Called Complete Tree Service to come check out a tree that had fallen on our roof. From the time of the quote to the job being completed was less than 24 hours. Jamie and his team were great to work with and provided excellent service at an affordable price. Highly recommend!

Complete Tree Service was beyond outstanding. The quality of work was top notch and we were so grateful for the work they did on our property and around our home. They showed up with a full crew accomplished a job that would ve take us weeks in just one day. They are undoubtedly a 5 star business.

Great service. Highly recommend. My Mastercraft boat trailer broke down with a blown out wheel bearing and tire on US 131 near Cadillac. We had the boat and trailer towed to Complete Trailer & Heavy Equipment Repair the next day. Jody did a great job finding parts and had it fixed within a few days once the parts came in. Great job on the wheel bearing and tire replacement and explaining what went wrong and how he was going to fix it.

We lost a wheel bearing on our jet ski trailer on our way to the lake and needed to find a place in the area to replace it. The man who worked here was so very helpful. He drove to Traverse City to get the needed parts and fixed it that evening. We picked it up first thing in the morning, so we could enjoy the day on the lake. The price of the work was very reasonable, as well. We were very pleased with our experience!

Discovered we had a broken leaf spring on our fifth wheel travel trailer as we got ready to leave Manistee Michigan. Called Jody and explained the problem. He said he could fix it while we waited. He gave us directions to his garage.When we got there he looked at the problem called and located the part. Within 20 minutes of arriving they had the part and started the repair.The job was completed within 1.5 hours and we were back on the road.Jody and his crew did the job quickly and I was very pleased with the amount I paid.If you need help this is the place to get it.We highly recommend them.

Jodi saved my bacon this last week! Lost an axle on 115 with a pontoon on trailer and he came out on location, assessed the damage, and had the trailer towed. Had me back in action with a new axle before the week was done, awesome work and very responsive and great to work with! My go to for trailer work in the Cadillac area for sure!

Took trailer there to get new bearings and lights fixed. They put new bearings in and they were loose. Didn't tighten them. Had to get another place to fix it right way. Also they replaced the trailer lights said the light was bad charged me 70 for light and labor. Light still doesn't work. Worst place to go to get anything fixed right.

Brake away cable snapped on trailer. Contacted them from road, given directions and arrived to be quickly attended to with replacement and repair completed in 20 minutes. Great service friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Sent trailer there to get fixed was told it would be done following day. 2 weeks later never even been worked on. Worst customer service ever. Good place to go if you dont need your stuff fixed this yr.
