I had a cracked wheel, and I think Tyler was on top of it the whole way. They put my spare on and didn t charge me for it. They got everything in a day early, too. Awesome place and great experience.

Always a great experience here. No one looks forward to new tires or service work, but Wonderland makes it as enjoyable as possible with a nice waiting area, kind service persons and excellent pricing.

Very helpful for my new all season tires in time for the recent snowfall! Very kind staff, great scheduling, and the replacement only took 20min. Highly recommend Wonderland Tire

Been going here since I was a child. They haven't changed. It's one of the last places from my childhood that still has the same family feel. My dad got me going to this place soon as I started driving. He passed away a few months ago and this place will always remind me of him

They mount and balanced my 40x13.50r17 mud tires. I showed up at 730, open, and 8 guys came out and unloaded my trailer fast. Great service and great price for people looking to mount big tires

Liars. I came in for their $100 out the door alignment as messaged me through Yelp, and was presented with a bill for $165. Strongly protested and got a whopping $15 discount. Fifty percent more than I had budgeted. THREE TIMES I mentioned my $100 budget to the guy at the front desk, and he never mentioned it would be more. That is SO WRONG! That said, the waiting room and restroom was clean and the alignment seemed okay on my first drive afterward, which is the only reason for the second star. Just trying to be honest about it, unlike them. Can't tolerate such dishonesty!UPDATE. By end of day (and after my bad review), I had received an apology from the person who gave me the wrong estimate and a refund of the overcharge, which I appreciated. But that still doesn't excuse the men at the front desk that weren't listening to me the multiple times I mentioned my $100 budget and didn't say anything before the work was done. So still, caveat emptor! Buyer beware!

A bit pricey for just putting 4 used tires on rims and balancing, but the customer service was tops, and was well informed of what and how things happened.

By far the best tire experience I ve had! I needed to move my appointment last minute and the staff was so understanding and accommodating. The lobby/waiting area was clean and had fresh coffee, water, and snacks. Service was very quick and all staff I spoke to were so friendly!

Pulled in with a screw in one of my trailer tires that another shop had advised was too close to the sidewall to patch. The person I spoke with said that they can often properly and safely patch trailer tires that other shops are not willing to. When they pulled the screw out they discovered that no patch was necessary. When I asked what I owed they said no charge just be safe out there

I was there for a three axle alignment and didn't have to wait for them to work on my truck. They started working on it right away.The shop is large, clean and spacious and the yard has plenty of parking.

Stopped at Wonderland Tire to have my golf cart tire remounted. Got there 20 minutes before closing and the Gentleman at the desk look at my tire and pointed out a few issues but still mounted it and aired it up for me and the price was spot on. What great associate and so professional! Wonderland Tire is a great place to have your tires service and looked over! Great job Wonderland Tire!

Just had our 2004 Class C motorhome aligned and new tires fitted. The coach now runs and drives as it should. Excellent service, great communication from Lance. I'd recommend Wonderland for all your tire and alignment needs.

I had a nail in my tire. I found it late in the day Saturday. Every place I called said they had 30+ cars ahead of me and they are no longer taking any cars. Everything was closed on Sunday. I drop my car off at 7:30 at Wonderland tire by the outlet mall on 84th St. They said by the end of day or the the next the car will be ready. I kid you not may be a few hours go by and I get a text saying my car was ready. Amazing customer service. The gentleman that checked me out was very nice. I m only coming here from now on. Everyone else wouldn t take me and the ones that could said drop it off Monday it will be ready on Friday.

Absolutely in awe with the professionalism and courtesy of this business. We own an automotive repair facility on the other side of the state and came in last minute on a Saturday in a full size tow truck that had tires out of balance. They accomodated us with a smile, had a beautiful facility, and provided top notch service. Thanks from Averys Auto!

