We have used these guys for a number of fixes on different vehicles of ours. From simple tire changes or rotation to figuring out the tics you might not be able to find with other shops. Always friendly and courteous when dealing with these guys and never been dissatisfied with the results. Ready when they say they will be and reasonable on prices also. Trust them with your family vehicle as their obviously passionate about what they do and the outcome being a safe reliable mode of transportation in the future.

I want to thank the men at Protected Auto Repair. My son and I came up to Cadillac because my father died. My son was driving me around and his truck just died in the middle of Mitchell St. We got towed to Protected. The lady in there told us that we were in the best place in town. We told them our story of my father's death and us being from our of town. The man said it would probably be about 3-4 day for repairs but called my son 4hrs later to say the truck was ready and what it would cost. We raced up there to pay and get his truck. When we pulled up they were praying. We walked in when they were done and they proceeded to tell my son that the repairs were on them. We just started to cry. They asked if they can pray over us. He said a prayer with us and told us God bless and have a good night. Bless you all at Protected Auto. It's really nice to know there are still compassionate people in the world.

Today I had some terrible luck! My car died and refused to start back up right on main St in the turning lane. I was pulled up a little waiting for cars so I could turn and it died. This happened to be right in front of their shop. My hazard lights apparently failed me too. So I had people honking and flying by me. Could have been a bad accident. The crew here were kind enough to run out in the middle of the chaos and push me into their parking lot out of danger. Ernest and Jon were 2 of many that came to my rescue. I'm so so thankful for their kindness! They hooked up a scanner and gave me a lead on what it could be. Let me park it there for a while and offered to put me on the list of many things they have scheduled for repair. I just wanted to share how kind they are. I asked what I could pay for all the help and time. They didn't want anything. So thank you to all of you guys for saving me today!!!

So this is a true story and it amazes me how awesome God is. Last Sunday at church it talked about kindness, it talked about going above and beyond helping strangers he made it clear about "the good Samaritan" (Luke10: 29-37). Our church leader was on his way to Arizona, his vehicle was low on gas so he typed his GPS to the nearest gas station. When he arrived It look empty. His wife and kids were still sleeping . There was no way he would have made it to the next gas station so he just sat there. Minutes go by and all of a sudden a truck pulls up and a man talking on the phone. Man gets out and walks up to our church leaders vehicle. The man asks do you need gas he says? yes then walks behind his truck and gets a brand new hose which look expensive. Cuts the hose on both ends and our church leader says I can sieful it you done enough but the man says that's okay I've done this before. So are pastor tries to hand him $200 , but the stranger says no, then points to our pasters vehicle and says I see you have family, I would want someone to help me if I ever was in this exact situation. So the story is to go above and beyond to strangers and helping them when in need. Days later I'm on my way to work I see a vehicle broke down with its emergency lights on so when I passed him I remembered what it said at church but I kept driving, many miles down I seen another vehicle with its emergency lights on and again it reminded me of what the message said at church about the Good Samaritan. My heart said to stop but I was in a hurry . Well I'm sitting at the gas station and my truck completely stops lights come the dashboard, I did panic because I wasn't sure what was going on. I ended up praying for the people I past who were also broke down. So then I found protected Auto service and little did I know how amazing and awesome this business was God works in mysterious ways and during the phone call when my vehicle was all finished I had a gentleman pray for me on the phone and I tell you what I was at work and when he prayed I was just filled with joy ! Thank you Jesus! "The message" Go above and beyond when someone is in need because one day you would want someone to help you in a similar situation.

I honestly am crying as i write this. I sincerely want to thank protected auto for your kindness. My husband and I went there in dispair as we had a flat tire and didn't know what to do only had 20 until oay day. As we were a long ways from home. The young man had us follow him around back of the shop. Where he removed the flat tire and took it inside awhile later he came back out put it a different tire on. We went around front to see what was owed and held our breath as only had 20. When my husband went inside he came out with tears in his eyes and said the owner said it was on him and god bless us. Wow like wow thank you so much for your generosity god bless this company .

They are supposed to be a religious place but they treat their employees bad and when I turned in my two weeks notice they told me to pickup my toolbox and not worry about it and this was the week of Christmas. They would send employees home early when they still had work to do. I gave 100% everyday that I was there. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

By far the best place EVER to buy tires!!!The staff is friendly and super cool, I can tell you now if you re buying tires anywhere else,, you re doing it wrong!!! This is the only place that I will ever buy tires. THANK YOU

I can't say enough amazing things about Protected Auto! They were able to get me in, last minute, even though they are always booked out and they are definitely the most inexpensive around! Their Christian atmosphere made me feel comfortable and I knew they weren't going to take advantage of me and try to over charge. Do yourself a favor and give them your business!

I was working in Cadillac from out of town and my car needed service to be driveable coming off of a holiday weekend. They were really busy and took my car anyway, looked at it and fixed it all in two days. I have gone here many times for my vehicles and so has my family. They never disappoint and the prices are way better then any other auto place with in 10 miles of cadillac. They always tell you how much and never short change you. Plus the atmosphere is just great over all. Everyone should go there. If I could I would so apply there just for a part time job

I used this Auto shop to repair my car. They where very personal and did a great job with my repairs. The cost for my repairs beat any other repair shops and it was done in good time. This shop is the best repair shop the employees are well knowledgeable in the craft and they where honest prices with a inventoried item list of repairs. I recommend this repair shop to everyone. place sucks they dont know what they are doing they replaced radiator and didnt put enough coolant in engine then overheateda day later. ive had freinds go here and the shop broke off lug nut studs aswell. would not recomend going here.Service: TiresService: Tires

I needed a taillight bulb and my brakes were mushy. They made all the checks and found some things that needed replacing. Their inspection and bulb replacement was "on the house". This place was GREAT! My tire was shredded when I showed up and they got me in right away and it was quick and affordable. I am so grateful to this place.Also, I had my kids with me and his family was so nice to them while we waited. I really couldn't have been any more impressed.

Paul and his crew are incredible. We unexpectedly needed major engine work done on a vehicle. From the moment I stepped in the door I could tell this shop was different and that we were in good hands. Amazing people doing more than just fixing cars, these guys are blessing their community. Just had an alignment done so a little hard to judge the quality of the work. Price for the alignment was very reasonable. Worked to get us in on short notice. Gentleman I talked to (possibly the owner) was very nice and seemed like a genuinely good guy. Would probably go back again in the event my regular mechanic was unavailable.

Honestly, I have never been to a more enjoyable quick stop shop. They didnt mine me coming in close to close (I called ahead of time), were honest and told me what I did not need. Also, the lady who pulled in next to me, they checked her oil and told her that it was good and no need to change.You don't see that much these days and its amazing to have the confidence that when I pull my car in, not only are they going to change my oil, but also tell me what else needs to be done and what doesn't.

Amazing people - CHRISTIAN environment too Been here multiple times, they have always done their best to accommodate me - squeezed me in on a full Friday even for a desperate tire replacement! These guys are amazing! Rarely do you get lucky enough to stumble into great service, great prices, speedy service and a bunch of nice guys on top of it. They replaced a bad driveshaft in my Jeep. Got it done right and FAST. I was able to save money on a rental car because they finished the project early. Love Paul and the crew at Protected. Get in there for honest fair work.
