Been a long time customer but will not be back. Maybe it s a new crew, I don t know, but whoever was working underneath on 3/20/2024 made a BIG mess removing the oil filter on my F150. When I got home, there was oil all over my clean garage floor. My little dog came in from the garage and was covered in oil and that s how I discovered their mess. I crawled underneath and saw lots of oil sitting on the skid plate which was coming out of the catch hole above. It dripped all down the front differential and the oil cooler onto the skid plate and onto my garage floor. I called to let them know and at least the manager was apologetic. He offered to fix it, but I live out of town and to be honest, after this, I didn t want them touching my truck again. That s the only reason they got two stars instead of one. The next day, I took the truck to a reputable place in Cadillac with mechanics that know what they re doing, they dropped the skid plates and spray shield, cleaned and washed up the mess made by Performance Plus and didn t charge me a cent! Now that s quality! Nothing like paying over a $120 for an oil change and then having to clean up their mess. What a joke!

Very friendly and professional, they do a great job. A little disappointed that they didn't have a fuel filter for my vehicle. Maybe next time.

My car was doing some not so good stuff on my way through to traverse city, stopped in for an oil change because I assumed I overfilled it the week prior and it needed one anyway, I just like putting things off til they fall apart Anyway; Dillen, Earl, and Jaden were all very attentive and fast paced. I was done in a matter of minutes and my car runs smoother than it did when I stopped in. This shop is quite out of the way from where I live but I honestly wouldn t mind coming back just for the comfortability. Such friendly faces.

I don't think I have ever had such a good oil change!!! My dealership don't even do what these guys did! They were friendly and kept me tuned in on what they were doing.Thanks guys for such a good experience

So, I went in to get an oil change. It was a little pricey, but for what my car needed.. well, it had to be done. Every person there was overwhelmingly polite and very friendly. I left and later on that day I heard a noise coming from my air-conditioner. I called and came in the next morning. The gentlemen discovered the problem and resolved it, all while being apologetic and still.... very friendly. Thanx much to all of you.Service: Oil change

I've rated this business as a five star in the past but my experience today makes me question that decision. I sat waiting to get an oil change done behind a gentleman in a diesel truck that apparently knew one of the associates very well. They had quite a long conversation. Other associates were trying to get work done around him but he couldn't be bothered to step out of their way so they could talk to the driver. This was the longest I've ever waited to get an oil change done.

So I stopped in on my lunch break in the fall of 2021 and had just got my vehicle. No leaks no problems other than my heater core. So a week after I had my oil changed there I seen spots of oil coming down off the pan. So I went back to see if maybe they had not knuckles down the drain plug.The attended was rude, and stated that there is a pickcock for draining oil and that it was leaking. So I had him whip it off and it came out clean waited 5 minutes and had him check it again the drain was not leaking but there was oil all under the undercarriage of my vehicle. So I took it to the mechanic and they said the oil cooler was leaking and had to be replaced. So get the part and mechanic replaced it for 600.00 took the bill to the performance oil and said this is what it cost me to fix my vehicle. They shrugged it off. I was there to get an oil change again and told them to be careful due to them possibly causing damage with the oil cooler. When sitting in my vehicle they started there work and all of a sudden my vehicle started shaking with them putting a wrench on something and cranking it down. I yelled I said be careful they said sorry and finished the job. They gave me a list of things that they said needed to be done and that was it. 3 months and timeFor an oil change I go to my local performance quick lube and they ask me if I said something to the other store? The staff at the local village quick lube said that in the notes it said I was hostile.I told them what the Cadillac one did and they said we will clear it out.Do not use the Cadillac village performance quick lube. They are rude and will lay blame on everything else except there mistake.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I always had great service from the staff. Professional and honest. The price of $199 for a transmission flush seemed a little high but they did an outstanding job and brought the burnt transmission fluid to my attention. Highly value this location

Been to these guys a few times, very professional and thourough. Dug down under a ton of panels and screws to find my in-cabin air filter which REALLY needed newness based on its conditon; first time anyones ever asked about it honestly. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Was in and out with a perform literally ten minutes but I only did oil and tire pressure no air filters or extra services but was happy with service!

I took my Chevy Silverado Diesel in for an oil change and they were super fast, very friendly and had reasonable prices. I was so impressed with the service I took my wife's SUV the next day and again super fast and friendly. Would recommend to anyone on the go. Thanks guys, great job.

Very quick service, I chose the full service package for higher mileage cars. The cost was surprisingly reasonable, the service attendants were supremely professional and I had an all-around satisfying experience. I'll be returning for my next oil change.

We pulled in to just get a synthetic oil change.Very Pricey and then one of the guys argued with my 80 year old husband about the prices compared to Walmart. If you can not say anything nice do not say anything at all. No need to argue with us... We departed and went to Walmart and got great care for much less price.

First time in and Bill seemed upset. Crew member called in and Bill gave him a hard time for being absent in front of the entire waiting area. I knew he was hurried, as he was acting very scattered and asked if I could get started on some paperwork to save him time and he talked down to me in front my wife and kids and the other couple waiting. When it was finally my turn he was charging me $110 for an oil change. Yeah right buddy. I payed $45 at walmart and got to use the oil I wanted. In short, Bill was rude to us, belittled his staff in front of customers, and was way overpriced.

Very nice workers and has good deals oil changes they have two lines for cars to pull in they only take some maybe 10 the 15 minutes to do the oil change it all depends

Everyone there is so helpful and polite. I wouldn't get my oil changed anywhere else.
