I had purchased tires from Bell Tire (Jackson, MI) a year + ago, but continue to have an issue with rim leaks. Every time I've gone in, they've taken care of of the leak. Today, with a cold weather, one of the tires was down about 6 lb so I took it in to their Canton location to fill it so I could make it home (1� hrs). They were very accommodating and allowed me to use their inside air pump as their outside air pump was out of order.

Due to the extremely poor install quality, I will never trust Belle Tire with my business again.When I first bought this new set of tires for my wife's car, I noticed as I was leaving that they were filthy. I'd never bought new tires before that didn't look like new tires, but with this $800.00 set I had to stop at a car wash and scrub them before they were presentable enough to bring home to her.But the bigger problems appeared a couple of days later, when we took her car out to run errands. One tire had lost over 15 psi (half its pressure) and another had lost five. There were no punctures in the tires, and I knew that the prior set never had any problem with rim or valve leaks.I took the car back in today, and after a very long wait, the clerk explained that grit had gotten into the valve stems and they had to replace them.And that brings us to the reason why I will never trust them with another vehicle, including one of our other cars that we are about to put a new set on: they clearly did not leak check them after installing the tires on the wheels!A standard dunk test would have immediately revealed the faster leak if it had been done. That the tech introduced grit into two valve stems is already egregious, but the fact that they were installed onto the car without leak checking them is potentially dangerous.I added one star from the bottom because they did replace the valves without trying to charge me to fix their own mistake, but they've absolutely lost my trust.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE WITH BELLE TIRE!!The group they have working at Belle Tire Ford rd. are terrible. No professionalism, no respect for customers. When I came in March 2023 they profiled me and, fixed my brakes the "cost efficient way" because they just assumed I couldn't afford it.March 2023 I took my vehicle into Belle Tire on Ford rd in Canton because my brake pedal was going to the floor. They told me I needed to replace 1 brake line because it was leaking so I agreed to have the work done; $1270. They assured me it was no longer an issue. It is now February 2024 and my brake pedal is going to the floor again; so I took it back to the same Belle tire. After the inspection they said, "there is a leak in the front brake line". They recommended ALL my brake lines needed to be replaced due to corrosion on the brake lines and it will be $1780. I asked if they could do half now and half in 2 months. The salesman said, "we recommend doing all of them now." I asked why didn't they suggest to replace them ALL when I brought the vehicle in the first time for this issue and he said, "when you came in March 2023 we were trying to do it the most cost efficient way."When I brought my vehicle to Belle tire in March 2023 I did NOT ask for a cost efficient fix; no one mentioned the lines were corroded. I asked if it was typical that lines get so corroded after a year and he said, "sir your vehicle is a 2008 and the corrosion has been there for some time."I asked, "if that was the case why didn't anyone tell me or warn me they were corroded in 2023?" He was silent; stuck and stumbling on words not knowing what to say. Its almost as if they did the repair in 2023 knowing I'd have to come back the next year for another fix. That's when I knew they were full of it and untrustworthy.I just wanted my brakes fixed. I did not request a, "cost efficient fix." Not one time did they mention that I could potentially come back because the lines are corroded. They did not even tell me at the time that there was corrosion on the lines.I will be letting everyone; friends, family and more NOT to do business with Belle Tire. My wife and I have been going for Belletire for 10+ years and have a watched the customer service get worse & worse year after year. Please don't waste your time and money here.

My tire saga began last week when my right front tire kept losing air. I visited the Belleville location on Friday, hoping for a quick fix. Despite being advised to arrive early the next day for a walk-in appointment, I was turned away when they didn t honor walk-ins. Disappointed, I contacted the Belle Tire in Canton and spoke with Frank, who provided exceptional service and discovered a cracked wheel. They swiftly installed the spare and repaired the wheel over the next two days. In conclusion, despite the inconvenience, I ve decided to take all my future business to the Canton location for their outstanding service.

Stopped by for a service (tire pressure sensor replacement), they made me feel like I was I inconveniencing them. I overheard them talking to other customers with the same outlook. Perhaps they don t need the business?I went to Discount Tire in Canton afterwards; they completed the service in an about an hour and were very friendly and welcoming. Not to mention the service at Discount Tire was $17 less.I do NOT recomment Belle Tire. Save yourself the headache, unwelcome feeling, and some money and go to Discount Tire first.

Honestly some of the nicest and honest guys to have work on your vehicle. With so many dealers and mechanics resorting to shady practices to turn a profit, it's a breath of fresh air to see a place of business that is more interested in establishing a good business through reputation as a fair place.

Terrible experience!!! I ve always taken my cars to Belle tire but something has shifted with how they treat customers!!!! I made an appointment to be told my car won t be ready until the next day I only learned this info after calling! No one called me to address any concerns they had! This is the second time at this location I ve had an issue with them!!! Lesson learned!

