Dean's did an awesome job on my truck, they even knocked 50 dollars off the original estimate. They even detailed the inside which was, in my opinion, above and beyond. Very pleasant to deal with, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with everything they do. I highly recommend Dean's.

Not many can say going to the collision shop was pleasurable. However, I can say that about Dean's. Ross, the voice on the other end of the line was EXCEPTIONAL! I am car/body work challenged. He made it easy. Ross took the time to inform me with total patience and professionalism. They are the top collision shop in our area and one of the top in the state. With that high accolade comes a downside. High demand. They want to keep quality at 110%. Sure, they could decrease quality and make more $. However, that's not their way. Also, the issue of getting parts is slowing the ability for quick turnover. Thus, do not lower your rating of Dean's if they can't get you in or parts are slow to get job finished. Their work from quote to finish is so top notch it is worth the wait. Kudos and thanks to Ross and the whole Dean's team.

We just stopped in for an estimate and to make an appointment for repairs. We were waited on promptly, given an estimate, and set up with an appointment. We were very satisfied with this part of the process for getting a repair. More review to come when work completed.

We have used Dean s several times over the past year for both personal and business vehicles. They were very honest, accommodating, and kept us updated with the progress on our vehicles. Friends from Main had a side view mirror accident. Dean's fixed it and got them back on the road west by the next afternoon. Reasonable price and friendly desk staff.

I'm from across the state and found Dean's Body Shop a very courteous, polite, friendly environment. Job was completed on time. They were able to.provode me a rental while they worked on my car. Excellent quality of work from this team led by Devin & Ross. Very cooperative, prompt and skilled. They have a strong technical expertise & even stronger supply chain to back it. Frankly, did not expect such superlative quality of service on the day I got into an accident at a place 4 hrs away from home but these guys changed my entire perspective. Keep up the good work!

Dean s has done great work, fantastic customer service and will make sure you are happy before that vehicle leaves the shop.Sorry to say but, I ve had a couple of cars worked on from them. I have had the misfortune of doing business with several body shops throughout Northern Michigan. Dean's is the best of the bunch. Great work, great customer service, and fair pricing. I'm willing to drive an hour out of my way just to have them work on my car.

I had a deer hit me and do a decent amount of damage. Dean's helped me through the process and my truck came out looking as good as when I bought it new.I would recommend Dean's to anyone.Thank you for the excellent service!

You know, you can't go wrong with getting your car fixed at Dean's! I'm rather chagrined to say I backed into a hitching post and needed a whole new tailgate on the van, but I did! My car looked brand new when we picked it up! They even cleaned up the floor mats...thats service plus! They did a great job and I appreciate that!

Dean s was suggesting by just about everyone in town. Everyone was right! I had hail damage across my whole truck, plus my wife hit a pickup causing front end damage. You can t tell it was ever hurt. From the dents to the paint not one thing is off even slightly. If your thinking of using them you ve on the right track.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Rear bumper panel was accidentally torn off my car. Took it up to Dean's and they were very pleasant, helpful, and quick. They took the car in immediately and cfixed it within minutes ! After a bad storm that caused a tree to fall on my truck, I took it to deans and they fixed it up. I am amazed at how great my truck looks. Amazing service and very friendly staff. Will definitely be going back for future work. Thank you all so Much for everything you have done, it really helped out a lot.

The best service at Dean's! I dealt with Devon and he was so helpful and friendly.they did an excellent job on my Lincoln navigator after I hit a deer.Would highly recommend!!!

Excellent and timely work. Not only did they do a great job on my truck repairs, they also coordinated a loaner car and returned my truck washed and detailed! Highly recommend!

Ask for a quote on fixing my van. The guy I talked to acted like I wouldn't be able to afford the $200 dollars he was guessing off the top of his head it would cost. Asked him to look into it and order what he needed to and call to make an appointment when everything was ready. Never heard from them again even though I called back at least once.If you don't want my business just say so, don't treat people like they can't afford to have things fixed though.
