I had to reschedule my appointments multiple times because of poor communication between this business and safelite auto glass. When i got my vehicle back, my check engine light was on and my car started chugging, stalling and my rpm guage was wiggling around 1-2 when idle. After some investigation, i found that a fuse was blown during the process and the mechanic took the fuse to my emmission valve, thinking it was unused, to replace it, causing a multitude of problems. I even ordered a new EVAP valve before i was able to diagnose the problem.Services: Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Great people, great prices and great service!! I was taking a trip from Alpena to downstate and halfway through my car started having major issues! The next morning I took my car there and they fit me in right then and fixed everything before I had to leave! They were very honest and nice to work with. So glad I found this place. Will recommend to everyone I know in the area!

Great service, extremely friendly, great prices and even more importantly...HONEST repair work! Always able to check my car out, get me in quickly and tell me things that are not critical and things that should be considered getting done soon! Highly recommend to get your auto repairs done here! Will never go anywhere else! My mechanics for life!
