Appreciated the quick fix on our truck, but when reviewing the bill, it reflected (what seems) another unnecessary $36+ for a surcharge (don t use a credit card) and a shop charge for repair order. The shop charge seems redundant. Repairs cost enough without adding these extra fees. Not happy. Just scheduled an oil change. Will there be another shop fee ?

Just got me a new truck from here and I LOVE it! It was super quick and super easy to get through the process and drive off in my new GMC Canyon! Also thanks to Evan, Jonny, and Brad for all your help and getting things done fast and easy!

The service in the body shop was very terrible. Was told my truck was done found multiple scratches. And then found that they never fixed the dent in the rocker panel. When confronted manager had audacity to tell me that it looked better then it did. Very very displease with my experience and have been telling everyone I know and meet in cadillac and surrounding areas to stay far far away. And had to take my truck to a different body shop to have the paint fixed

Very nice staff , excellent work done on my truck love the new grill!!!! They loaned me a vehicle for free (nice suburban) they called when it was done 2 days I think it was. Which was fast to me and got my truck back as promised all fixed up with a new face lol..... the work they did was excellent my grill was discontinued so they got me a really nice replacement that looks great on my truck....Thanks again Betten!!

Cody was awesome. We drove six hours from Ohio to pick up a truck. The truck was clean and ready for us to pick up. Brad had all the paperwork ready. It was the best experience I ve had purchasing a car.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The advertised price was great and they gave me a decent appraisal on my trade in. Josh was very helpful and accommodating, I even got a free hat. No high pressure sales tactics, just a friendly small town dealer.

They scheduled our SRX for service within a short amount of time and even was able to work the service in hours earlier due to prior drop-off and their work schedule opening up. They added a check engine light issue at the end and identified it as a manufacturer warranty costing us nothing for that service.

What a fantastic experience! I really wasn t sure what I was looking for. Not a challenge for Cody Zagers! He talked with us about what we were looking for. He wasn t in a hurry or rude instead the total opposite! He was so kind, extremely knowledgeable about all the different vehicles, and patient with me while I was trying to decide what I really would like. Cody and the finance lady, Anna, made this the most easy purchase of a vehicle we have ever had! Head on out to the south side of Cadillac and let Cody help you get the vehicle you are looking for!

I knew the car I wanted when I came in. It wasn't quite ready, but Jon took us down to the detailing place to check it out. It was beautiful and immaculate and clean. The car fax showed an accident with a deer, but you'd never know. There was no pushing of gap coverage or additional features. If I wasn't so apprehensive about my first vehicle purchase, they probably would've had me in and out in an hour. I'm super happy with the car I picked out, although I wish it had a sUn roof. I figure remote start is a good trade. They got me a great rate, and had my payment under what I wanted. Would do business with this place again.

Our car broke down going thru Cadillac and Dave the service writer saved our vacation !! He recommended an excellent tow company (Petersons) and had us diagnosed and back on the road in less than an hour !! What terrific customer service. Thank you Dave !

My daughter came in on an emergency situation while traveling home to the Upper Peninsula, from Grand Valley State University. The staff at Betten Baker GMC were extremely helpful and fixed the issue on her car within an hour. I am grateful for the help, as she was able to get back on the road. I purchased my car a few years ago. Had a great experience. Easy, efficient, great car! I do not live in the area, so its difficult for me to have my car serviced here. Ran into some issues when I took it to my local GMC dealership for service. Turned out there was a communication issue at the time of the sale. I called and spoke with Greg. He listened to me and immediately offered a resolution. Thank you Greg, for making it right! I truly appreciate your integrity and will return when I'm in the market for a new car.

The service department was phenomenal. My 2021 Chevy Tahoe started running rough about 20 miles from Cadillac. Talked to Dave on the phone and he told me to bring it in and they'd check it out. They were able to find the issue right away. Rather than wait for it to be fixed, (I was traveling with my German Shorthair Pointer)they provided me with a loaner vehicle.

I was told that there was nothing wrong with the heat in my car. I have had this car for 3 years and I never had this problem with the heat until recently. The heat will be working fine and all of a sudden it starts blowing cold air. It was just doing it on the passenger side but now it does it on both sides. They said it works that way on auto but I don't run it on auto. I had to pay $129.00 to tell me there is nothing wrong with it

This is the one dealership I honestly LOVE going to when having my vehicle serviced. I didn't have an appointment booked out like I normally do, but called and was able to get a day-of appointment with ease. Was in and out in 30 minutes and had zero issues whatsoever. So grateful to this team for their professionalism and dedication to customer service!

I made a trip Louisiana to Lake City, MI over July 4th week. South of Chicago and then again South of Grand Rapids I could tell I was starting to have some transmission issues. As soon as we pulled into Lake City and unloaded I called Betten Baker and they told me to come on over. They were able to get their hands on a transmission and replace all things associated with it and get me back on the road. Evan and Devin really went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough!!! We are back home in Louisiana!!! Thank you!!!

I have had great Service at Betten Baker of Cadillac. The Service Dept. Helped me with an issue with my tires and didn't charge me. The Parts dept and Service Dept. Is top knotch. I will continue to return there for my needs in the future. Great place awesome Sraff .

My experience up front was great in dealing with the salesman Lincoln on purchasing my 2017 Ram, I love the truck I purchased, just seems Lincoln s service stopped after delivery and signing the check. My Ram had had a damaged front bumper which I specifically ask if it had any damage done under the bumper, he informed me that just the bumper had the damage, when I took the Ram in for an estimate at our body shop it turned out to have also damaged the bumper bracket and mounting plate. I reach out to Lincoln and asked if they would be willing to help me out with the cost. I also asked for a copy of my warranty information that was part of the three months warranty on the Ram and of course never heard back on any of this. This kind of service is why I wanted to try Betten of Cadillac Mi out instead of buying locally.I would recommend if you re thinking of a purchase with Betten to not trust them and have your vehicle inspected. I guess it s hard to get good service regardless of where you go these days. Thanks

My God Father used this dealership to buy a car and we had a great experience! The customer service was top notch and the manager, Scott, was incredible! They have great offerings at great prices, and you can tell they really take good care of their customers. Highly recommend this dealership if you re in the market for a new car!

My handicap mother went to get a car from there she can't really inspect a vehicle so she went to this dealership with good reviews she spent a total of 22,000 for a 2018 chevy trax with a whopping 180kmiles . The engine light came on on the way home the steering and alignment is way off the suspension sounds horrible the antifreeze smell is horrible and from the looks of it there isn't a lot left the engine compartment is really dirty covered in oil and dirt they didn't even bother to clean this car .... the sales guy tells me this car with almost 200,00 thousand miles is worth it ... really that's how you treat a handicap person you take advantage of the situation she could of bought a car with that kind of miles for the 4,000 she put down