Decided to go here instead of Discount Tire because the price was marginally lower. My brand new tires were installed last Wednesday. I had a flat tire on Friday because they installed a valve stem improperly. On Saturday, another tire started being problematic. I don't even want to take it back here to make them fix it because they clearly don't know what the hell they're doing.Update: verified leaking valve stem on 2nd tire also. I've been without a car for 2 days in the last week because of this problem. Completely unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere if you want to trust your tire installs.

I got an appointment within 2 days for a rotation and balance, the projected wait time was a couple of hours . It took about an hour and fifteen minutes. Customer service was great and the waiting area was also top notch.

Best place to get tire fixed. Frank is awesome. It was a busy day, and he informed me to leave the car and take it tomorrow, but I got a call by 4 pm to pick it up. Thank you, Frank, you saved the day.

My daughter and I got a flat tire on the way home to Farmington Hills and was able to pull into the Superior fire department parking lot and they were gracious enough to put on our spare,but unknowingly the spare was also not usable because it would not hold enough air to get us home,so the fire department suggested Belle Tire Canton,well the spare also busted and we were able to coast into the parking lot,walked in and were told that we would be there until 8pm because there were 15 ppl ahead of us ok no problem we decided that we would get the service done,then the guy says unfortunately we may not be able to do the service by 8pm,you would have to wait until tomorrow so we ended up being stranded at Belle Tire with no solution for the tire and no way home ,what is very disheartening is that my daughter has not only a heart condition, but is also wearing a defibrillator and not once did any store manager or anyone in management come and have a conversation with us to see how they could assist two females stranded ,we are hearing and seeing lots of giggling and horseplay but not an ounce of genuine concern...what has this world come to ...

This Belle tire tried to scam me. Went in to get my tire repaired had a torque screw in it and they called me telling me all my suspension is completely killed and leaking and cracked and tried to get me to do it right on the spot get it done on the day you know sketchy scammy stuff. Ironically I was replacing all of my suspension because it has lost a lot of its bounciness. Just did all the work yesterday no cracks no leaks no nothing. Lying to a customer is quite a big deal especially when I got my eyes on it and did my own suspension and knew it wasn t anything, do not trust this Belle tire they ll try to get you to do deals on the spot and say whatever they can to get your money

Dear Belle Tire Manager DeAngelo,I am writing to share my recent experience at your Canton Center Rd and Ford Rd location. As a long-time customer, my family and I have always appreciated the service and support we received from Belle Tire. However, our most recent visit left us quite disheartened.We had contacted your establishment last Thursday to order rims for my elderly father's truck, and we were advised to come in on Monday as they had to be ordered and would show up then, we then offered a slight delay until Tuesday to accommodate their schedule. We made every effort to arrive promptly on Tuesday morning, though we encountered some traffic delays that caused us to be a bit behind the 8 am opening time.Upon our arrival, we were met with unexpected challenges. We were informed that our appointment that we never really had because we were told just show up first thing in the morning was now considered to be late due to the backlog of cars from the previous night??. DeAngelo, whom we understood to be the manager, made a comment about how lucky we were that our appointment wasn't canceled . This response took us by surprise, as we had simply inquired about the estimated completion time for our vehicle.Moreover, the demeanor displayed by DeAngelo towards my elderly father was both shocking and unprofessional. We believe that all customers, regardless of their age, deserve respectful and courteous service.Our intention in sharing this feedback is not to dwell on the negative aspects of our experience but to provide constructive input that can help improve the overall customer experience for those going forward. Upon reviewing the locations current Goggle reviews we see this is an ongoing issue with this location and maybe corporate needs to revisit its training and protocol?� We have always held Belle Tire in high regard and hope that you can address these concerns to rebuild the reputation for excellence that you've lost over the years.We kindly request that you review the handling of appointments and customer interactions to ensure that everyone receives the level of service they deserve. Ordered tires and set up an appointment on the website. I showed up on time for the appointment and 20 minutes later was informed that the tires I ordered weren t there. Then I was shown a list of other similar tires that were more expensive to choose from or they d order the tires I ordered for tomorrow. I don t know if this was a sales gimmick to clear out inventory or make more money or what but it was my experience at this particular Belle tire. So be advised.

Maybe it is the time for a class-action lawsuit. In my opinion this company s business model is built on scamming customers. The Canton, Ford rd, store is horrible, and the company is also at fault. Read the reviews and u will know why. For example from my personal experience, tires come with free flat repair and free rotation. Nowhere on the Belle Tire website u can schedule a flat tire repair. If u call the store, the soonest appointment is a week away for a flat tire. If u stop by the store, they will tell u leave the car at the store and they have no shuttle, they may get to in several hours or tomorrow. Flat tire is an emergency and must be managed timely (like an hour or two of waiting at the store should be the maximum). Belle tire, shame on u for false advertisement, put flat repair appointments option on your website, and clearly state flat repair might take a week when you sell the tire. I will Never again deal with this company

Halfway through our 3 Week Rd. trip we stopped in Canton to visit family. Coming down the hills of Pennsylvania are minivan, shutter, terribly as I apply the brakes. I could see the looks of terror on my children s faces, and knew something was not right with our vehicle. By the time we reached a Canton, I knew something had to be done, but did not know where to turn. My brother recommended Belle Tire. I met with Eric, who is incredibly helpful. He was kind and empathetic. He understood my predicament being so far from home and having a little options . Our vehicle needed brakes, rotors and new tires. Eric worked with me to find a solution that fit our budget and get the vehicle fixed that same day. I went from being worried for my family safety to being worried of taking advantage of by mechanic shop to ultimately Feeling cared for and understood. I greatly appreciate Eric and the entire team at Belle tire. Great customer service and integrity.

