The staff at Velocity is amazing! They were so attentive and kind, I truly felt valued as a customer and will continue to have my car serviced with this shop. Pricing was very fair and I felt they were transparent with the issues I had. I love supporting small businesses and this one is top notch!!

I had a screw stuck in my tire. Everyone I was calling was too busy to fix it right away. I called Velocity Motors and although they were extremely busy also, they told me to bring it in and they would get it fixed for me! That meant a lot as I'm always running errands and was scared it was going to go flat at some point. They were extremely helpful and polite on the phone as well as when I got there and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I will most definitely be bringing my vehicle there for service in the future!

Took a long time to get my repair done. then one part was defective, had to being the car back. Now we have a similar sound again and we are coning in on the 8th so you can check it out again. Now the installed parts have gone bad again 3/23/24. I've known Brent (owner) for a long time. He's an honest, caring individual that truly cares about his customers. They are fair, fast, and friendly. Their mechanics know their stuff and do an outstanding job. Velocity Motors is the only place I'll take my vehicles for service!

Brought my 2012 RAM 1500 in for an oil change, brake inspection, and overall check for wore belts/hose/leaks, etc. The digital inspection they perform is very nice. You get a detailed text message, with pictures, explaining what they found that needs repair. Items are color coded red, for immediate attention/repair, yellow for possible repair, and green for not needing repair/passing inspection. I had forgotten my warranty was for being serviced at a Chrysler dealer only, so we determined what was/was not covered and proceeded from there. Replaced some suspension components in the front, flushed and filled with new brake fluid. Brake pedal feels much more responsive! After the work was complete, received a text message with the bill, and a link to pay, very convenient. Receipt was also emailed, and a printed copy left in my truck. Jerome, I assume service manager, was great to deal with over the phone (when determining what work to do to vehicle). I also received a text message checking to see how the repairs/work was a few days later from Brent! Overall great experience. I've been taking my vehicle here for the last ~2.5 years for oil changes and regular maintenance and have had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone I've interacted with has been extremely helpful, and I feel like their service is very reasonably priced. I'm not a car guy in the slightest, but I've always felt like everyone here has been very honest with service recommendations and concerns that I've had.

They fit me in on short notice before a holiday weekend, completed a thorough inspection and provided an itemized list of repairs with no pressure sales. They ordered parts the same day and had my car repaired the day after the Holiday. I found they were honest, communicative, and made the process very smooth while very reasonably priced. I got stuck in a client's driveway with the new tires I bought from Tires 2000. They refused to send a tow truck citing "if we get stuck it's your fault." My van was 10 ft from the street meaning they were too lazy to do it so I called another tow truck. I specifically told Tires 2000 I wanted tires that handled ice. I found Velocity and they replaced the wrong sized tires with the right ones. The minute I walked into Velocity and through the whole process they were really friendly and professional. I met the owner Brent and I am very impressed. The new tires work great on ice. They also fixed the broken rear door latch on my van. George and Jerome are great too. I'm going back to have my rear windshield arm replaced.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I needed a new alternator in my Rav4 and some electrical wires by the alternator..they were amazing got it right in and saved me a bunch of money over the dealer.. THANK YOU ALL AGAINhope i dont need you :) but if i do i'm coming back !!!Service: Brakes

Best repair shop experience I have ever had. The owner and two guys up front are professional and courteous and take their time with you and listen to you. They have loaner cars available that you can schedule your work to be done on your car when a loaner car is available and in the lobby they have popcorn and pop and water and coffee.And the guy before me that was getting work done on his car they were dropping him off to his work location. It was almost fun to get my car fixed here. I had a hybrid inverter pump replaced and an engine water pump, idler pulleys, and timing belt changed and then I scheduled a small exhaust leak the next week. Both experiences were great. They also sell cars and can do a search for a specific vehicle you are looking for. I also talked to one of the mechanics and he was polite and helpful and listened and went out of his way to be helpful twice too. They also sell tires here. This place gives you the feeling of being treated reasonably and fairly.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

The team at Velocity Tire & Auto is amazing and accommodating. We have had them put a set of tires on all 4 of our family's vehicles. Also, brake work. They have been easy to work with, have done great work at fair prices. Highly recommend!

