Have had winterization services done a couple times. Good people. Reasonable prices. Flexible on drop off and pick up.

I was told before I bought my RV that everything would be checked, and made sure to be in working order. I bought the RV from them 4 weeks ago and I've had several problems already, that supposedly were checked before I bought it. Electrical issues and most recently, leaks from the gray water tank AND the black water tank. Jensens ensured me, before u bought, that everything would be checked and repaired, if necessary, other than the generator, because they don't deal with that.I doubt they did anything. If they had, they would have known about these issues. When I called regarding these matters I was told a "revised" story that they only check the appliances before selling. Absolute lie.Not to mention all the roof damage that needs to be repaired.I'll never buy from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Had my awning replaced. They installed the new material and it was the wrong color. Went from black awning to a white one (didn t consult me before they did that) and the new awning wasn t even cleaned after install. Had dirt, hand prints, boot prints, and it looks like they ran the barrel through the mud. A 2 year old travel trailer and the barrel looks like it s 10 years older. I m pretty sure that s not the barrel from my travel trailer s awning that they put on. Definitely would not recommend these guys to anybody.

Originally came in for damages caused by Florida weather and hurricanes original claim was denied even though I have two witnesses of what happened to my RV. I parked there while it was good weather and now it's freezing and more than likely all my pipes are frozen also this is put me homeless and Progressive has not paid what their contract States is covered due to weather in Florida.

First, the people were very polite which is why I decided to try them in the first place. I turned my Camper in to get a seal replaced on my slide out as I thought that it was causing a leak. They called to inform me that my seal was fine and identified a minor problem that addressed the leak. Their honesty saved me money and their skills fixed my camper. The service was fast and friendly. I recommend this business, and I will be a returning customer for repairs and services.

Dave was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We knew we needed sway bars and he was able to sell us a used kit on the spot and show us why. Thank you for being so kind!

They stayed open late for me and helped me diagnose my furnace. A different company sold me the most expensive part for my furnace and it wasn t even the problem. These guys really care about their customers. Thanks!

Had a bent bracket for my WD hitch and far from home. Very nice lady in parts and guy from service searched for the part I needed and found a one in the back room. Great service and good price.

Wouldn t recommend. Dropped a camper off for what they said was a easy fix & was told they are 2 weeks behind. 2 weeks turned into 9 weeks, they never reached out. Communication was poor to say the least.

Daughter and I visited. Was alot better visit then the first time I went alone. The lady wasn't helpful when I went just gave me a paper and that was it. No showings of anything. This past visit we encountered a man who was funny, helpful and we enjoyed looking thru some campers.

Wasn't much available on the lot, but the salesperson Dan who was informative and courteous, took our number and did call when something came in, by the time we were able to return his call, it was sold. The next day he called again with another possibility, we were making a purchase somewhere else. Only gave 4 stars because they really had no available inventory (due to Covid).

Had them install awnings on my Montana and couldn't be happier. Great job for a great price. We drove 35 Miles to have them do the work and it was worth it. They treat you like Family.

Stopped in to look at their campers. I fell in love with a few. Dan was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for and showed me what he thought would be the best for what I had in mind.

Helpful every visit. Friendly. They have the necessities for do it yourself repair. Tinted caulk, door latches, plumbing etc. Also a full service area. Prices seem very fair. My go to stop in Cadillac.

I wouldn t ever recommend buying a camper from Jensen. Me and my girlfriend bought a fifth wheel travel trailer from them and were told that it would be cleaned inside and out, both propane tanks were to be filled and all of our tanks we re supposed to be cleaned and emptied. But they didn t do any of that, our black tank was even still full from the people who owned it before us!! Although Dave was friendly and helpful, Dan was also very rude to me and called me a Cockbag as well as lied to us about multiple things. Overall it was a bad experience and wouldn t ever go back for business.

We were on our way up north, hours away from home and realized we d forgotten the key to our camper. The people here were so extremely friendly and helpful. They got us a new key and offered us lunch! Highly recommend.

We took our RV in for winterizing, and because we re new Rv owners, we had many questions about the systems, general operations, etc., of our travel trailer. Dave, the owner, was terrific in answering all our questions and explaining things in understandable ways. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. From now on Jensen s will be our dealer of choice, even if we have to travel over 50 miles to get there. I highly recommend Jensen s.

The owner was very pleasant and went back to unlock a camper or two for us since we pulled in just as he was closing. Unfortunately they didn't carry the model we were looking for so we ended up purchasing elsewhere, but Jensen's RV is a good dealer with fair prices, I would recommend them.

Very friendly, stopped in today to make an appointment for warranty work on our new travel trailer that we purchased elsewhere, since he was a servicing dealer. Talked to the owner Dave, and was very impressed.

Although they had to shut down for two weeks, as soon as they were up and running they got my travel trailer in and repacked the wheel bearings just in time for my family's spring camping trip. Thank you for hustling to get the job done.

They claim they check everything, our camper leaks, when it rains it s raining in our camper too. Our facets leak. And of course we bought ours outright. Found mouse nest in our pull out table

We pulled into Cadillac (State Park) last night to camp for 4 nights. First trip of the year. No hot water by morning. We tried everything. I called Jensen's and explained my situation to a VERY NICE MAN (I forgot his name in my frenzy (Randy? Maybe) who PATIENTLY walked me through MANY steps and possibilities. It's 36 degrees out and he even suggested and waited for me to go put a coat on. Everything together, about 15 minutes later, the water heater kicked on and we have warm water! YAY! Must have been a burp in the system. He was always kind and not the least bit impatient though phones were ringing and people came in. THANK YOU KIND SIR! Off to a warm shower! :-)

Wonderful people. Needed $15.00 worth of items, but spent $ 90.00 because of their great inventory of accessories for trailers. I will go there, again, if a need arises.

Very helpful staff here. If you need to fix something but are not real sure what you are doing lol, this is the place to go. Had everything I needed in stock. Reccomend!

I had a tire blowout on 131 on my way to Traverse City and my roadside assistance through my insurance was completely unhelpful Becky located tires for me and Dave took care of everything when I arrived even staying after to get me back on the road wonderful wonderful people.
