My first visit was a few years ago when we broke down, they got is in as soon as they could and were quite fast with the repairs, from the moment i walked in i was treated with exceptional professionalism and when i got the truck back i was blown away with their work cleanness and willingness to go out of their way to make sure all is as it should, i was super happy and it wasn't even my truck!!!. Fast forward a few years, went 3 hrs out of my way to go back with my new truck and i couldn't be happier that i did, no one has service my truck like this guys, Aaron was my service provider and not only professional but extremely attentive, my technician although I don't know who he was did an amazing job. So much so that while conversing with Aaron i mentioned an airline connection that worried me because of the angle and to my amazement when i got it back. I notice that they had fix it. Just to make me happy . If you care about your truck and want only the best this is the place. Pay for premium service and you will get it...I will be back..

Excellent service, Alex is the best service writer I ever dealt with. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and on budget. I would certainly come back here for truck repair in the future.

.They have charged me $1044 just oil change !!Over charge !! I called Volvo dealership and other shops semi synthetics around $500-600Never ever go to these location!!!!

Fast turnaround time! Actually done right the first time.Now working for them as a diesel mechanic. Techs take pride in quality work. A hard thing to come by.

This place rocks!!! Clean as any shop I have ever been to. Everyone is super friendly and the service guys (especially Dan the Service Manager) was extremely knowledgeable. I have a customized truck that has been to two different shops and they were never able to diagnose the problem and these guys were all over it and got fixed ASAP. After the repair, there was one thing that needed attention with an adjustment on the shifting arm of the Allison transmission. They sent a guy 100 miles the next day (I was not stranded) to where I had it parked and immediately made the 5 minute adjustment. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND.

If you want the best service in Michigan Williams is the way to go, the night crew is awesome super friendly and straight up, it s not like any other nation wide shop, Williams will actually show you and explain to you what is wrong with your truck.All my trucks get major service at Williams, Brandon has worked on most of them, he does an amazing job, takes his time and does things the right way, he will actually keep you up to date with pictures of what s going on.Grate shop super clean, super friendly, prices are descent, but the job is done the right way, any problem just bring it back, there warranty it s amazing, they will fix it as soon as possible.

Hey you all I just got my truck repaired at this shop and when I tell you I am in love with the shop staff that serviced my truck. Mr Nick the mechanic that worked on my Truck was great with making sure I understand my truck and it's system and also told me about all the benefits of joining the WW WILLIAMS road side service program and also took the time to tell me about all of there other location. I had to write this review because I have honestly never been taken care of so great as a customer when getting my truck serviced by other locations. That have gained a loyal customer thanks to Nick and his whole evening crew love y'all and see you all again when ever I need more work done or just maintenance and the

I dropped my trk off for repairs called every day a couple of times each day I got have to go check can I call you back gave my name and number never called back and when I picked up my truck they put the key in the battery box ,I also had things missing and someone had gone through all my cabinets

My Cascadia broke down in Grand Rapids. Very hot August day. Rick Kubiak came out worked his butt off for 3 to 4 hours. Extremely professional. And fixed my truck.I highly recommend WW Williams.

Great place!! Had a blown air bag on my trailer and called in the morning with the part # and by the time I got my deliveries done and got there, I got in within 30 minutes. Had some complications but Josh the eve supervisor and tech Austin did what they had to do to get me goin. Very pleased!!

