad and needed replaced, I agreed the first time. 2nd visit foe exact same thing they said it needed to be changed again. I don't know if this is what they do to females who go in alone. The first time they "changed it" they never actually did. This past oil change a few months back they never turned off my oil change light, my coolant was completely empty. Nit going back here again.

Took my car in and paid for everything to be done. A few months later, the same thing happened and I took it back. They had told me it was a slightly different issue with same components and charged me again full price. As the came to deliver my car back to me, only the mechanic showed up and made me drive them back to the shop (40 miles) As we were driving, the car had the SAME issues, and they got me and Uber home. They Spent another week and a half working on it and test driving it for 3 days. Did not offer to pay for it since they claimed they fixed the problem twice and it was still not working correctly. Will never be taking my car back again.

While the manager is polite his crew are careless. They charge the upper end of the going rate according to repair pal website. Was told my engine had a mysterious hole from trying to fix an oil leak. My new HONEST mechanic investigated this. Not only could he not find a hole what he did find was shocking. The oil gasket they supposedly replaced was in two pieces and they globbed glue everywhere. What they told me was that it had a hole and that the silicon glue was to fix the hole. Well seems like the mechanic broke the gasket and instead of ordering a new one made up this b.s. story and gave the car back with this mickey mouse fix for a crazy fee!!!

Very good hard working people, don t rip you off, honest about the issue, I highly recommend this MECANIC shop to anyone

Mistake #1My Rpm s and Speedometer would drop to 0 real fast and then shoot back. I experienced no lack of power when this happened. My check engine light turned on. I brought my Chevy Trax to Mechanic One to get it fixed.Mistake #2They diagnosed my car as having 4 defective parts. EVAP canister vent solenoid +EVAP canister vent solenoid wiring harness +EVAP purge solenoid valve + EVAP canister. These 4 parts were to be replaced. I signed off on the $1,541 repair.Mistake #3When I came back to pick up my car, I was told that the check engine light was still on but should reset in 50-100 miles. I questioned what happens if it doesn t reset. I was then told that we would move on to step 2 of finding out what was wrong with my car. He then explained that they fixed what was Most likely the problem and if it didn t work, they would have to do more diagnostic testing. I did put up a bit of fuss at this point because at no point did, they tell me they were guessing. I was told I had 4 defective parts. I had those said parts replaced. The work was already done so I gave in and left the shop.The check engine light did not reset after 100 miles and my car was still dropping rpms and speed to 0. Nothing was fixed. It was as if I had never taken it to a shop. I let them know that nothing was fixed. They asked me to bring it back in. After spending over 1500 dollars there with no resolution, I was not doing that. My husband took a look under the hood, not that we have any car fixing experience, but he did find one of the old parts that got replaced jammed between the hood and the wiper blades. Nice right?So, after breaking down completely, on the freeway by myself, I took it to a different shop. This shop diagnosed the problem in less than a half hour. My BCM was bad, and there was a corroded wire in the harness that was supposedly replaced at Mechanic One. I got both issues fixed for less than half of what I originally paid. I had my car back fixed in less than 24 hours. It is the opinion of the second shop that the repairs done at Mechanic One were unnecessary and overpriced. I got this in writing.I urge you to go somewhere else to get your car fixed. Do not go to Mechanic One.Their work was unprofessional, unnecessary and their guessing cost me money I didn t have to spend.Literally go anywhere else.DO NOT GO TO MECHANIC ONE.Service: Electrical

I recommend this shop to everyone. I have been going here for many many years and am extremely satisfied with the work I have done. Mechanic One is the best auto shop in town. Karim and Jalil are the ones who work on my cars, very respectful and helpful.

I have recently found this place & like it very much. They r very professional but at the same time very friendly & caring. Honesty too rings high w/them cuz I actually had a tech tell me my oil was clean & I wouldn't need a change...lol TY is one of the first guys I met there & he is awesome too. Glad I found them! Also their waiting area is comfortable & filled w/coffee, water & snacks!

Was disappointed. Not sure what they did, but had to cut my exhaust to replace the rack and pinion steering. They welded it back together and used a bunch of putty to seal it around the weld and what appears to be some cracks where it was cut. Didn t last 3 weeks. 2 hours away and their weld broke. Had to take it to another place to have it fixed. Vacation plans canceled. I d go somewhere else.Service: Steering & suspension replacement
