awsum guy i man i dont no how he does it very lucritive bussiness he is usaly backed up for monthes as well as all his used cars he sells and then still has time to work on all his high end race car collection he just finished up his shelby man beutifull car dont no how he does it i spoke with one of his machanics ther a few times and they run somtimes 100 cars a week threw ther cudos to you guys keep up the good work guys

These guys are great! I asked them to press out a wheel bearing that was stuck in a carrier, they did it no problem. Many other shops didn't give me the time of day. Granted they charged me for a 1/2-hour job that probably took them 10 min, but they have a business to run, and I understand that. But what they did next really set them apart, they noticed that I had a broken speed sensor bolt and removed it and they did a great job of cleaning the part! They saved me the rest of my night to drill out! They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great. Easy going. Had what I would think is very challenging job (replace gas engine on Chevy Volt) that was completed quickly with no issues at all. Price was great too.

I paid for a pre-inspection before buying a vehicle. The staff at Ford RD are phenomenal! Friendly, fast service, affordable prices. They truely care about their customers. Will recommend and will go there again if I ever needed anything. The mechanic who I spoke with (?Dave?) even offered to talk to guy down from $1250 to $1000, due to a couple small issues with the car, and the guy took it! So he basically paid for the inspection with that, and gave me an extra $200! Excellent service, they really do go above and beyond.

Do not use this garage. They will rob the un-savvy. They performed spark plug and coil wire replacement and charged $1,700, after speaking with the vehicle owner. An hour later I called to stop the job, but they said they were finishing up. I called two other garages, one quoting $899 and the other $453. Ford RD Auto Clinic said the exorbitant cost was due to the quality of the parts used, the diagnostic costs and the fuel injector cleaning (none of which he quoted originally). This was all double talk for, "Look this way, while we rob you blind." I'm sending this out first to warn consumers, before filing complaint with the AG's Office and the BBB.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great people. Treat you like family. Prices are good. Labor is relatively cheap compared to others. Dave the owner is a class act and ASE certified tech who knows his stuff. I work on my cars most of the time but when I need something done that I can't do, this is the place I come to

David and his team are AWESOME! My boyfriend and his family have used the Ford Rd Auto Clinic for years so when I brought my car in they gave me a great welcome. I really appreciated the way/time David took to explain the problems with the car to me. Most of my experiences at repair shops have been guys trying to talk down to me or just skip over stuff, assuming I know nothing of cars.Not here, these guys are true gentlemen and have a great deal of knowledge about their business.

Stopped by in a moments notice, Dave and the guys at the shop were extremely helpful in replacing a hard to reach lightbulb and fuse for my rear wind shield wiper. 15 minutes later I was out of there. Always my go to auto shop for our vehicles. Dave and the guys are always professional and great at automotive repair. This place will treat you right both on price and customer service. Owner was great and friendly. But mechanics put the wrong motor mounts on my vehicle took it back twice was dissatisfied so I took it to another place and got a second opinion found out mounts were not bounded right took it back to Ford Auto Clinic they tried to fix it again but car is still not fixed so I am totally dissatisfied I have a warranty but I do not trust these guys again

I had a positive customer experience with Ford Road Auto Clinic. The muffler was cracked and tail pipe had broken off on my Mazda Tribute. I called several auto repair shops for estimates and spoke with David (Manager) from Ford Road Auto Clinic. I brought my vehicle in the morning, received a call for estimate and the repairs were completed by the afternoon. David showed me the parts that were replaced. From my perspective, Ford Road Auto Clinic provided me a reasonable price and courteous customer service. The repair cost seemed fair as compared to the estimates received from other nearby auto repair shops. I would go back to Ford Road Auto Clinic.

David is a very honest man. I took my car in for service for a air bag check light. They fixed the problem and I paid for their service. The next day I received a call from David and he stated that I had over paid him by $100 for the repair service. I was very greatful for his honesty and I will continue to take my vehicles to him for service.

I've been going to Dave at Ford Road Auto Clinic for service as long as I've been in the Detroit Metro area. He's always been amazingly helpful and honest! I recommend Ford Road Auto Clinic to anyone who is looking for a good honest mechanic to keep their vehicle in tip-top condition... or in my case to keep an old beater running. Either way you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic. Took a vehicle to be inspected they brought me into show me the problems with the car, gave me 2 estimates 1 for OEM parts and 1 for after market parts. I scheduled the work, they had it in and out and under estimated cost. Recommend them to everyone

I usually do my own car work, but I but I got stuck with some badly seized front control arm bolts on my 06 Mustang. They freed up the bolts and installed my new control arms very quickly for a good price. I will be back.

If I could give no stars I would. They lied about prices and don't care about the customer. Too bad mom and pop places are going under, but if they treat people like this I can see why.

These guys are fair but don't expect them to tell you the problems with your car. If you know 100% what the problem is with your car, then these guys are ok.
