I came in with a broken part and in need of a temporary fix. They screwed the part back on enough to get me home free of charge. I've lived around here for a while and they're always reliable.

I hit a deer back in October. My car wasn't exactly the most common car on the road so the repairs were scheduled for December to accommodate the time it would take to get the parts delivered and the other business they had already scheduled. While I was waiting on some of the larger parts, they went ahead and repaired my headlight so I could at least drive while we were waiting to finish the remaining repairs. I felt like everyone answered all my questions (special shout out to Paula) and I'm very happy with the repairs that were performed. While I hope I don't have to anytime in the near future, I would absolutely come back here for future repairs and I recommend them if anyone is looking for high quality body work performed by fair, honest people.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

Ed's Body Shop did a fantastic job with my car! I was rear-ended with a lot of damage and they fixed the car beautifully. When we got the car back, it was cleaned inside and out - really happy with our whole experience! Paula at the front desk was great too. She took the time to answer all our questions and kept us informed - very professional and super nice! Paula also arranged a rental car for us to use which really helped out tremendously. Thank you so much Ed and Paula!!!!

awesome work my car was rear ended and you can not even tell that it was ever in a wreck. they also helped me with my deductible which if they wouldn't have i would have never been able to get my car fixed. Paula's Customer service was extremely excellent i will defiantly be using them again. they also loaned me a car for the two weeks they had mine.

This was my first experience using Ed's, and I could not be more happy with the results. The whole experience was very smooth and the communication was good. From arranging for a rental car, to the communication, to the body work itself, I was very happy with every step. My truck looked fantastic after the work was done and the truck was cleaned both inside and out in an excellent professional manner. I'll use Ed's body shop the next time it's necessary and highly recommend it.

Very friendly and efficient staff. My car was recently hit while parked. They did a great job of not only fixing my car, but took care of all the insurance hassle. The place is small, so you are not just a "case" to them.

Although this review is way long overdue I still want to post my positive experience. I had the opportunity to have body work done by Ed's aafew years ago from the advise of my insurance agent. Although one does not have body work done that often and hopefully never, it helps to deal with an organization that projects trust. This is the experience i had at Ed's. They communicated very well and exceeded my expectations with the work. Mine was not due to a collision. It was mainly replace the rusted rocker panels of a Ford explorer. I also was not in a hurry and gave them time to do it. Based on the work they did for me I highly recommend them.

Great customer service but communication was awful! I had such a hard time getting answers and would have to initiate the calls almost every day. Even if I was told I would receive a call the next day I wouldn't receive one! If the secretary isn't there you won't get an answer about your vehicle. I didn't get a loaner and my car was being serviced for over a month. There is no way I can go that long without a car again, while they were very friendly and have a guarantee on their work it was too much time and effort on my part to ensure that they were doing the work and it was done in a very untimely fashion.

Great service and awesome work at more than fair pricing. They are very transparent in their approach to doing business...no smoke and mirrors like too many body shops. Ed's is the ONLY place to have your car repaired. Five stars is really not enough.

My husband hit a deer and it caused extensive damage. Our insurance picked this place and we did not care where it went. They were so nice, very informative, and assisted us the best they could. After having their services I would not want to go anywhere else again if (gosh forbid) something big happened to our vehicles. Now we know where to go, Ed's.

Ed s does great work!!! They are a friendly, local business and provide outstanding service! The body work I received was very very well done ( even down to matching a unique paint color ) and included an excellent warranty.

The front end of my vehicle was shifted when another driver hit the front passenger corner of my car, and my insurance company sent me to Ed's Body Shop. I was told that my vehicle would be repaired within 8 business days, but the work wasn't finished and I didn't get my car back until 5 weeks had passed. There was barely any communication from the body shop, and they contradicted themselves. First they told me they had the parts that were necessary for repairs, then they called back a few days later to say that they didn't have all of the parts. After that, they stopped calling altogether. I finally had to contact my insurance company and get them involved again because I was so sick of having to extend and renew my rental service week after week when my vehicle should have been finished and returned to me.

Awful communication!I brought my car in on a damage claim from a car wash. I had to call them 3x just to try and schedule an appointment, each time they told me they would call me back in just a minute; never did.After 3 weeks of trying to get a time to come in, they didnt even have my part! Gave them my phone number again and stressed that I needed them to call me when the part came in, NEVER received a call. Just now got an appt scheduled to repair my car that was damaged over 2 months ago.Will not be having them service my vehicle again and I highly recommend finding somebody else to service your car as well.

Ed's did a nice job repairing my truck after tangling with a power box. Had 3 quotes and they were the cheapest by 100's. Look out for over charges from the rental company they use, they tried to charge me when they picked up the car from Ed's not when I dropped it off.

I got a serious door ding in the YMCA parking lot on Gezon Parkway ... took it to Gerber on M37 and they wanted to do a PDR (paintless dent removal), which, I'm told, looks like $%it. Decided to take it to Ed's in Caledonia and he told me it would involve removing the door and re-painting the entire piece. Since my insurance was covering all costs, I decided to go with Ed's and am I glad I did. The car looks showroom perfect and the painted door matches the rest of the car exactly. Couldn't have asked for better body work.
