These people have been More than fair in all my car repairs. Their prices are far lower than any other place. Some of my repairs were estimated by other place double if what affordable charges. Have never had any issues with their repairs either.. Highly recommend them

Very good mechanic. Service to myself and vehicle was very professional. The owner, JT was very nice and andca good businessman. The price was very accurate and worth the work that was done.

The KINDEST Service men & women you will EVER EXPERIENCE. The service was incredibly quick, reliable, dependable, and friendly, they answered all my questions. Got me in and out the next day. This is the type of service everyone should strive to provide to their customers.

Our truck overheated on the highway. I managed to drive over to JT's. They were busy but got a new radiator and installed it, quickly. They did great work and went above and beyond with customer service. The world needs more great people like the team at JT's. And like the name says, it was "Affordable". My family and I are so grateful.

This shop has been amazing to me. I drive in from Houghton lake to Cadillac which is a 40 min drive just to have them work on my vehicles. They are very transparent with you and helpful and all around great staff. Just have to call head to make your appointment and they keep to it. So I'm my words thank you all at affordable auto for your efforts and help. I'll definitely keep going back.

I have brought my vehicle in multiple times to get checked for more than one thing and every time I do only 1 thing gets checked out. Then when I call back to make an appointment for the rest of the stuff? They give me attitude and get upset. Saying I'm adding stuff. They literally just brought my vehicle back to me and said they were not doing anything with it becuase the got tired of being asked to do everything that was askedServices: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

Although we all HATE when something goes wrong with our cars/trucks, it still must be fixed. These guys did a great job! The woman at the front desk was also very kind as well! This was my first experience with Affordable and I don t think I ll use any other business going forward!! Thank You for being professional and actually Affordable!!

Great experience and very friendly people! I made an appointment and they fixed my truck the same day. They were super honest and offered an amazingly fair price. I have a story unlike any I ve ever experienced before. I was driving south on 131 heading from TC to Saginaw. Heard a whining noise under the hood and then quickly lost all power steering. Turned my hazards on and pulled off the highway. Found Affordable Auto Repair and stopped in. Oliver greeted me and within a few minutes diagnosed my problem and pulled the truck into the garage. 20 minutes later the parts were in hand, and another 15-20 minutes later I was back on the road. It took less than an hour for him to diagnose, order parts, receive parts, install parts, test the system, and process my payment. I was back on the road and made it to my appt in Saginaw only being a few minutes late. Oliver s attention to Customer Service was outstanding! Thank you so much! I highly recommend these guys. I took my truck here after the local Ford Dealer told me the job couldn't be done and I would need to order new parts. The gentlemen at Affordable Auto fixed my truck (as a walk in) in less than 30 minutes and only charged me $45. Ford wanted to charge me 10 times that amount. I'm a loyal customer and will always choose Affordable Auto Repair first! The BEST!!!

Great auto shop. Did an engine r&r on my truck without any issues. Great prices. Mechanics are honest and know what they re doing. After going to a few other shops in town and not being very happy at all, these guys won a repeat customer for sure.

Would never trust my vehicle to another. They treat you like family and will never have you fix unnecessary parts. Nice to know my car is fixed exactly the same way his mother's would be. Very reasonable prices as well!

Took my Toyota Tundra to affordable auto for a front end alignment and to fix the power steering. They called to tell me that it's the rack n pinion and it will be 2 weeks because they have to order the parts from out of state. 2 weeks later they called and said the truck is ready. When I picked up my truck the steering wheel was very crooked but I took my truck home anyway. When I got home I again didn't have power steering I took my truck back and they told me that the part they replaced was also bad and that it would be another 2 weeks to wait for another part. I asked them to fix my steering wheel. 2 weeks and 4 days later I called them to ask what is going on with my truck and they said it is fixed. They said they called me but I had no missed calls from them. Immediately after picking up my truck I put new tires on it because the front tires were worn. Now 4 weeks later the new tires are worn!

We were quoted a set price for a tune up and qhen we arrived to pic up our vehicle they increased the prce to almost double. Then they explained that the person who quoted me the price had no idea what they are doing. This does not boost my confidence in the shop at all. Adhere to your quotes! Especially since the work that was requested had not changed!

I've been going to AA since I got a referral there from a fellow Veteran. Since then I've taken everything I can't do at the house to him. Lift on Jeep, front axle repair, coolant system fix ect. He's first on my list and normally last unless I just cant get in soon enough, which he makes efforts to address important stuff, for anything we need at home and at work, he's the man....I hesitate posting this simply because I don't want him to be busier than he already is and delay me getting in when I need him. BUT, give it a go. You won't be disappointed. No need for thos e over priced chain stores like Muffy and Tufflerman.
