First snowfall of winter and my battery died! I was stuck in the cold and dark and not prepared at all. Domenic came within minutes, gave me a jump and sent me on my way. Very friendly, helpful and quick! Hope I never need a jump or tow again but if I do, I ll call Peterson s!

Definitely garbage customer service. I ve been sitting in my vehicle broke down since 10 pm it s now almost 6 am and they are refusing to service me because they would have to drive 37 miles. Mind you there are limited companies that work with AAA in this area apparently. And This company being one of them and they have refused to tow my vehicle.

Worse towing experience I ve ever had, told me 2000$ up front and after towing charged me 3500$ or he was threatening to impound my truck. When i tried to ask him what about my receipt, driver or owner whoever he was , deny and abuse me. I ended up calling cops and he ran away. He still have not provided me receipt. Better watch this company and be aware and better to call someone else. I had called different companies with price range 2500$ and when this guy give me his rate 2000$ I thought he is very decent but i have already explained what happened at the end.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was nervous to use Peterson. However, other than the building being kind of run down, they were fast and friendly. We had transmission problems on a trip through the area and they made custom transmission lines and got us back on the road the same day. I honestly had to laugh at reviews like the guy whining about a little bit of an upcharge for an alternator on his HUMMER! Give me a break. This is how they make money. They didn't cut us any deals, but neither did they rip us off. They told us what they'd charge and that's what they charged. Their tow truck was on the highway to pick us up less than 45 minutes after I called (and it was a 20 minute drive) and the driver was super friendly. They offered suggestions of places to grab lunch in town while we waited. After we came back to the shop, the manager seriously gave us updates on how it was going, how long it would be and so forth every time he walked by. He did this probably 4 or 5 times over the course of an hour and a half. What more can you ask for? They lost one star for the condition of the building, as you can see from my picture of rain seeping in through roof into buckets in the waiting area. Other than that though, our experience was really pretty good. I'd totally go back if we were in the area again.

Can't say enough about the staff. From the dispatchers to the tow drivers, store personnel everything about them is amazing. Definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a tow or car repair. Keep up the amazing work

Bryan was exceptional in his job. He first reassured us, jumped our vehicle, followed us for 3 miles (we didn't make it to their service station), then loaded the car up on the tow bed and took us to the station, where the alternator and battery were tested that morning and the alternator replaced by Ted, another exceptional person Service: Car towingService: Car towing

These guys helped a client of mine in minutes during a snowstorm, we didn t even have to be there. Dispatcher was great and made sure I received the receipt. Thank you to the team you have working there. You guys rock.

My 70-something mom was recently stranded outside Cadillac, at night, when her car broke down. Peterson was quick, friendly, reasonable, and professional, and they're fixing the car as well, maintaining communication and finding her a range of options to meet her budget. Don't hesitate to call Peterson's!Update: Peterson's called my mom the day after she picked up her car and drove it home to make sure she was OK and offer advice on future maintenance. That was after charging her less than the estimate. Good people.Service: Car towing

Owner he is better then everyone else and above the law it self. Belongings and other stuff disappears. The drivers give a care less about there speed.I'd rather my car sit on side of Rd in Detroit for a week then this "honest" company tow it a mile. Call another tow place save yourself the troubles. Reply to yours.... I've tried addressing these and other concerns. I've brought video footage in and was treated very badly. I even still have the videos. I'd rather spend time informing other people so they don't gotta deal with it then to contact you and deal with the time I'd waste as you could care less. If u didnt do illegal actions to get contracts and passes with police and d.o.t I bet your company would of never made it.

We had such an unfortunate experience with this towing company. We were in our friends house at 3:30 AM and the guy driving the tow truck threw a snowball at our window so hard we thought he shattered it. We had parked on the side of the road and he said You have 8 minutes to move your vehicle or else I m towing it! We understand that he didn t want us to be in the way of the plow truck but he was so rude with how he went about this. He wasn t even asked to tell us to move our vehicle, he was on his way somewhere and stopped just to tell he was going to tow our vehicle when he happened to see it. We had no problem moving our vehicle and rushed around to do so but it s very startling to have someone throwing things at your house in the middle of night. There are no signs that indicate you can t park on the street in the area either, so we thought it would be alright. I know this guy probably didn t have bad intentions but I can t imagine a worse or more startling way to go about telling us to move our vehicle. I also don t understand why he specifically told us we had 8 minutes it was just such an odd interaction in the middle of the night

I was there to buy air for my low tire when a young man appeared from behind and told me not to do that....(put money on the air).....they could fix the slow leak! And they did on the spot at about 7:00 pm! I was out of there in about 30 minutes with tire repaired! I gad driven over a small screw and drove with it in there long enough to wear the top off completely. The price was prefect! I highly recommend them!

Whoever tows for them is a thief! They stole $60 cash from our middle console and stole all our 1 s and quarters in our laundry mat fund container.So definitely do not recommend them!Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

Basically ended up having a sidewall rupture in one of my tires, and had to be home back in Indiana before the worst of the snowstorm hit; so I paid these guys a visit after a recommendation of our friends we were visiting. Within an hour and half the tire was replaced and we were on our way! Very professional and courteous, definitely recommend their services myself :)

Used to be my go-to for tire repairs because they would get you in first-come-first serve in the evenings. Twice in a row, I was assured of the first-come-first-serve evening service and then I was turned away at arrival by the mechanic on duty because they wouldn't be able to get to me.I've also been turned down tire service for superficial cosmetic damage. When I tried to explain why one of my tires had a little scuff on it, the manager cut me off to explain that he wasn't going to 'mess' with it because of liability concerns. I think they just wanted to sell me a tire. I went to another place, which is actually a little more reputable and they had no concerns when I explained the scuff to them (and that it had been there for two years).They'll patch a tire for $15, but personally they've turned into too much of a headache to consider.

We blew a trailer tire on our camper on the way up north. We were referred to Peterson's by another tire company that did not have the tire size we needed to fix the flat. We called, and they had exactly what we needed, and had everything ready for when we pulled in. Super nice, very professional, and so helpful. They had us back on the road in less than an hour! We have found our local "Go To" when heading north if there is anything we ever need, or even to just fill the tank as a way to contribute back.

Stopped in on my lunch hour because I was starting to have to air up one of my tires every week. Mark was able to get my vehicle in for service right away. The technicians were able to fix my tire at a reasonable cost very quickly and I made it back to work before the end of my lunch hour!

I needed four tires mounted on my utility trailer. They got me right in, two guys worked together to replace the tires and got me out the door quickly. Very friendly service and I was well satisfied with the experience. Highly recommend doing business with Peterson s.

I was unable to avoid a piece of wood that dropped off in front of me and unfortunately ran over it. Nonetheless, my low pressure light was on the next day and the tire was evidently low. I dropped it off at Peterson's in the morning and they were able to fit me in and had it fixed by lunchtime! Great experience and Lewis and Christine were very helpful and friendly...The cost was minimal and well worth deciding to go there! It's nice to have a local source that you can rely on in these types of circumstances!

Brought in new tires for installation on a Sunday as I observe Saturday as the Sabbath. They let me drop them off and come back after shopping. I received a call and text letting me know they were ready. Under $25 per tire including new stems and old tire disposal.

We were 3 hours from home when the radiator went out on our vehicle. We were towed from the highway by two young men who were very capable and arrived at the station in no time. We called friends and it would take them 3 hours to get us. We were allowed to sit in their lounge for the entire time. The manager of the gas station and the service garage were so welcoming. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help!
