My experience was great from start to finish. I got in exactly as my appointed time. I was treated very nicely and felt very welcome. The staff was very friendly and I was very pleased. They took care of everything that needed to be taken care of. I was even informed on the recall my vehicle had. They also took care of that in the same visit. Thanks again! I will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

The service department is the best experience I have ever had. They are good explaining "what and why" the service is being performed. They work as a cohesive team. The integrity is what I applaud as well as personable customer service. Kelly K. initial conversation is why I travel 20 miles to get service. I went to Kia Canton Last week for fixing couple issues to my car. manager's welcoming attitude made you feel valued . Exceptional service at the Kia service center! The manager's warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic experience. The staff displayed a high level of professionalism, thoroughly explaining the servicing process. I was impressed by their efficiency, completing the job promptly without sacrificing quality. The noticeable improvement in my car's performance speaks volumes about their expertise. Jonah at the service desk was super patient and explained everything about the service in detail: what was due, whether it was done before, etc.He even called his service manager to help me out.The estimate was a 2-hour wait, but my car was serviced ready in an hour.Thanks to the entire service team for a job well done.

Kia of Canton is fantastic. I recently bought my third Kia from them. They treat you like a V.I.P.China worked with my wife and I to get my wife into a new Soul and she is very excited about it.China did a great job and J.R is a true professional.Thank you China and J.R. Great shop. Fast and loyal to their customers!! They tell you what you need on your car or don't need. No surprises. I give 5 stars cause all the workers are fantastic!!! And don't forget to get some delicious hot chocolate from the waiting room!!!

I was promptly greeted & checked in quickly for my maintenance appointment. The tech also noticed a recall notice and they took care of that as well. The setvice center manger came out to introduce himself and offer me coffee. My car was ready when promised and they called me to tell me my car was ready. Excellent customer service. So happy this dealership has returned to the level of service that keeps me buying Kias.

Jonah was fantastic and let me know when there was changes/updates on my car. I was very thankful because I was aware of what was happening. I drove completely out of the way to come here because of terrible service at another location where I was left in the dark for weeks on end. Definitely night and day between this location and the Dearborn one.. Totally recommend Jonah! Thank you Canton Kia!

While my experience in leasing a Kia was wonderful, service has been a vastly difference experience. I called to make an appointment, for a LEASED vehicle that wouldn't start, I was told it would be 3 days before the first appointment was available and that I would have to get it there myself. When I asked if they provided towing services: no. When I asked if they had a rental vehicle I was told not until the car problem is diagnosed, and even then there was no guarantee they would have a lease available. So just exactly how is a person who works full time, has one vehicle and is single supposed to do all of this without a VEHICLE? I was thinking about purchasing this lease when its up, but there is absolutely no way I would do so due the poor customer service.

had a great experience. everyone who works here is super personable and very nice. I made an appointment to get my oil changed and was able to get in next day. I was there for just about an hour and chatted with a sales rep who was very sweet. anyone should definitely come here for any service that they need done to their Kia.edit 3/15/24I had another great experience getting my vehicle serviced. all the mechanics and staff were very welcoming and respectful. I still highly recommend coming here for any service that your kia needs.Service: Oil change

Overall communication is very poor. I wouldn t recommend bringing your car here. I brought my car in back in August for a few recalls and had the below experience:The day of my appointment when I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am the service staff told me to call the shop around 2pm for an update on the service campaigns I was coming in for. I called several times between 2:30 and 3:30pm and each time got sent to voicemail. I didn't receive a call back at all but finally was able to connect with someone who was short and told me my car was ready for pickup.When I arrived after work close to 5pm someone had me sign paperwork without explaining the work that was done, and work that was not able to be done. I noticed the sheet they handed me said that parts were ordered for the brakes and asked if I needed to come back. They let me know then that my vehicle's brake lines needed replacing and they didn't have the parts to do it that day and ordered them and I'd need to come back to have the work done. None of this was communicated to me up front which was pretty frustrating. I'm not one to complain but the lack of communication isn't what I'm used to when servicing my vehicles.Throughout the appointment I was in contact with someone named Kelly via text. I sent her the above information when she asked how the appointment went and she ensured me the parts department would contact me to set an appointment to have my brake lines replaced once the parts came in.It s now mid-December and I never heard anything further from the parts department or service department. Very unhappy with my experience here and will not be back.

The service department is amazing. Friendly and professional with on time appointments. My vehicle had several recalls and they completed everything in one day. No hassle, no wait and returned my vehicle sooner than expected. My service advisor, Harold Tate explained everything and took extra time to make sure I understood. What a gem! The mechanics Armani M. and Dante S. took great care of my vehicle and were able to do the additional work I requested without hesitation! They kept me updated and informed throughout the process. I drove 45 minutes due to other positive customer reviews and Kia of Canton certainly lived up-to their reputation for superior service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had getting a vehicle repaired. My husband had an appointment for a Tuesday morning but the vehicle wasn t looked at until that Thursday. During this time, we were lied to multiple times about whether the car had been brought in. Finally, on Thursday morning, the car was looked at and we were told it would be a 6-7 day turnaround. From that point, it took 10 business days before we finally had our vehicle back. Often, we were told we would receive a call within a certain timeframe, but ended up having to call hours (or even days) later ourselves. Each time we called for an update, we would have to call at least 3 times before getting an answer. In the end, we asked for the keys to be left in the vehicle and for it to be locked. When we picked it up, the vehicle had been left unlocked. Now, three weeks later, the check engine light has come on for a related issue. We will not be returning to Kia of Canton for this, since they obviously didn t fix it correctly in the first place.

Excellent experience. Harold is the best. He is very professional and pleasant. He knows his work very well. Always gives you true advice and never pushes you to buy unnecessary stuff. Aside from the fiasco with the $20.24 service offer that was revised to $20.24 OFF, I have a couple of other comments.1. I called the service department on 12/28 to make an appointment. I was told to leave a voice mail and would be called back. When I received no call back, I again called and had to leave another voice message. Again, no call back. So I made a service appointment on line, without any human contact. Had Someone called me back as promised, I probably would have been told of the "mistake".2. After the service, no car wash was offered.So, I could not recommend your service department.

Had a check engine light come on in my 2023 kia. Usually go to Dearborn but they couldn't get it in for weeks and there was never an actual person to talk to. Decided to try Canton. Spent over 600 dollars for a rental car as this is my only vehicle and they had it in the shop for a week. Warranty work was done on the fuel injection system picked it up put gas in it the next morning and the cabin filled with gas fumes. I left multiple messages repeatedly called for 3 days before I was told they could not get my car back in for almost 2 weeks there was nothing they could do. Couldn't afford another almost 700 dollar rental fee so I was firced to drive it the few miles to and from work with all the windows open in below zero weather Temps. Finally get it back in its now fixed properly this time. The manager of the dept. Was nice gave us his name for direct contact the next time we have issues since he was saying it should have came right back we had to explain we tried. We explained multiple times the issues we had with the fumes and the burning gas and higher rpms but the scheduling dept doesn't seem to care.

Quick and easy oil change. Very simple to schedule the service online or by calling the service department. I just wish they had a car wash at the dealership.
