I normally took my 2012 impala in for regular oil changes but this time he convinced me into fuel injector cleaner and this and that then as soon as I get in after it s done my car jerks forward stopping me and I go in to ask why he says it s clearing out the gunk I let it ride been 2 weeks it s done it almost 50+ times and also my exhaust is now loud as hell up by my engine and mind you had the car 5 years never not once had any issues. So thanks Walmart auto now my cars probably gnna get junked, NEVER AGAIN will I go here.

Ruined my nieces newly replaced brand new ball joint by incorrectly attempting to take the tire off. They wouldn't install new tires after they broke wheel bearing because they said it was faulty. Then, we fixed the ball joint AGAIN and put the tires on ourselves. We called back for them to balance, and they said they didn't do appointments for that, but to come in at 6 pm to do it. Came in at 6 pm, and they said, "Nope, we don't have time." Won't be going back.

When I arrived I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait to get my oil changed. It has to be less than 30 mins. When they took my car inside. Then I barely had time to look around in the store and my car was finished. BRAVO for the expedient service.

They lied about my battery being bad. Then once the warranty was up now my battery was junk. I took it to the same Walmart auto every time Cadillac. I do not recommend this place at all. Went down in customer service and up in cost.

I would give zero stars for the incompetent xustimer service I recieved today from the tire center. Wasted my whole day and never did get my tires done.

I had an appointment for 4 tires at 9am. Dropped it off they said about an hour. 2 hours later, still not ready. Had to call my job and cancel a delivery I was supposed to make. Finally get my car back and they stole my orange cigarette lighter that was on the seat with my cigs...ugh!

Good service, get there early or there can be a wait. We just walked around the store though so no big deal. Good price lube services

Their associates that answers phones will tell you to just shop up and drop off car no apt needed then show up have them call you a liar to your face in front of your kids and birate you more when their manager shows up worst service ive ever had.

The tire center would not put correct amount of air in the tires they installed on my vehicle due to there POLICY. They also used an impact to install my tires when manufacture says not to use an impact. Lug torque is 140 ft pounds. Did there impact set the rite torque??? Wonder if that is in their policy also.

Came in about an hour before closing time (which we all know is a pain in the backside at any job) for a standard oil change and got nothing but the best, helpful, and friendly service. They made me aware of where they were at progress wise, answered any questions I had and were extremely polite. I'm from the south and I must say I've never seen that kind of "Southern Hospitality" quite this far north. I would highly recommend!

Called them for two days straight at the auto center, and on top of that at the main desk. It just rang and rang and rang. All good on the auto dept as they were swamped I assume, although I left my number twice for them and was told they'd return my call and never did. What was most irritating was talking to the main desk and I could not even get them to personally touch base with the auto center and let them kno, not even with a single enployee. All they would do was "page" them and leave a message. I desperately needed two new tires, and out of all the employees at Walmart, I was told twice after about two dozen calls that they can only leave a message and page them. The third day I called first thing in the morning and I guess they just don't answer the phone at the auto center. Main desk was finally able to successfully page them. Have never had to work that hard to pay someone money for a service. A complete separate time the dude at the desk didn't kno what oil change I needed and I had history in the system(I have a new/used car and was unsure if I took synthetic or standard. ) when I tried to look it up myself in the manual the dude told me the manual wouldn't tell me anything which is straight wrong and I just left in anger and jus came back when someone competent was there. He also forgot to give the dude in front of me change and tried to give him his change out of his own pocket lol to which the customer declined.

I waited in line for like 10 minutes because no one was coming out. Finally when I talked to someone the guy was rude. I wanted to make an appointment, they said it would be an hour wait but couldn't even get me put in unless I went out in the 20 degree cold and drove my car around. I'm not sure why they couldn't just make that appointment then get whatever else when I came back. So I went out to my car and drove to performance auto plus and got my oil changed right away instead.

Good prices. Great workers. They treat you with respect here. If they notice that something needs to be replaced on your vehicle while they are doing an oil change then they will let you know right then and there and give you the option of having them take care of the other issue (s) while your vehicle is there for an oil change. I have never had a bad experience here. This is a great place to go to.

I want to give zero stars if possible. I called to make an appointment and I was told I needed 24 hours to make an appointment. I asked if they could please look and see if there were openings and there were four separate openings. I took a 9:00 appointment then a half hour later they called me and said there policy changed and they are no longer accepting appointment and told me it was first come first serve. I let them know on the phone how terrible that was to do a customer who is attempting to use your services and only got I m sorry and no compromise for a resolution. Very disappointing.

When I call they didn t have all four tires the same. The prices are way to much and just don t feel great there

They are desperately in need for more staff. The wait time is very long due to the staff running back and forth between the front counter and the back shop area. I saw two people walk away while waiting to inquire about tire prices because they were waiting over 20 minutes.

$23.32 to replace a headlight bulb on a Cadillac CTS. Best 23 bucks I ve ever spent when you see what it takes to change one of these!

set up online appointment for 7-8 at the auto center was there at 7:45 and they told me i missed my appt. and they couldn't help what online said.

Today I went in needing to get lawn mower oil. I googled it which gave me an incorrect answer. I was nervous so I asked at the auto center. The employee John was very helpful he said I could use that but it wouldn't be the best for the engine he explained to me that car oil is different than lawn mower oil he then pointed out the lawn mower. He walked out to my car that was parked outside the auto center and looked at the mower just to verify it was the correct oil. He rang up all my items for me in the back so I didnt have to go up to the front he was very friendly and helpful. Which is a breath of fresh air compared to the Big Rapids Walmart Auto Center

Went in for a battery change,2.5 hours later my car hadnt even been in the garage.Many mechanics out smoking on the hour every hour.It took my friend 10 minutes to put that battery in my car.Riduculous

Told me they had 4 tires. I drove there and they could only find two tires. Then they said that I would have to have them changed somewhere else because they were closed at 4 o'clock. Signs and website said 7 o'clock and never mentioned anything about closing early during our phone conversation.

Was told I couldn t make an appointment waited 3 and half hours for 4 tires. After being told it would be an hour same thing they told every other customer that came in the door good price on tires but bad service all around
