My parts order arrived on time. They had the best price compared to their competitors. Employees were very easy going, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.I would like to of had the option for overnight delivery, and a reminder call that the part had arrived.

The sales girl went above and beyond trying to get me what appears to be a discontinued part for a friend's car. We tried for quite some time and finally ordered what we thought it was to no avail but she stayed right on it for me

I went in to get my car coded so I could purchase the correct O2 sensor. Took a few minutes to coax the girl off her stool to actually do it. She was telling me the code wouldn't tell me what part I would need, when we both knew it could be looked up. She made a big deal of being in pain and it would take her awhile to get moving. On the way out to my car, so she tells her coworker if she's not back in 20 minutes, check to see if she's dead in the parking lot. I should have left then and went somewhere else. She finally coded my car and told me it was my fuel system, not an O2 sensor. I went home and looked up the code; it was, in fact, the O2. I bought the part at Advanced.I understand being ill, but guilting your customers so you don't have to do your job and making inappropriate comments is completely unprofessional. We all have bad days, but that was over the top. I won't be back, and I will continue to purchase my car parts elsewhere while recommending others do the same.

I use O'Reilly's for most of my parts needs. The 2011 Silverado developed a fuel leak. They had the module in stock. Lifetime warranty. The counter guy was friendly and helpful.

These guys and gal are so knowledgeable in the parts they sale. I've borrowed tools from them on multiple occasions and I don't know if they rent them but I know they sign them out but I was never asked too. They value veterans such as myself and they trust blindly because that's what a family owned business is all about. This is my life long part store. I've had a few men go so far beyond the job description and I personally wish there was a way to give them a raise. I've been stranded and they never hesitate to get under the hood and help you out. Love you guys and gal

I have visited this store on several occasions. I have always received great service. I figured it was about time to let them know. As well run as this store is, I believe the manager will be moving up soon... and he has earned it.

I was doing a bunch of work on my car. One of the items was installing new pads. Doing things the right way, I took the rotors to be resurfaced. Given that I used O'Reilly before for this job, I went there without hesitation. The first surprise was when they told me that rotor resurfacing increased from around $7 to $25. The second surprise is when they told me that I have to come back again because they messed up the rear rotors and they have to redo them. The third one is when I found out that they warped the left rear. The fourth one is when they refused to resurface it although there is 0.5mm of material before reaching the minimum thickness for resurfacing.I guess it is time to buy new rear rotors!

Wow! These guys were amazing. My husband and I are from out of town, and we noticed something was not right with the truck. Come to find out, the U joint needed to be replaced ASAP. We were not going to make it to our destination, and it was after 8 on a Thursday night, so no one was available to fix it. My husband contacted our mechanic down state and gave him tips. My husband and the guys from O'Reilly helped him soo much he was able to fix the u joint in the parking lot. It did take 2 hours, however, My Superman, and the guys from O'Reilly made it happen. Thank you so much!

Terry went above and beyond to help us out. He swapped an alternator pulley for us so I could get my kid's truck fixed so they could get back to Flint. Thanks a million...you were a life saver at 9:30pm on a Saturday!!

We were on a road trip from Traverse City and our car battery was dead. Stopped at 2 local auto parts stores, that would not change the Battery. Phoned ahead to this store and spoke with Matt on the phone, He checked the battery stock, have us a price and was super helpful upon our arrival. Handled the battery installation like a pro, tested the alternator for us also. Excellent, knowledgeable service! Thank you.

Well I had bought a Greece gun and one of the pieces wasn't in it but I didn't notice. In our current day I feel most places would pretty much say I'm lieing but in this case I truly wasn't and O Riley's did the right thing thanks

Had to get brake pads for my car.. There was one girl behind the counter waiting on a customer. I was waiting for about 5 minutes listening to 2 guys in the back talking. Finally they walked far enough put that I could see them. One of them reluctantly came over and waited on me. He was able to quickly get me what I needed. So bottom line, seem to know their stuff but somewhat lazy about it.

Best customer service. Called them for a part and was running low on time. They were happy to sell me the part and stay open a extra 2 minutes . Plus the part was way cheaper then the competitor who kept repeating they closed at 9 when I asked if they could help me out. I will always go here from now on.

Very disappointed with the young man at the counter by answering the phone mid-sentence twice while speaking to me. (If it wasn t for so many darn customers he could get some work done) Much to busy help customers already in the store.I had asked about how to match my paint color with their in large in stock paint supply because I couldn t find the catalog anywhere. He said they haven t had a the book in years. When I asked how do your customers know the correct color to purchase, he shrugged his shoulders and then said I ll Then answered the phone again!I will never return.

Ordered plugs for my car but both plugs ordered were incorrect, 8 hours and pulling the manifold off 4 times for my car not to work is just unprofessional. Getting my money back doesn t make up for the hassle. Order parts online with the correct part number and if your customers tell you something is wrong maybe figure out why. 3 visits to get the right part, seriously. The van worked before the tune up, we put old parts in and still won t work now so did I ruin my car because of wrong parts I was given from your store. I only have one car and it was broke so I also had to pay for rides in. Just very unhappy with the outcome.

After a paying 185 for a rental tool that they swore was the correct one and wound up not even being able to use it. Multiple time the workers are nasty mean. Unfriendly and almost always giving wrong parts. Wouldn't give me my veteran discount neither.

Road tripping with the wife and kids and a dead battery! I know they all do it now, but it was so awesome to just pull up and they did all the work. I very much appreciated the fast, friendly, personal and complete service!

My friend and I walked in to ask a question about a part he bought there and the young man couldn't even bother himself to walk over and talk to us. When the other gentleman got done with his costumer he did come and explain it. My friend also needed to return a part that the younger guy said he needed and again knowing he needed to return the part walked away. I had to ask if someone was going to actually help or if they were going to continue to ignore us. The other gentleman said the younger one would do the refund. We stood there and waited while he helped everyone else that walked in before he could bother himself to come do the return. There are too many auto part stores in Cadillac to put up with that. I normally always review and have to say this is only the second one that I will never shop there again.

It's typical o'reilly's. Know the size wipers u have along with how long the velvet stems are. And of course year make a model. Great employees

My husband and I broke down 17 miles from this store. Not only did they have the part in stock, but they helped us out tremendously in getting the part to us. I can t thank them enough!

My son's car broke down at my house recently. He had bought a starter at O'Reillys in another town a month prior. He had to head back home and leave his car behind. I was able to remove the starter and have it tested at my local store and it turned out faulty. My local O'Reillys took the bad one back and replaced it with no question, even without the receipt. They went above and beyond in customer service. Now I won't go anywhere else.

I'm very happy of the O'Reilly and Cadillac Michigan being there I get my parts there pretty much all the time good professional people very helpful very polite can't complain