Scheduled an alignment on my Mazda 3 for this morning. I arrived when they opened up at 7:30am. They got me in right away and I was out of there a little more than 30 minutes later. They provided a nice printout of the adjustments showing the before and after. The facility itself is very nice, they have refreshments and some snacks for people waiting, a big window that shows out into the work bays, and even have some kid toys if you need to take your young ones with you. Needless to say I was very pleased with my experience and won't hesitate to bring my vehicles here in the future.

We have a small -Veteran owned trucking company, and good service in this industry can be very difficult to come by...The folks at Wonderland Tire were absolutely amazing, especially in these times where great customer service and a fair price are afterthoughts. I have not experienced or seen that feeling of great customer service since my childhood, it was a throwback to the days of great service, products, and workmanship for a fair price! From the second that I walked through the doors and was greeted until I departed the Grand Rapids location my experience will last a lifetime and I will not hesitate to strongly recommend them! You know when you enter a business and the employees are generally happy to be there because they often reciprocate that good energy to the customer. They respect the time and resources of a "Working Man"!Semper Fi

I should have known by my experience the first time that I shouldn't have gone back. First Visit- took my Silverado to get an alignment after installing a level kit, they told me they could not do the alignment because the ball joints had too much play (which I understand). They asked if I wanted a quote to replace and it was $1200 for 2 lower ball joints and 2 upper control arms. I ended up replacing them myself along with 2 tie rod ends for roughly $250. I returned for an alignment and was out of there for $89(?) for a 2-wheel alignment. Second Visit- because of my first experience, prior to getting a 2-wheel alignment, I replaced ball joints, control arms, tie rod ends, idler arms, pitman arm, and put a level kit on my suburban. Called, made a 2-wheel appointment, and was asked if it was lifted or lowered and I said has a level, told me a day and time and that was that. When I returned to pay for the service my $89 alignment now costs $138.. I believe a regular 4 wheel alignment costs roughly $120. Without any upfront notice there is an addition charge for "lifted or lowered" vehicles. Mind you, everything upfront was just disassembled and replaced oem, no aftermarket shocks or anything. If I never said it had a level, they would have never known because it made almost no difference in height and absolutely made zero difference is the alignment process. My favorite part is the $12.50 "shop supplies' line. I didn't even get my missing valve stem caps replaced so I'm not sure what shop supplies were used. Its not like they even had to use a torch because everything was apart 2 days prior. So, failure to mention a "additional charge" for a vehicle that doesn't meet the "lifted or lowered' criteria, the inconsistency in price on 2 "leveled' trucks for the same service, as well as the additional "shop supplies" charge with no context (and what I believe to be for nothing) is where my 1 star review comes from.

Kylar is awesome!! Not only does he help me quickly with getting quotes and helping me get jobs done for my customers he also got me some bf goodrich tires in for my jeep very quickly and at a fair price. Love this place and the people!

Tire received a puncture on our cross country trip, and our flat was repaired in 20 minutes, probably less!! Impressive and professional work, and most of the employees are friendly, especially when they greet you or return your vehicle!

I write a lot of Google reviews and few get 5 stars but I would give 10 stars if it were possible. Simply put, this is the best tire experience I ever had. I needed special heavy load rating tires put on my 2021 5th wheel Keystone Alpine after the original HiSpec tires (China bombs) blew up during the 1st year of use. Wonderland had both replacement rims and high quality Hankook Special Trailer 4,300 lbs load rated tires IN STOCK. Lance was the fella that helped me, he's the best. I live in Jackson MI and drove 2 hours each way to take my RV there, that tells you how good these guys are. They know trucks and RVs and also do cars too. And the new facility is world class in every way and includes work stations so you can work while you wait. I've owned 60+ cars/trucks/RVs over the years few have more experience at tire stores than I do, Wonderland is the best.

We had a tire emergency shortly after 4 this morning. Our usual tire place did not have a tech in our area so we called Wonderland. The on call tech, Adam, was great! Thank you for the prompt service!
