I take my RV the Cadillac Truck Service. The RV has been converted to a mobile medical clinic. They provide good customer service and outstanding mechanical service. As a small business owner, I need to have my rig mechanically sound, and I need someone I can trust. Awesome road tester. Doug is awesome. Friendly and made my experience just amazing. I am very pleased abd got my license back. Yay!!! Suggest Doug to any one who wants lawful information nmand to teach how to be a safe successful driver

I took my motorcycle endorsement test here and the instructor was super nice, understanding, and patient. I had no idea they did motorcycle endorsement tests here but now that I know I recommend all my friends to get there's done here!

We can't say enough good about this business! They did everything they could to help us when we broke a leaf spring on our boat trailer while on vacation. They worked us in the same day, drove to Traverse City to get the part, and had us back on our way to finish our vacation. Not only were they pleasant and easy to work with, they did quality work for a reasonable price.

Had a coolant hose brake on my truck and they were able to get it in pretty quickly and get it fixed. I wasn t gonna be able to make it to my delivery still that day and needed to stay at a hotel and they offered to let me borrow a vehicle to drive around town but then found out they didn t have any available. All the employees that I talked to from the ladies at the counter to the mechanic were super nice!

Horrible!!!Charged me $8000.00 to put new break lines, booster, drum breaks and rear leaf springs in a 1979 f600 dump truck. Truck still doesn't have breaks and they won't return my call. Worst experience with a mechanic shop in Northern Michigan, which is saying alot!

Took my brother there to get his semi fixed. Two weeks later it's done and go pick it up. While driving down the road he realized it wasn't all fixed so had to turn around. Around three more hours the broke up his plastic in his truck and put this goop all over the plastic and looks terrible! Will not be going back there!

Had a screw in my tire they took it and inspected the tire no leaks and did not charge me very friendly people will go back
