It was a pleasure working with Drew as my salesman. The excellence of his work made it very easy being an out of state customer! Drew is very knowledgeable when it comes to out of state sales. It made me feel like if I was in person working on purchasing my 2024 Silverado 2500! A week later and it s now parked in my driveway from Michigan to Grand Prairie Texas! I m pleased my truck issues were addressed immediately.They were forth coming and they offered every amenity to address the down time.They also offered extra help for the down time, and are trying to expedite parts for the repair beyond their control.In the past, they have also been professional as now, diligent and have made the time spent waiting in the lounge as comfortable as possible.When I had a concern with my repairs et.al. Logan was very diligent on returning calls.Logan, is specifically, transparent and is good with discussing repairs and costs and offering the best deals on the costs with a Veteran Discount,I come to Betten & Baker because I purchased my Truck there, and have been at other dealerships in the north, none have been as superior to Betten & Baker-Cadillac.This is why I return to them for quality service.

I thought they were very good but my complaint about my Bolt went unanswered. The phone constantly disconnects so they upgraded the software and now it is much worse. To make a call, I have to pull off the road and reconnect the phone which can take as many as 6 tries and then it stays connected until I shut the car down.

I have purchased vehicles from dealerships for almost 30 years. This has been the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Drew and Cam made sure that everything went smoothly and did so without making me feel like they were doing me a favor. When everything was said and done even my wife said she's never going to another dealership again, they made two customers for life.This is a dealership that is worth driving across the state to buy your next vehicle hands down.

I cannot recommend Zach Robbins enough. He got us into a great Jeep and even brought the spare soft top to our house since we did not have a vehicle that it would fit into. I will definitely be back when in the market for a new vehicle.

I went to check out the new Chevy trailblazer as my car was totaled in an accident. I fell in love with one but my insurance hadn t paid out yet so I would have to wait. Well, I left with that new car! The sales team made it possible so I didn t have to wait. I appreciate you all for making it so easy!

Logan in the service dept is awesome!! Betten Baker I hope you see the value he brings to your business. In many cases I was told by other companies you need this, this, and this done to your vehicle. I bring it to Logan and find out no you don t need that done it s perfectly good the way it is. Honesty from a dealership service dept. is a rare thing as they work on commission in most cases. Don t hesitate to go with Betten Baker for your vehicles maintenance & repairs

I brought in a coupon from the Betten Baker website for my LOF and Kade Elkin the service advisor accused me of whiting out the expiration date. I had to show him the coupon on his website to prove that it was accurate and unmodified

Wonderful service on my 2023 Blazer. No wait times, greeted professionally and service was completed in 40 minutes while I waited. I drive from Grand Rapids to get my service done at BBC in Cadillac - they are the best!

I don't live in the area, I'm from St. Johns. When I hit a deer north of Cadillac, I debated on having my Buick Enclave towed to my hometown, but after checking with a few people who gave Betten Baker good reviews, I decided to have the work done there, which was the closest to where the accident occurred. It was over $19,000 and it took over two months because of parts delays. But Guy and the entire team there kept me informed on the progress. I was very happy to pick it up. The work and service were top notch. It drives like a dream and looks like nothing happened. Thank you. Jennifer Kiel

Bad run away from this placeWill update when I have all the proofThey have a Parts and Service provided as-is disclaimerI have only seen this at a salvage yardHad my car there for service for 4 days from 7.24. 7.28.23Charged for services that did not get done and were not performed per the service manual. Asked about the warranty not on paperwork, was told to ask another dealer. I took a video to prove that the services were not performed. The owner was irate with me when we spoke.I drove 1 hour to be disrespected for spending 1800.00 of my money

I recently bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado RST shortly after I noticed a shake when in 4x4. It had a 4 inch suspension lift that don t come with a differential drop. So the sharp angle was causing issues. Cam didn t hesitate to get me in a full-size truck while mine was being worked on. Ended up having to put a 6 inch suspension lift which came with the differential drop this fixed all the issues. They stood behind their warranty and none of the upgrades costed me anything out of pocket. Wouldn t hesitate to take it back for repairs. Staff and the technicians definitely put the customers first. Thanks again.

Great dealership honest sales people I bought a 2006 expedition from the back lot. I was in inbetween vehicles, and they definitely helped me out. I almost didn t buy it because of a bad experience at a different dealership. (Not owned by them)

Service department was awesome. They fixed my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 dulley in a timely matter & treated us with the utmost respect. We was on vacation & had the low coolant light on also engine light on with a message saying in 154 miles miles will reduce 65 mph we went in there doing only 35mph. The technician found the problem asap & resolved the problems. They also updated the software. Thank you fir taking care of us ...we haven't had anymore issues since

I can't thank Logan and his team in the service department enough. My girlfriends and I were about 3 hours from home. We were our way to Traverse City for the weekend for a Bachelorette party when we had car trouble. I contacted Betten Baker Chevrolet's service department and they said we could bring it right in. After only 30 minutes they were able to diagnose the problem and had us on our way in a loaner car. On our way back home we were able to pick up our repaired car and didn't miss out on any of the festivities. I feel that they went above and beyond for us and I couldn't be more thankful!

Wife bought a 2023 Trailblazer from them, nice guys. Not the best deal but I'm not complaining either. Fair deal. We bought it. Had a 2020 Equinox from them and the service was great, good guys in that department too. The gals there are super great and should probably get a raise or bonus or something. All in all a good experience.
