Amy and Victor are so great business owners! Great prices and they are there speedy quick when you need em. Whether your running late or not they are so kind and excited to help you have a blast!!! Some of these bad reviews on here I really feel like people don't take responsibility for their own actions. Sleds ran great and Amy is so helpful.

Staff was excellent. They were quick to respond to all my emails with answers to questions about the process and weather. Super simple to rent from. Delivered right to our hotel and within a few minutes we were off riding. Would highly recommend the Cadillac site to everyone.

Had a great experience renting a snowmobile from them. Delivered it on time to the hotel we were staying at with a full tank of fuel, and for being a rental, it was a really nice sled. Experienced no mechanical issues with the sled and both guys were very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely rent from them again!

We have never been snowmobiling and wanted to experience the beautiful trails around Cadillac Michigan. Victor rented us beautiful new machines and really took care of us. I mean, after we rode the trails for over nine hours, we well we got really lost in the dark. So we reluctantly called Victor and he and his wife happily picked us and the skis up. I can t say enough nice things about the company. We will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely loved our experience! We rented 3 snowmobiles, seemless process, very professional staff. This is the place to go for rentals. The online reservation process is great. Just all around excellent.

We contacted this company last minute about renting two snowmobiles. They had 2 snowmobiles dropped off within two hours. This company is definitely accommodating. We had issues starting one of the snowmobiles in the middle of the lake, at night and Vic road out to help us. Quick responses and definitely ready to help. We had a blast renting these!

Rented a snowmobile from GNPS this weekend. The sled was a Polaris 600. Ran great and had no problems with it. The associate who took my information over the phone answered all my questions and explained everything well. Victor delivered the machine and explained the features and controls. Gave me advise on trails and was very helpful.Thank you for a good day of riding! Will definitely recommend you to anyone that is interested.

Do not spoil your vacation with this shady rental place... If you rent from them, make sure you inspect machines very carefully before taking delivery. Will try to blame every damage on you. Equipment is two stroke, you will ride in a cloud of smoke. Amy is nice only before she collects money. Any problems later on, she is not available or assisting other customers. Vic is always on the "job" and will not return you calls or messages. Poor, rude, unprofessional customer service.

Greater north power sports has a very nice selection of new snowmobiles to rent from. Different brands as well as 2-up and single seat snowmobiles to suit your needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I can see why they are the premier snowmobile rental company in North West Michigan! I can't wait for My next rental! See you guys soon!

Our sleds were canceled the night before due to bare trails, but I awoke to snow and phone call saying we were still on and everyone was beyond excited! Great experience all around! Amy was wonderful to communicate the entire 3 months prior to our rental date. The free delivery/pickup was wonderful and we will absolutely rent again if we travel back to the beautiful Cadillac area. Thank you guys so much!

Horrible customer service, rude and unprofessional.We rented out 5 snowmobiles to be delivered to our place and by the time we got ready to leave to hit a trails 9:30am we found out that 1 snowmobile#70 have broken suspension. We call them and sent a picture of it Lady over the phone said that we working on it and after that silence, no response. Then she answered and said that we broke it. Later on we received a text that replacement on a way 11:37am. At that time 4 snowmobiles were way far out in a trails so we decided to cancel that replacement. 1:41 pm replacement has arrived.Ruined our day and still been charged for that replacement which we never used. Not happy

Greater North Power Sports offered us a great snowmobiling experience!! They were so helpful in offering ideas of which trails to take and where to stop and find gas... and even a good restaurant! It was my first time snowmobiling...and I can honestly say, that at 63, one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. The trails were safe and beautiful. Our sled was great...no issues. Don't hesitate...life is short! We are already making plans to return soon!

Rented 2 jet skis for 2 hours! Service was terrific! Jet skis were in great shape. Very informative and friendly! Had a blast! Will be back next summer!

Had studs installed on my new sled, preseason check done on another sled. Very prompt service. Dropped the sleds off, picked up same day. Good people to work with. Very informative, and communication was great. They even power washed the older sled, which was dirty from sitting in my garage. No extra charge. Definitely happy with my first experience with this business.

I would highly recommend Greater North Power Sports. They dropped the sleds off at your door and pick them up when you re done. They ran and functioned perfectly. Worth every penny. We ll be back.

We came up to Cadillac to snowmobile for the first time. We had an amazing time! The staff was kind and friendly. Amy and Rex were both knowledgeable and helpful. What stuck out to me is that everyone really wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves above all. Great company great crew. Most convenient place to rent snowmobiles. Thank you!

Very pleased with our recent experience with Amy and Victor. My wife and I rented a 2-up sled for a day. Although we had some mechanical issues with the 1st sled, Victor and his crew were quick to get to us and swap it out with a different one. They were really great to deal with, we will most certainly be back next year! Thanks again guys!

It is easy to see that the owner of this place always puts customer service at the forefront of his business. We had an awesome experience renting four snowmobiles over the weekend. They were super helpful, quick to answer any questions, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. They even accommodated us making changes/additional requests at the last minute. Would definitely recommend them and will be back next time we re looking to rent this type of equipment!

I rented a snowmobile from them on February 26th. They give you a 23 hour rental period. Unlike a lot of rental places they will meet you before or after normal business hours for sled pickup and drop off. The sled was a 2022 Polaris Indy 600 SP with 137 track. Everything on the sled worked and it ran well. I would rent from them again and recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a sled.

Horrible customer service, avoid this place at all costs. One person in our group rented 5 snowmobiles and they were all in his name that is why you can not find me as a customer. When you rent for a group you do not have all drivers on file.When you rented 5 snowmobiles and brought one in not working condition and ruined the whole day for all of us with even worse customer response which was none. We tried calling, messaging and dead silence

Awesome place to rent from! We were driving through town and called to see if they had any rentals left and they had 2 ready and dropped off for us in about 15 mins. Very polite and easy to work with. Would recommend to rent from Amy any day. Had a blast on the trails, Thanks!!!

Hello everyone, I just want you be careful when renting anything from Greater North Power Sports. These guys are there to rip you off. Please don t give them your credit card as they will charge without your consent and then you will be disputing with your bank. They charged me $1560 without my consent. I will take them to court for sure. These guys need a lesson and they will learn very soon.

We rented these for a company outing.We showed up and they had the sleds already ready to go. All the sleds ran great the whole time. No repairs. Victor was great to deal with and straightforward. We will definitely be back to rent sleds again. Great experience.

Victor is a liar and scam artist. He was 45 minutes late. The atv was dirty and the gearbox was clearly damaged. We rented 4 hrs but clearly he wanted us to go out and have the gearbox die on us then charge us for the repairs saying we were the cause of the damage. We called him after 10minute in the atv to let him know and ask for a new atv. He stalled and made us wait another hour. Then lied directly to our face saying the atv was clean and functioning fine. He was very combative and rude. We asked for a discount since he wasted 2 hours of our time at this point. He refused. We then asked for a full refund and he laughed in our face. He's still trying to charge us 500 for a 10 minute atv ride. HE ALSO REMOVED MY FIRST NEGATICE REVIEW.
