Best place in town! They did a first class job on my 2015 F-150, with a full transmission service, differentials, and transfer case. John, Kevin and all the crew have a customer for life. Great guys and they treat you and your car like you were part of their family. That kind of automobile care is hard to find these days!

My husband and I are so thankful for the service we received today. Truly a top notch shop. They got us in the same day to replace the tires our 24 ft enclosed trailer. My brake line blew on my car and I decided to take it here because of other reviews my family and I had read about how well they do brakes.So I m here to confirm the stories are true. They gave me an accurate range for an estimate of what it would cost and the final price was inside that range. That s nearly impossible to get anywhere else these days. There are always some sort of hidden fees or something to rack it up even further. But you can tell that these people are honest and good. I will be taking my car back here and you should too!

Get your car fixed here and don t overpay! Great customer service. Quick repair times unless your waiting on special parts. The best shop in Cadillac!

Can't say enough about this business. The owner is a terrific guy. They have gone above and beyond for us a number of times to get something fixed for us while giving us options to make it as affordable as possible. They always explain everything about a repair and answer any questions I have. The kind of place and the kind of people I feel good about giving my business to and recommending to others.

The first time I came in, they got me an appointment and didn't charge me to re-attach the exhaust tube to my engine on the car. I came in a second time for a purge valve problem and they fixed it in no time at all! Honest guys and just a great business! 10/10! John, Gary, Dave, and Kevin have all bent over backwards to help me and my family with top notch service with a smile. In the last month I have had to take a vehicle I was borrowing to 2 different shops in Cadillac. I had huge issues with both and spent a lot of money at them. One even caught the car on fire and hid it never mentioned it to me so when my car needed work after sitting for a few months I tried this place. They were amazing from my first phone call all the way up to pickup and it ended up costing $30 less than quoted which never happens. They explained to me everything that they noticed and how soon they felt it would need attention so I didnt feel like they were just trying to get more money out of me. They were great and im going back tomorrow to get a tire put on. Also the precautions they are taking during covid were great. I had been to another shop the same day getting the borrowed car fixed after they messed it up and I didnt feel like they took any precautions. Well done I wont go anywhere else now! Thank you

John and Gary had great advice about the best value tire for my needs. There were a few to choose from, but based upon what I use the truck for, where I drive, and mileage, they had some reccomendations. These are name-brand (Firestone Winter-Force II) tires, with a good warranty, at a fair price. I called ahead for an appointment, and Gary had everything done in under an hour. I hope to see you in the Spring, for some "warm-weather shoes". Thanks again!

They didn't have the tires I needed, but they were very helpful in trying to get the tires same day, so I don't know how their workmanship is, but their customer service was very good.

Breidenstein's made room in their busy schedule to check out a vehicle I was interested in buying, then fit me in later in the day with a small repair to my older vehicle. They were fast, courteous, and exceptionally kind to this out-of-towner! Oh, and reasonably priced, too! Thanks Breidenstein's for making my day a lot less stressful!