Initially thought they did good work, but upon subsequent visits learned differently.Had a/c on 94 377 Pete repaired, and it worked for about a week or 10 days. Found the inlet was leaking on the condenser and returned the truck to them. As I had bought the condenser on my own, they would not honor any warranty work. When I took the old condenser (which they had put back in the box) back to Peterbilt for credit, I found that they had totally destroyed both inlets - just torn them off. So it was worthless. They had charged me $650 for that one, and I had originally paid $437. Williams charged me slightly less than $1000 for the repair, so I licked my wounds. It made me consider that they had most likely over-torqued it and damaged the first one.Sure enough, a few weeks later, the new condenser developed a leak, and I'm in Louisiana with no a/c again.It's a bit far-fetched to expect multiple condensers to be poorly manufactured, so my conclusion is that their mechanics have treated aluminum as if it were steel and wasted it.And, of course, they don't respond to phone calls to try to make it right.I'm just a one truck owner, so I'm probably of little consequence to just another big money corporation.So be careful when you go there. If your needs require anything related to aluminum keep a very close eye. They're probably good with straight engine rebuilds and major work not requiring a little finesse, but for more close quarter work I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Spencer the manager here really helped me out today. I had trouble with a simple air line job and it turned into a nightmare without an impact. He came out and got my old airline hoses off and threw my new set on for me and saved me a lot of grief. I will definitely be back here and have these guys service my truck. Thanks a lot Spencer !!

Had a bad experience here. I'm an owner operator leasing a truck. Instead of contacting me with any issues like I advised them to do they called my lease company instead. I even gave them my personal cell number to contact me. I dropped my truck off on a Monday was told my truck should be done on Wednesday or Thursday. Didn't get it back til late Friday. They tried telling my lease company I needed new tires... Funny thing is that I just had all 10 replaced with Virgin rubber not even 3 months ago... I'll never go back! My complaint list is extensive from lack of communication, not listening to the fact that I'm the one that pays my bills on my truck not the company I lease from and for them to contact me with anything, needed a pm done they never put the cap back on, didn't change fuel filter... I won't be back. I don't like dealing with freightliner so I gave them a shot... Time to look else where

Our motor home lost power to the engine & dash on the highway after hitting a pothole. We were close to the welcome center & managed to coast off of the freeway. WW Williams in Grand Rapids sent field service repair tech, Rick, out to us right away. He found the problem immediately & got us back on the road. We think this place is amazing! First time dealing with Williams on a truck of ours. Couldnt be happier! They addressed the problem immediately and truck was fixed and ready to go within 36hrs. Previously i had brought it to K&R 4 times and they couldnt even figure out what was wrong with it. Thx Williams, you the best!

Took them two and a half hours to get an alternator for my truck. The dealership was a mile away. High markup on the alternator. They did do good work.

Sitting here at 02.30 after spending over a week in the shop and nearly $14k on our truck less than 12 hours ago, and smoke is billowing out with oil and some red stuff all over. And they re not supposed to be open for two more days. Think I m happy?

Overcharged me on the initial repair once I point this out they made corrections, drove the truck 5 miles the same issue happen, towed the truck it back at a cost of $250.00. then they changed me an additional $200.00 to fix their mistakeUpdate never was contacted by W.W. Williams as they stated in their response.

Brandon is the best tech in the Grand Rapids area. Williams prices are steep but they will make sure that the fix the problem and not just put a bandage on it so that you come back.

Brought my truck here for bad fuel mileage diagnostic. Charged me $1000 and 5 days to tell me that they're not sure what's wrong but most likely injector seals or bad egr.

This place clean compared to other shops, however the price is too high, the reason i gave them one star ( no trust) cause I believe Scott (the service agent ) he tried to add more money on my bill to clear that i was talking to Mechanic guy about an issue that i wanna fix in the future or if it need to be fix immediately and he told me that he add 14 units of oil when i went to the disk to pay the bill he told me it s 16 units I didn t want to make a big deal so they don t give ne a disconnect to shut me up or it s will be for free i told him its 14 not 16 units i paid and left I don t trust a place like that to fix my truck where they steal money funny facts he said he been working there for 24 years stealing people money unfortunate person for such a place....

I am always impressed with the customer service and kniwledge they have. The availability of parts is awesome. Other parts vendors can take notes. WW Williams sets the standard.

I wish we had not chose W.W. Williams. They're not honest and a bad value overall. Definitely consider Frieghtliner just down the road. This place is a nightmare.