Over promise and Under deliver. I Droppedthe car at 8 am for an oil change and alignment. I called at noon and was told that although they hadn t started the job they assured me it would be done. I again called at 5 pm as I hadn t heard back and was again told that they hadn t started it but promised that it would be done. Arrived just before close and was told that they did not do the work and would not be able to. As an explanation, I was told that most cars were sitting there for 3 days without service which we took as that was the standard for Canton Belle Tire. Won t be doing business with Belle Tire again as they make it very clear that they don t really care about service provided or customer care.

Wife had a nail in her tire on her brand new car so she dropped her car off in the morning , they had the car for about seven hours and got absolutely nothing done so they threw the spare on the front most tire places will put a factory tire from the back and move it to the front for safety if the front tire is the issue , so she had to bring the car back the next day they never called to let her know the tire was in and at this point she's still waiting on her car , I didn't realize this was the same store a number of years back that failed to tighten down my lugs on my mustang gt and the back tire fell off avoid this store at all cost .

Went to Canton location at 4:30 on Saturday. We had an emergency we had a flat tire on our utility trailer. We brought in wheel & tire and needed to replace the tire. 3 guys we sitting outside smoking and said that they didn't have time to mount the tire. Customer service????

Rather surprising they needed to keep my car overnight to repair a tire with a nail in it. When they finally got around to look at it, said I needed a new tire, which then had to be ordered. Could have saved theirs and my time by taking 10 minutes to look at the tire when I first brought it in.

I called this store on 7/6/23 at 9am and spoke to Scott to verify that one of my tires (which had broken due to manufacturer defect) was covered by warranty; Scott confirmed that the tire in question was under warranty, so I asked him to order the replacement tire. Took the vehicle there on 7/10/23 and dropped the car off with Eric, and stated that I was here to get the warranty tire replacement installed and left the car with him. At the end of the day we were CHARGED FULL PRICE for the replacement tire! Belle Tire not only claimed the damaged tire was NOT under warranty but also claimed that Scott told me it was NOT covered when I originally called them! I was stunned that they claimed ZERO accountability and charged us full price, but based on the massive number of negative reviews of this place, I should have expected as much.Since their word means nothing, I will NEVER use their services again and I urge you to avoid them at all costs. I will be telling everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Sharing my bad experience with this store on their enormous long wait times even for flat tire. I walked in by 8.15 am and they gave me a slot only by 2.20pm even when I said I had to wait there and finally got my car tire fixed by 12.30pm. I never had to spend 4 hours for fixing a flat tire.

Eric is a legend!! He was able to squeeze me in last second to fix a flat tire I got thanks to Michigan's wonderful potholes. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this place. Thanks again Eric!

I got my front 2 tires replaced from them. The front wheel lugs broke off because they tightened them to much. Took it in to get them fixed they made me pay for it. A couple week later one of thel lugs broke off again. They had to replace it. Now I'm having more problems after bringing my car in there. Do not take your car here period.

I have been going to this Belle Tire for some years now. I have nothing but good things to say. Amazing people with great customer services. I took my car to the dealership for rattling noise and I was told that it would cost $169 to just get a diagnostic test. I declined that proposal and I took my car to this Belle Tire. They found out that the noise was coming from a loose heat shield and tightened it up. That s it!Nothing to do with tires but they fixed it without any charges. Thank you, Scott! You made my day. :)

I'm giving this 5 star review based on my interactions with Darion Lowery, the Assistant Manager. I needed to get on the road out of state due to a family emergency and had a flat. This location is super busy, but this man could tell that I was in a tough spot early that morning when he heard my story. He showed me great kindness and was able to get someone to quickly fix my tire and got me back on the road. It was a huge relief and you bet I'll be back and recommend him/this location.

Went in to have two tires plugged and one balanced with a full rotation. They wanted me to buy all new tires! I only have 20k miles on a brand new vehicle. Sent pics to a friend, and my tires are fine!!. Trying to upsell me on the spot by scaring me. Bell only plugged ONE tire, paid for the balance that was NOT done, because my car still jolts above a certain speed and that same tire never was plugged!! So guess who had another flat! They also never bothered to do the rotation. Not happy that I was off work for this nonsense. What a waste of my time! And leaving me a mom with a child unsafe!
