January 24, 2024 at about 5pmTwo gentlemen were working at the store. One was helping me with wipers and seemed to struggle a lot with them. The other gentlemen (with an accent) tried to help the gentlemen that was helping me. The gentlemen that was helping me was very rude and unprofessional towards his coworker. I was in disbelief how he was treating his coworker in front of me. Very sad! I hope this person gets disciplined and learns to respect people no matter whothey are.

The guy in the AutoZone was awesome! He helped me out with my windshield wiper and installed it for me in the middle of a blizzard! I was very happy with his help!!

3.5/5 Stars1st I called to see if they had the part I needed because this autozone is a drive for me. The person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and must not of known how to use the computer because he didn't know. It said they did online so I drove there. They where busy and 1 staff member knew what he was doing then the manager (he must be new) was clueless. He couldn't even look up a part for me on the computer. I'm assuming he was the manager because the staff member asked him for an override... so I had to wait while the other staff member helped the current customers get the stuff they needed then was able to help. The wait was awhile.. if there's only 2 staff members on a Saturday night you would thinknit would be 2 people that know what's going on.

The staff working here is excellent. Stopped in (I don't live in the area) and the store was very clean and well organized. The guy who helped was friendly, well spoken and courteous which can be rare for auto parts stores.

AutoZone can be hit or miss, but this particular one is pretty good. The help is right there, and you don't get the vibe that you're interrupting when you need assistance or have a question.

I don't understand how you open a store four times bigger than all the other stores and it cannot be staffed. Nor is there a message on the answering machine to tell you that the store is closed today due to a staff shortage. Instead I drive 9 mi to the store only to find that it's got a little note on it that says closed. Needless to say AutoZone won't get my business anymore.

This is my ride and die store now and here s why.I just bought a used car recently and my check engine light came on. So I decided to go to my nearest autozone to get it checked and was met with the most amazing service.The store manager Jeremy S. goes above and beyond!! He prioritized my issues and helped me completely get my car up and going without making me feel forced to purchase things I didn t need. Not only was Jeremy helpful, but Rose put just as much effort into helping me out. I had to vacuum out a filter in my car and she went out of her way to let me borrow her personal vacuum from her car!The atmosphere at this location is very neighborly! I felt very welcomed and valued.10/10 would recommend!

I called on a Sunday with an issue, the manager (Jeremy) took my call and my info and called back within 5 minutes with a solution. This guy will stop whatever he is doing to help someone. I had a dead battery and couldn't get it jumped, he was out to my place in less than a half hour and did the install on his lunch break. You don't typically get that type of customer service these days. This store goes above and beyond for their customers and I'm glad they are so close by!

I live upstate but was working in the area and needed a replacement bulb for a burnt out headlight. Rose greeted me with a warm welcome as I entered and was quick to help with expert knowledge and great questions so she could assist with what I needed. After checkout I walked outside, popped the hood and proceeded to change out the bulbs. What should have been a minute or two turned into fun. The drivers side went in as normal but the passenger was a different story. Jeremy noticed I was having a bit of trouble and offered assistance. Neither of us were successful in getting the bulb free from the housing. Turns out the last time I changed it I managed to hook two tabs and lock one on the outside so when two released the other locked. I m talented I know. After struggling for a bit Jermey was able to disconnect the wiring, but the bulb wouldn t budge. He called Rose for reinforcements. She diagnosed the issue right away and then pulled a genius move using the camera on her phone to see inside the housing. In no time she had it out and the replacement plugged in. What a breath of fresh air! Jeremy and Rose were very patient, kind and extremely helpful! I am eternally grateful. They really did bring a little light to my life today. Thank you!

Only one person working in the store and he was changing a battery.Apparently they don t know how to measure a fan belt. Too complicated for this store.Try somewhere else

Awesome working with Jeremey on troubleshooting my battery / charging system. He wanted to root cause the issue or issues before just selling a battery. After finishing my homework I returned to the store and we reviewed the work. He then installed a new battery for our 2014 Chevy Cruze Diesel. Excellent customer service!!!

