Very impressed with price as well as speed and knowledge. They did an entire engine swap for me. Pricing was more than competitive and communication was excellent. Really appreciate this group and for sure will be bringing all my vehicles to them in the future.

So very courteous, personable, and just an overall great experience. I went to another local repair shop previously, due to the location, but would highly recommend Bileth over the other shop to anyone in the Alto, Caledonia and surrounding areas!

Took our truck in over mystery shuttering another mechanic couldn't diagnose. They were quick and responded promptly with a repair that my husband was sure wouldn't fix it. They said they'd stand by the repair and make things right if it wasn't the issue.It wasn't. So we took the truck back about a week later and it seemed to be a completely different company. Texts and calls seemed to be ignored. Communication was nil. I was told it would be a few days before they could diagnose it and it took three weeks. I get that things get busy but a little communication goes a long way. In the end it took a month. They indeed repaired the truck, and stood by their word on the original repair. For a transaction that started out so good it ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Terrible business ethics. Poor communication. Slow services. They prioritize others before you even when you have an appointment, which causes you to wait to get your vehicle back (I ve been waiting months for mine) They treat your as a dollar sign and not like an actual valued customer. Don t let the good reviews fool you, it s just an overload of friends and family who gave them good reviews to make their business seem credible but doesn t match up to the service provided. Save your time and money and take it somewhere that they actually care about you and getting your vehicle fixed properly and at a reasonable mount of time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible communicationMixed words around and didn t communicate with the warranty company.Kept having excuses as to why they couldn t get an answer.Pushed out weeks to get my vehicle back.Paid way to much for the work they did.This is just a burn and move on situation.Hope others stay away from this same issue.

I have a very hard car to deal with especially in the exhaust region around my headers, Jared D was very helpful in assuring me it could be done if I needed them replaced. Got the job done in same day. Sounds great, all thanks to him. Great people working here.

Poor service. I have to go 3 three times for the same reasons. It is ridiculous. Whenever I go, they explain different problems. They kept asking me to pay each time about 300 dollars. There was no repair warranty for the car. The woman at the counter had never excused their fault, very rude aptitude. Eventually I requested full refund but they refused that. I strongly don't recommend this shop. Cheap price, Cheap service.

Slow service. Bad communication. Terrible business. Take your money some place else. They will push your appointment back for other people's repairs even tho they have everything available to fix your vehicle. Most of their good reviews are from friends and family to hide their inconsistencies; all the bad reviews are truly what this service has to offer. A friend of mine recommended Bileth Services. Today my battery light came on in my Forerunner on the way to work. I called them at 10 am and explained the situation. I asked if there was anyway they could look at it today. They told me they thought that they could fix it by 4 pm if it was the alternator. At 1 pm they called and confirmed it was the alternator and gave me a price. They said it would be done in an hour. Same Day service at a reasonable price. That's pretty amazing service. I will be back.

I was at a dead-end trying to find places to fix collision damage on my old car, nobody wanted to touch it. A good friend recommended that I call Bileth Services. I was super impressed with what Jeff had to say on the phone so I brought the car there. He and the guys knocked it out of the park and for a very reasonable price. Couldn't ask for any better, really went above and beyond. Thanks!

I can't even explain accurately... These guys rescued me when I broke down, spent way too much time grieving with me over my dead Jeep, inspected my new car before I bought it and now my family uses them. Jeff, Emily, the whole damn crew is amazing. Thank you!!

Great experience! Fixed my car quickly, was able to fix something rather than buy a new part entirely and therefore saved me a little bit of money. Very trustworthy and I can feel confident bringing my car here in the future!

Needed a couple things done to my jeep. My husband and I wrote out a list of what we would like done and even had a couple of the smaller parts (He wanted all the lug nuts replaced to match and after buying them decided he wanted other stuff done as well) drop off the car and stuff to Bileth on Tuesday morning knowing they were busy until Thursday. Ok, both the guy at the desk and I seemed to be on the same page, he was very helpful and seemed to be making sure we weren't spending money that wouldn't be beneficial to us in the long run. Mid day Friday I get a call checking in and going over pricing now that they have looked at it. They had calculated out that the total should be $440 and completed that afternoon. Sounded good, until I realized half an hour later he hadn't mentioned one of the items on my list, the realignment. Call him back and he says add an extra $76 to that total. Still ok. I wait for a call to tell me it's done, by Monday at 3pm I call them again. "Hi, I'm making sure I can pick it up between 5pm and 6pm today, will it be done?" They said yes. Go and get it pay $250 over the total I was told with no explanation on what had happened. Fine. It was already done, I had, had a long day so I paid it without voicing my complaints. On my way home I notice pretty instantly the alignment was not touched. It is super noticeable in how off it is. So the next day I have to take it back in, show my receipt that has on it the alignment, and have to wait over an hour while it is done. Their waiting room is not comfy and they are not located near anything I can do to distract myself. In the end I don't even get an apology. As of now we are not going back.

Got a rear wheel bearing fixed, went to pick it up... now my ABS light is on and I have no traction control. Apparently a front wheel bearing needed to be done and they missed it during the inspection. They offered to fix it for the price of the part. These guys are honest, but I'm not convinced their young mechanics know what they're doing. Next time I'll go elsewhere.

Fantastic service! I needed a repair done. Jeff, the owner, came to my place of business and took my vehicle back to his shop. Made the repair and had it back the same day! You cannot ask for more reliability.

Jeff and his guys do great work. I have been going to them for the past year and a half after moving out to Grand Rapids. They do great work at reasonable costs. I will continue going to them and would recommend them to anyone!

Terrible Service. Save your time and money and go take your business elsewhere. Poor communication, trash behavior, not worth the headache . Don t risk it. Always had a great experience and have recommended this place many times. The price is fair and I can trust these guys which is hard to find in a mechanic. Work is always done quick and its done right. Highly recommend.

Jeff is great. Tells you what needs to be done not padding the bill. In fact had someone call and the price was better than any other place the person had to ask three times to make sure. Great deal and great work.

There is NO place better to get your car/ or truck repaired!! We have a car ,truck, and a full size Van and they take care of ALL our vehicle needs! And the service Manger there ( Walter) is super professional,and really knew what he was talking about and was WAY cheaper then my last repair shop!! Thanks Again Walter!!

Excellent crew at Bileth and hands down some of the best customer service. I lived on the other side of grand rapids and had a very trusted and genuine auto repair go-to-shop I had used for years. I moved to the Caledonia area about 3 years ago and stayed with my auto repair shop I had grown to know and trust. I started to think it may be a good idea to find another shop that compares to the one I was used to but nervous at the same time with trusting a different shop. I searched the internet and read several reviews of shops in my area and they all seemed ok. Then I came across Bileth Service Inc. and seen a few reviews that where worded in a fashion that there was know denying the people felt genuinely taken care as they used this shop for years and even the whole family. Now thats the kind of place I was looking for. I had a repair I needed done and thought it would be a good time to see if Bileth Auto Repiar was indeed what I was looking for. All I can say is they have exceeded my expectations and so much so that I realized that good genuine class A service, such as the service Bileth Auto repair performed still exist! Thanks to Jeff and the crew at Bileth I can be rest assured that with my next auto problem Bileth will give me genuine honest work with excellent customer service! I found my new go to auto repair shop in the Caledonia area!Thank you Bileth Service Inc!!

Jeff and the guys at Bileth Service do really great work!They showed my what was wrong and what was going to be done to fix it. Honest and Professional.You would be nuts to take a car to a dealer with these guys around.On a scale of one to ten, Bileth is an eleven!
