I had a hydraulic oil leak in my mower and couldn't service it myself. I thought I'd give Full Armor a try and was extremely happy with their service. They fixed the issue and even made a few other small quality of life adjustments for me free of charge. Their prices were very fair as well. I will be using them again for any future issues, and would gladly recommend them.

I don t think I would ve known about this place if it wasn t for them becoming the new Ridgid tool service center for this area. They are friendly, communicate well, and are family owned. Although I was just there for tool repair this time, I will certainly consider them for future lawn and garden needs - purchasing and servicing lawnmowers, orv parts, etc.Thanks!

I recently had full armor go through my vintage moped to get everything running in tip top shape. I was very impressed with their customer service, this is a place that cares about their customers and does right by them. I had the opportunity to speak with both the owner and the technician that performed the work and you can tell they have a passion for their trade. I don't often get impressed with companies anymore, but this place totally exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anyone to them! Stopped by late in the day with many questions and few prospects of buying anything he had in stock, and Mark was extremely generous with his time, patiently answered all my questions, helped me think through my options, and directed me to the place that had what I wanted for the price I could afford. It was obvious that he pays attention to detail, knows his business, and can be trusted to do right by his customers and even non-customer neighbors. Thanks!

I was searching the state for Gravely mowers. This was the best place out of all dealerships that I contacted. They were able to answer questions, had in stock what I was looking for and also for the best price! Customer service compared to others can't be beat since you are dealing with the owner and not just a salesperson.

Had the front end of my FJR rebuilt. The Full Armor crew did an amazing job troubleshooting the issues it had and what parts it needed. Extremely knowledgeable and keep you informed every step of the way! Incredible work, the bike handles like it is on rails now. Definitely going to them for all my equipment needs!

They work with you when you have a repair bill and don't have all the money at once. plus pick up and dropoff is very reasonable $60.00.They do there best to get a part you may need for your riding or walking mower or snow blower.Your greeted with a friendly smile and great attitude and they answer any question you may have if the question can be answered right then if they don't have an answer for a certain question they'll find it out for you and get back to you.

Outstanding Service! Both times visited. We purchased our snowblower from this shop. Guys were very helpful, to me the wife, who made the first trip to see what they had. Talked to me and went over all the pro's and con's and were very friendly, not pushy, and helpful. When my husband and I returned, after multiple helpful conversations over text, they were just as friendly and helpful. We will be taking our riding lawn mower and boat there this summer for some work. I LOVE that we don't have to drive to Wetland anymore for small engine repair, and that we have reliable, trust worthy, friendly service right in town Caledonia with good prices.

Mark is an excellent mechanic who will put you at ease with his attention to detail and ability to explain the procedures necessary to make your motorcycle or power equipment run like new again.He has fixed things for me and my friends.I highly recommend him and his staff.

Full Armor Cycle does an excellent job as always. I won't take my bike anywhere else, and I have to drive close to 80 miles to drop my bike off there when I need mechanical work done. Mark does great work at a fair price and he is honest. That's better than the option I have in Fremont which is only 25 miles away. I know when I get my motorcycle back I can count on it getting me where I am going and back home. I rate Full Armor Cycle with a 5 out of 5 star rating.

I had such a pleasant experience with Mark and Roy. I responded to an ad for a used bike on Facebook, and was really happily surprised to find a bike that had been completely prepped, cleaned, checked out, and ready to ride. Not only that, but all the paperwork was handled right there. Not only are these guys very ethical and honest, but they are just really great guys, pleasant to deal with. I feel that I not only bought a bike but made some friends, and established a contact that I'll be doing business with for a very long time.

Mark is excellent. I highly recomend Full Armor Cycle. I picked his brain for a few a while about yard equipment and he thoroughly answered all my questions. I bought all my equipment through him based on his recomnedation and they all work great! He services them at a fair price with quick turn around.

Excellent place to repair small engines, power sports all the way up to Harley Davidson Motorcycles, if it can't be fixed they have plenty of new options available for purchase. Great place, make sure to stop in and talk to Mark who has a degree in engineering but has a passion for helping people with their small engine needs. Highly Recommended.

This is a great shop. My wife bought me a snowblower, and Mark did a great job pointing her in the right direction. He easily could have upsold her, but he made sure to find the snowblower that would be the right fit for our driveway. I got the impression that Mark is incredibly honest and ethical, and I will be sure to direct friends and family in his direction.

Never use this company again. Lawn tractor under warrenty was covered but they stated it was a fuel issue so MTD would not cover it. It was the throttle assembly spring came off. Had to pay diagnostic fee of $75 because they looked at it then because we couldn't afford repair they put the bowl on carb backwards on top of leaving it outside in the rain and gas tank was empty. After sitting for 3 weeks. This is a scam to make money.