Went in to find replacement wipers during the ice storm yesterday and Jeremy was so helpful and knowledgable!Without even asking for help he offered to put the new ones on for us and insisted that we should keep out of the cold in our car while he did, then finished by scraping the ice off the rest of windows before we drove off!10 out of 10!!

Honest service in my experience. I thought we needed a new battery for our car. Staff tested the battery and recommended a battery and terminal cleaning kit. Worked like a charm. Saved me over $100. Will do business here from now on!

Needed some help with an older Toyota pick-up. Stopped by and to my delight, the manager on duty (Jeremy I believe) was very passionate about restoring classic vehicles, and we were able to square away the parts I needed and saved me replacing the whole alternator (p.i.t.a. as I had thought was the issue).

We've recently moved in the area, Middleville.I've went to several AutoZones, 1st one sold me wrong bulb, and the kid was to young to change bulb ..2nd place, man did not want to touch my truck. My local Autozone this guy was Awesome Not only did he give me the Tools, he came out to Help. and exchanged the bulbs for the right ones..Thank you so much Trey I definitely being going back. Need more people like you.

Went to the store last nite to replace burnt headlight bulbs, a nice man named John Aka Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure the bulbs were installed correctly, he also did minor inspection on all the lights in case they needed replacement as well. By far the best experience I ve had at an Autozone.

My daughter and I were just in for a new headlamp bulb. Jeremy S. helped us through part selection and offered to install the bulb for us. He is a ROCKSTAR and Autozone should be proud to have him as an employee!

I've consistently had great experiences here. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The store is clean and it's super easy to find what you need. A great store for someone like me who isn't very good with cars.

GOOD PEOPLE HERE .broke down and needed some fluids to get my car back on the road after a short fix and called this autozone and they were quick to be as helpful as ever Big thanks to Jeremy who brought me what I needed and helped out and thanks to the helpful people on the phone..all super nice people THANK YOU cheers

The worst customer service ever! I believe the associate name is Dusty or something like that and he is a big tall guy that has no customer service skills or even attempts to greet customers or have any idea that it is his job to provide a good customer experience. He is not cut out for a position that requires interaction with customers. I don't like leaving negative reviews like this but someone really needs to sit this guy down and have a conversation with how he provides customer service to long time customers at Autozone.

This is a fairly new store, very well stocked, and clean.So the current employees are not very helpful or fast. Once you find what you are looking for on your own, it could be quite a wait if there is one or more people ahead of you at register.This is the 2nd time in store with same experience.Also not stores fault, but could be a long wait leaving store to turn south safely.

The Cherry Valley location in Caledonia has excellent service. They re very helpful. Even when they didn t carry the part I needed, they helped find where I could. I highly recommend them.

ONE OF THE BEST NEW STORES IN CALEDONIA! Auto Zone staff are incredibly friendly and helpful by phone or at the store. They are under the hood and even under the car to check or test parts at no cost. They install when able and include long term and life time guarantees on various parts. No additional charge.. It has saved me a couple of trips to the mechanic. It is a great comfort having them and their advice so close at hand. Check it out!

Never once asked if I needed help. Not even a hello. I grab what I need. I walk up and place the items on the counter. Employee scans everything, hasn't said a word to me yet. Finally, I hear his voice, asking for my phone number. Then silence. I assumed he was done with his job because everything was in a bag and he said "Go ahead" while I held my credit card. I pay and am given the bag. Not a word. I told him to have a good one. He managed to release a mumbled "YUP" from his mouth. I guess I should just feel privileged to be allowed to shop there. So, thank you Autozone for reminding me why I spend 12k . month at NAPA and not your company

This is not just another parts store. Great people, very helpful, very clean and well stocked store. This is the kind of place if your own mother s car broke down you would want her to go to for help! I would very highly recommend this store over any of the local O rileys or Advance auto parts stores!
