Family friendly Power-sports Store.I recently rented a snowmobile for 4 hours for my first trip on a snowmobile and it was a blast. The owners are really nice people and so are the employees.They answered all my questions about the snowmobile and made sure I was confident and ready to rideI will definitely be coming back and when I do I m going to bring a group of friends!

I had Jim pick up my pontoon the year before last to shrink wrap and store it when he picked it up at little cove I told him the check engine alarm was going off and asked him to fix it he said he would I said are you going to write it down he pointed to his head and said I got it in the Spring when I got it back he did not fix it said he was to busy. Then last week I had him pick it up to repair that problem service was prompt when I got my pontoon back where he put the gauge in he scratched and cracked the dash exactly where he put the gauge in so I took a picture of it and went to his business to talk to him about it he seemed irritated about having to deal with this he keep saying he was so busy with so many boats the gauge was in stalled crooked so came out with his technician to straighten the gauge before he came he asked me if the cover was off my pontoon I said yes it was the only one with the cover off on the dock I came outside he was taking the cover off my neighbors pontoon I yelled wrong pontoon my neighbor told him which one was mine they straighten the gauge and he came to my door and we talked in my garage he said he talked to his wife and the tech and they thought it was fair to knock 50.00 off my bill my response was I needed to think about he got upset and stormed to his truck saying don t every come to his business again and I said fine I won t. He never asked me what I thought would make me happy to correct the problem not once I never argued about his price which is full retail for a simple job I just wanted my pontoon fixed without any damage done to it.

Great experience renting a snowmobile. We damaged it a little and they were nice and understanding. Costs were very reasonable.

Awesome customer service. Went in just needing a jump for my sled... they offered me a jump pack (which was awesome). Battery didn't have enough juice to start so I purchased a new battery. It was negative 15 degrees outside so they let me install it in their heated shop. Cool guys, good prices. Thank you!

J & D Marine did an awesome job replacing my transom, bilge pump, and trailer wheel bearings. I won't go anywhere else.

I gave them 4 stars but I do have a complaint. We ordered a boat cover and 2 weeks later called and they told us the company didn't have them so they ordered from another of their sources and said they would call us and we haven't heard a word from them. That was in July of 2019. We have gone there with our boat four 3 or 4 years and have always gotten good service.

We use J & D to shrink wrap and store our boat for a few years now. Great service incredible prices and always very professional. We also just bought a brand new hoist from them best price in northern Michigan.

If I could give zero stars I would. They couldn't deliver a pontoon they have delivered multiple times before to the right spot even with multiple directions and calls. They kept calling the wrong person as well. They can't follow basic instructions or directions. And then the half-witted dingleberries left the batteries on and keys in the ignition with the keys turned to on. What freaking incompetent morons. Seriously don't ever use these jokers for service or storage of anything.

We had and emergency with our jetski trailer wheel bearings while heading home from Traverse City and they had us fixed and back on the road in an hour! Excellent service and knowledgeable staff! Thanks guys!

Cannot say enough good things about these guys.. had a sled down for 3 days and they did everything they could to get us back up and running. Very knowledgeable!Thanks for all the help!

Took my boat there to have shrink wrapped at 2:45 today and was done by 4:00. Great service with them calling me so promptly when completed. Thanks

These guys are the best. Muskrats chewed thru my power cords leaving the pontoon inoperable.They jumped in the late fall waters to drag the boat to the ramp.I couldn't have asked for better service.Service: WinterizationService: Winterization

I called up there to J&D from South Carolina I am a Michigan Man down here for wife's health reason anyway I have 40 ac. On the pine river and coming up to snowmobil for a week needed a new pair of bibs for the trip the lady who called me back after I left a phone message was great and had what I needed will pick up when I get up there looks like the best snow fall in years and chilly

They were resealing my lower end. Told me a week. Left mt boat out in the rain and snow for a month. Me calling every week to figure out what was going on it was 3 weeks before they ordered the parts. Won't go back.
