Was trying to find a horn for a piece of equipment. Spoke to Rochelle on the phone and instead of listening to what I wanted was too busy telling me I was too ignorant to tell her what I wanted. Demanded a picture of the old unit when it was a lot simpler than that. I offered to give her the denso generic number and a specific Toyota number as an example. She then began explaining to me the intricacies of horns and how they could be different internally or wired differently etc.Now that I think about it, maybe she didn't understand horns at all and was hoping a picture would help her. If that's the situation, I'm sorry, just be honest.Their website is based out of country so my firewall wouldn't let me access it. I called IT and got authorization to open it up long enough for me to take the 30 seconds to find what I was looking for.

its stressful at first but once you get the hang of it, it fast pace and fun, people are awesome to work with and challenging at times. and have some good trainers to get you where you need to be.

Fiamm is a great place to work. The pay is fairly comparable to other factories in Cadillac with good benefits. It is a fast paced and highly demanding work environment but the employees are awesome to work with and within a short period of time the fast pace becomes much easier.
