This Place is Amazing!We had got a dog door for a sliding glass door and it wouldn't fit. Modular/Double wide is approximately 73 1/2 inches The gentleman' cutting glass reconstructed the door changed the glass now we have a perfect fit. We also have and old China cabinet that needed glass he was able to d I a perfect job in less rhan 15 minutes . I highly recommend DouGlass

Best work done have used twice on two different vehicles and prices amazing and install is quick and service is top notch as good if not better than safelite would recommend over them anytime

I cannot say enough good things about the DouGlass products AND team. I ve now worked with these folks for two projects and they have always delivered above expectations (which were already high!). If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you DouGlass team!(They also have some of the best glass cleaning product I ve ever used)

Have a small chip in my windshield of my car. The people from DouGlass looked it over really good. And reassured me that the type of chip it is doesn't spread. Totally made my day. They're super helpful and nice to deal with.

My friends have all had a positive experiences with them. Me, not so much.In fairness, Chad Carmichael and his co-worker, for their part, stood out as exceptional in their work.

Doug is one of the best small business owners in Cadillac. We got our windshield replaced, but unfortunately hit a rock a month later, cracking it again. Even though it wasn't covered, Doug split the difference with us, only charging us $100 (rather than $205) because we had just gotten it replaced. He even bought us lunch for the inconveniences. A truly amazing guy! Thank you so much Doug! We will definitely be back!

The staff here is on it!We are roofing a house here in town, and our customer asked us to replace some hail damaged window panes. I called DouGLASS The Window Guys at 10:43 in the morning and I m writing this review after I got my glass panes cut and walked out of the store 40 minutes later!

Our windows were installed last week. The two men who did the instillation were wonderful. Unfortunately they forgot our screens. We made the mistake of paying the final payment before the screens were delivered. My husband and I have called multiple times and keep being told "the screens will be delivered today". But it hasn't happened yet. Word of advice, do NOT pay these people before everything is completed to your satisfaction.

Scheduled a door install and never showed up. Won't answer calls. We are out $900. Avoid these people and their subcontractors.

Worse place to get parts! Order parts for door 2 months ago and they never called to say it was in! I called and they said oh ya your parts in 2 months ago n laughs! Poor service and quote me a wrong price I payed twice what I was told. And it was the full parts! Never going to them again!

Had windows installed today great service the 2 guys were friendly petted our dog and didn't mind my 2 year old running up to them and asking to be picked up. Highly recommend this company
