This very morning I paid $20 to have my car washed. All the attendants just sprayed the outside of my car. I had to wipe down the back of my jeep when I got home due to dirt and soap left on back window and tail gate. I've gone there many times with good results, but I feel they have just turned into another ordinary car wash.

There was a long line of vehicles when I arrived, however the line moved along at a good pace. I got the Ultimate wash, so they spent a little more time on my vehicle. Vehicle goes thru many brushes. Car looks great. Thank you guys at Lakeside Wash

The young child working there today literally punched the mirror on my truck... he had washed my truck the last 2 days without drama being aware they are power mirrors ... afterwards I notified the manager which said he talked to him then my young son and I recieved harassing msg thru social media which i took pictures of... I have been a subscriber of this wash for years now and feel it is time to go somewhere more professional after his actions.

Put a dent and scratches in the hood of our car. When I called they gave me the run around and said someone would call us back. The call back today asked us to come in, when we got there he was a condescending gaslighter that blamed us scraping ice said it 100% could never have been them 0/10 customer service

Great car wash, one of the best in the area and one of the best overall that I've gone to. I have a monthly wash package for two cars since I drive almost 100 miles a day and the car gets dirty fast. For the most part over the last few years they have kept the same core staff, which means a lot for their industry. They all do a great job. What sold me was on my 2nd visit, I watched a car pull in ahead of me that had dealership window chalk on the back window. I had my own internal conversation about whether or not they'd clean it off or leave it. Surprisingly one of the employees took a couple minutes to clean it off. You don't get that anywhere else, I never have. Here they take a little extra time, even when they have a line to make sure to hit the extra dirty spots, especially in the winter. They'll make sure to get all the road boogers out of the wheel wells, and salt off the back of the cars. They seem to remember their regulars too. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is due to the consistency of the wash quality. 8/10 times it does a pretty good job. But, the other two aren't very good. I'm not sure what the issue is, but when I leave, the car will have a film over it that makes it hard to see out of the windshield with the sun facing you. It's really annoying and you can see it on the finish as well. It is definitely something with the wash, but I'm just not sure what.. maybe a bad rinse? I've gone through slightly dirty and had it, and I've gone though mostly clean with just some dust and it's done it. But, that is literally my only complaint other than an idiot stopping at the dryer and almost being pushed out by my car.

I love leaving great reviews for businesses who truly earn them! This is one of those spots in northern Michigan that outshine the rest. These guys spent extra time getting my car clean before I rolled through the scrubbers. I was impressed! I hate spending money to wash my car because its usually never clean after the wash, but this car wash is well worth the stop.

The workers are awesome, they do a fantastic job, lakeside autowash gets my car cleaned, this place is a million times better than wash n go by meijer, lakeside doesn't scratch your cars, it's washed perfectly the first time. Would recommend the monthly plan easier and you get alot. I love this car wash #Lakeside Autowash

Moved a cone to get through in the wrong side of their driveway apparently, they refused me service because of it. First time I ever went here, and the last time. No warning, nothing. Just.. sorry, can t wash your car now.

I love this wash. Every time we come near, or drive through Cadillac we stop. The attention to detail on pre-wash is second to none! I leave with a clean car, something many touchless washes don't do.This one isn't touchless, but our Grand Cherokee comes out looking like new! As always a few minor spots aren't as clean, or spot. Such as mirrors etc, but that's to be expected.

I was getting my car washed in the automatic car wash. About 3/4 of the way through the car wash stopped. I waited for just over 5 minutes trying to be patient. I could see the workers spraying off a car behind me but seemed unconcerned that I was stuck in the car wash. I tooted my horn once and they did not acknowledge me. I waited an additional 2 minutes with no acknowledgment of my situation so I tooted my horn twice. Finally one of the workers came up to my car. I rolled down my window and asked what the problem was. Instead of an apology for the delay I was chastised for tooting my horn as it hurt his ears. He further stated, again with no apology for the delay, that he was attending to another customer and he had the right to shut down the machine for that purpose. I had been stuck in this car wash previously due to the chain breaking and was concerned that this was another mechanical failure which would require me to drive out. I have used this car wash for years with mostly great results and service. I hope this was a singular experience but it seems that management has some work to do here. Leaving a steady customer for 7 minutes in a dead car wash with no explanation and then no apology for the delay, not to mention chastising them for trying to get an explanation, is inexcusable.

The one thing I really like about this carwash is that when you pull up into the bay, unlike a normal automatic carwash, you have 2 employees that "pre-clean" your vehicle and get any of the more stubborn dirt/mud off before you go through the wash. This serves 2 purposes. The first one is that alot of washes will tend to miss certain area of your vehicle so pre-washing helps to eliminate that. The 2nd purpose is so that the vehicles going through aren't getting a bunch of dirt or mud on the car washs equipment(like the rollers that clean your vehicle)which can wear them out faster but if alot of the dirt sticks to them, could possible scratch your vehicle or the next vehicle up. Another nice thing is they have different monthly plans you can do where they take let's say $25 out a month and they give you a sticker for your windshield, which they scan before every carwash, instead of having to give them money/have cash everytime you go. Me and my wife each have a monthly plan and can go once a day everyday of the month if we wanted. You can't beat that

This is by far the best car wash I have ever been to. They sell monthly package deals starting at $30 I believe, maybe $35 for 1 wash per day. A "basic" wash is $6.00 and this place gets every bit of dirt, bugs and water off your car. And for those of you with an SUV that has a roof overhanging the rear window .... there will be no dirt or soap running down. If your able, tip the young guys pre washing. In case your wondering, I am just a very happy customer.

Lakeside is a good deal for getting your car washed, but they are running into the problem of being way too busy. Cars are backing up into Mitchell Street. You need to plan at least 20 minutes if you are going to get a car wash. Not enough time to run for a car wash on your lunch break and make it back to work on time. They need to look into being more efficient with getting cars through faster.

I live off a dirt road so I wasn't expecting much . The wash was perfect all the way around the car except for the 4 inch strip Down the very back that didn't get touched. Hopefully it is fixed soon. Other than that, the car came very clean.

This is a great car wash the guy's are power washing your car as well as spraying your car with bug remover before you go through the wash and they hand wash the back of the vehicle , I have never had a complaint about this car wash.

I have used this car wash for ever. I just bought a new vehicle on Friday. Went through the car wash on Saturday and now my car has scratches all over it. Had a manager look at it and he wont take responsibility for the scratches. I asked to go through the car wash again and had him meet me after I was done and I found new scratches on it. He still will not take responsibility. I will not use this car wash again. So upset about this.

My car is always clean when leaving Lakeside Auto Wash. However today I drove in with all four new tires in excellent condition. Referencing their video; my tire immediately started going flat upon impact of the machine. I received verification from a reputable tire repair shop that I received the flat at Lakeside. Yet, the owner wanted to argue. The tire cost $35.00 to replace. I did not want their money. I just wanted them to make sure no one experiences the problem I did. Lakeside, just lost a loyal customer. May God, be blessed and may God, bless you. All glory to, God!!!.

Just took my car through for the 1st time since their remodell. Not a speck of dirt was missed on my car and they also have tire brushes now. Highly recommend!
