I work for the UBox program for U-Haul, and as I was in Cadillac my air bag mount concaved from corrosion. Mel came right out and checked it out and got everything fixed within a few short hours. My truck developed driveline issues on a trip. I was 5 hrs into an 8 hr drive. As fate would have it it was near closing time. The first place I called said they didn't work on diesel trucks (2006 Duramax). They recommended Nelsons service but it was closed when I called. We rented a car and dropped the truck off with the keys and a note with contact info. He called the next morning. He said he didn't have time to work on it but brought it over to a fellow mechcanic (after getting my consent). He was cordial and helpful in that he took time out of his day to get the truck to another shop that he trusted.

Mel was contacted to change some Uhaul trailer tires for us. He was very polite and called when he knew he was going to be a little late. He very quickly got our tires changed and we were ready to get on the road. I highly recommend Mel for your tire needs.

Don't let me tell you this and it's all good the people are great the daytime people just couldn't do enough for me treating me very nice anything and I wanted I got and I believe that's the way a hotel motel should be run at the night time person was very very nice very helpful with anything I needed I would go back there and stay in no time I just want to comment and let everybody know that the people here that work here whoever it was or nice to staff was nice it was a clean hotel and it was very comfortable I felt like I was at home so congratulations guys you made me feel really at home God bless you

Drove two hours round trip for a ten minute job via uhaul....helped me out on a very frustrating day...Great service and conversation ehile fixing the blown tire...would highly recommend
