Came in for a retrofit park assist and tire rotation on my car with 15k miles.Pro: Quick serviceCon: Quick service comes at the cost of paint damage and a future visit to Belletire to have them determine why I now have a pull to the right when driving. I'm going to spend the rest of my life trying to figure out how Mr. Gerken managed to damage the paint on my roof rack of all places during a tire rotation. Never even got a chance to use it myself.Should have known better and asked more questions when my tire rotation happened to be free at checkout.Update: roof was actually detailing stickers that never came off when I bought it. My bad. The rest is still a legit complaint though.

John S. has been great to work with, from the service department at Fox Chevrolet. We re currently waiting on an auto claim, and John has made the process very easy.

Brought my SUV there for a recall and was very pleased. They fixed the airbag and left no remnants that they even had it apart. Great job guys.

Fixed my moms veichal quickly but the employees at the time were very rude and snappy towards her. Good place to go other than that.
