Oil change without the hassle. The guys running this place keep it quick, competent and pleasant. I've seen customer traffic steadily increasing over the past months, but even with a line the wait isn't long.

All been going there for years.But Jeff, please don t ever put the new guys on Subaru s. TWICE drained the transmission. AND then when I went to put the car in storage, LOOK what fell from the splash guard . The oil plug!!!That splash guard isn t a shelf. Makes me wonder where you found another that would fit and if it s the correct one and who s missing one.Thanks to the guys at Budget Transmission for removing the filler plug that was buggered up from the first time the transmission was drained.Moral of the story slow down and NEVER let a new guy touch a Subaru unless they can tell the transmission drain plug from the oil drain plug.See you in 5,000 miles even though it was recommended by a worker I might want to try a new place . Teach the new peeps.

Guy that runs this place is great! Very welcoming environment, staff is knowledgeable, efficient and mostly friendly! Free newspaper and suckers are an added bonus. Been a repeat customer for years and will continue to do so!

Went there for an oil change ,quick fast and efficient. An older gentleman was very friendly they even offered a paper it was definitely quick and painless didn't have to wait long ,no appointment needed, was very happy with the service they performed, would recommend them to anybody looking for an oil change also very reasonably priced.

Hair more expensive than my last place, but in-n-out like a race pit crew and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend. Been using them for over a year now and still great service.

I've been here for 6 oil changes across 2 vehicles since moving to the area and they are always polite, professional, and clear. They ask me before doing anything, make all of their options clearly available, and suggest alternatives when the budget is tight. Their prices are outstanding given I'd spend the same $$ to do it myself, but don't have to. Every time I've been, no matter who is working, each employee is communicating clearly with one another and working as a team to get me in and out in a timely manner. The free paper to read while I wait is a nice touch as well! Pull in, get the beast maintenanced, and pull out - no need to exit the vehicle and no time to be bored. I will be taking all of my vehicles here indefinitely.. 10/10 across the board.Oh! And they do free oil top off between services!.. so I'll give it 12/10

They are fast and friendly. They give you a newspaper to read as they work on your car. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my oil changed!!!!

Great guys at this shop. I stopped in for an oil change & they were super friendly & efficient. While they did offer me some extra services, they weren t pushy about it & when I said no, they were ok with that. They offered me a newspaper to read while I waited & even had treats for my dog. They were just genuinely nice people, you could even tell by the way they spoke to each other. I just happened to be in Cadillac when my change oil message came on, but will make the effort to do business here again. Thanks for the great customer service guys!!Service: Oil change

Always fast and friendly. They run a crew so its a true 10 minute trip once you're in the bay. I also like that they don't push the upsell on other services, unlike some other local places. Its my go to place.

Super quick! After years of waiting for my oil to be changed (sometimes literal hours if I go to Walmart) I saw that they do 10 minute oil changes. I didn't believe it so I went there after work, thirty minutes before they closed.They gave me a newspaper, asked me a few questions, and went to work. My oil was changed, my filter was changed, they topped off my windshield fluid, and checked my transmission amongst other things I probably didn't notice, all within 10 minutes.$44.59 for standard oil. That's worth it to me to not have to wait! Excellent customer service, I'll be back next time because it was just that easy and time savvy.

Went in for a oil change this morning and left with a rattling noise. Called and was told to wait back inline and theyd check it out so I did and they did and after about 2 hrs of waiting they still didnt have the noise fixed. Will never let them touch my vehicle again. Extremely disappointed an upset with my services there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was led to believe ahead of time that they could check to see why my A/C wasnt working instead of assuming it just needed a recharge, but a $90 recharge is what i got, and a week later i have hot air again. I called and asked nicely if i was able to get the leak issue fixed if they would honor the original payment for the refill, seeing as they told me they could fix it on the phone. And i was told no, that's not possible i dont know how you couldve heard that. Very unfortunate, will not be returning for any services.

I came in here here to get a basic oil change and the man who did it asked if I wanted him to replace my cabin filter. I said yes and watched him replace it so I know that was done correctly, at least. I left and was happy with the service (although I thought it was a little overpriced) , but when I went in to another shop to get some other things fixed on my car they checked the oil. Even though it allegedly wouldn't need to be changed for another 3000 miles, the oil was dirty and clearly had never been changed. I had paid almost 70 dollars for this man to just top off my oil and replace a filter, when he said my oil had been changed. I assume they thought i wouldn't notice because I am a young woman, but I did and I am not impressed. I will NOT be going here again under any circumstances.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The Gentlemen here were EXTREMELY Friendly!! Checked everything over, gave me the option of services, and offered us suckers. They were so nice. It was a wonderful experience for an oil change place. Glad we went out of our way to get there, while travelinghome.

The men who did my oil change were exceedingly polite and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes with an oil change and a new air filter for $60. If I lived in the area I would make this my usual place, much better than Walmart!

Excellent service. Even recieved a copy of the paper while getting the oil change. Didn't try and upsell or sell me random stuff. Quick efficient and less expensive than the other place I was going. Not sure where the other reviews state they too expensive. The do use Rotella Diesel oil. Still the best place to go hands down. Huge fan of their service.