I got a good deal on my low mileage 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Courteous & no pressure sales staff. We will definitely come back to see what they have in stock when it's time to get another vehicle.

Great customer service! Was able to get a quote and scheduled on a quick call. Actually had to reschedule twice, and they accommodated us no problem! Work was done quickly and their lockbox key system allowed us to pick up our car after hours. My new go to place!

I could not recommend Velocity enough! Their service was outstanding with very clear communication the whole way through. The report on my car's inspection was thorough and detailed, with pictures included. I had a great experience being able to use a loaner car while mine was being worked on as well. I will definitely be returning to Velocity!

Words cannot express my gratitude to Brent and team for going the extra mile to make my experience with Velocity Motors so positive and for shipping my car to Wisconsin. I made my purchase with Velocity Motors completely online and I was so thrilled when my car arrived. It is beautiful, perfect for me and far exceeds my expectations! Brent was so great to work with. He answered every question I had no matter how trivial, walked me through the financing, and promptly completed all of the paperwork. My car even arrived on my doorstep on the exact day he said it would! It is so rare to find a business owner who truly cares about the customer. Brent is most definitely a person of his word and embodies the most important qualities of honesty and integrity. I would purchase from Velocity again, and again, and again! I believe I got a great car at a great price that I would not have been able to buy in my hometown! Thank you Brent! I love my car!

Very professional, courteous, and timely. Never had any issues with them. We recently brought our car in for new tires and rotor turn, and they found a way to have a loaner car for us to use until the next day. It's a smaller dealership, but they offer just as much if not more than any other larger one. They are typically quicker as well. Very happy with the service.

We couldn't ask for a better experience. Brent was fantastic to work with. We not only bought an SUV and a Truck that day from him, but plan to return in the future when we are ready for another purchase. His attentiveness went beyond the 1st day we stopped in. His communication skills are top-notch and it clearly shows he cares for his customers--not just for that sale but long term! He made sure we were 100% comfortable with the purchase & with the vehicles operations by helping us to know everything we could about them. That to me is a huge blessing to have someone to work with in the "car sales" role that is as best as they come. Thank you Brent & all of you at Velocity Motors! You truly are a diamond in the rough of car dealerships. Keep up the good work!!! We love our F-250 & Escape.

This was my first time dealing with Velocity and I can not say enough about their service and personnel. I called on a Tuesday to have my serpentine belt replaced and they were able to get me in two days later, my first day off from work. Jerome was very pleasant and kept me apprised every step of the way. They did an inspection which was very thorough and for the first time since I've owned my vehicle I know exactly what future service I need. I especially like the way the recommendations are laid out, up front and easy to see what are the most critical needs and the least critical. I think I have found my go to mechanics.

I've never had good experiences at dealerships in Grand Rapids that are locally owned. Every car that I've bought from a dealership like that always broke down on me, the salesmen were very pushy & I gave in to everything they told me. When my boyfriend showed me the 2005 GMC Yukon Denali we purchased yesterday, it was everything I wanted. Black, leather seats, sunroof, nice rims & window tint - I swore it was too good to be true! We went down to test drive it & from the beginning I could tell that Brent was a great person. He wasn't pushy, & he told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle & why the price was lowered. He gave me the car fax without question & didn't hide the fact that the vehicle had been in a very minor accident. We test drove it & I fell in love. He did whatever it took to get us in the Yukon. We got approved & it was literally the easiest car buying experience I've ever gone through! Brent is an awesome person to work with, & I would recommend Velocity Motors to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, non-pushy, tell you exactly what you need to know dealership! :) Thank you for all that you've done for us, Brent!
