The experience of 10 years has been absolutely in all dealerships of Thermo King, I can definitely advise this best one, always very quickly if something is not clear easily explains advise prices are always adequate never charge more than it costs!!!

I ve been through a lot of Thermo King Dealers throughout the years but this one is by far Top Notch From the office staff through the Service team They kept me informed throughout the entire process .Want to give a special shout out to ( Randy Becker )APU Magician Thanks will Definitely send people ur direction and I will be coming back for Sure

Great people very smart technicals. They will find the issue right away. Sadly they didn t have the part I need but!!!! My reefer is a carrier so I totally understood and he send me to the carrier location that is in Hudsonville MI. if u have a thermo king this is the right location.

The place did not fix my APU. I am returning again to get fixed again. Monday returning. Not good.

This place is as good as advertised. They got me in with no appointment with a little bit of luck involved. I wish I remembered there names but great customer service. She went out of her way to get me in and also the tech went out of his way to repair my apu. Saved me a weekend of hassle. Really appreciate it again!

They are excellent at what they do.my APU alternator had to be replaced.called and got lucky.they got me in same day I called.they've done work on my APU before and always gets done right.the 1st time.good people.very polite.Thanks.

Just had a great experience here.Our reefer was broken and after hours Tech came quickly and fixed it fast. Very nice and helpful guy. Even bought us Gatorade on this super hot day.

I was thinking they are N professional shop because as a dealer they supposedly should.... but the reality is something else ....i went there to fix a small problem which the Apu heater is not blowing hot air which is weird in a less than 2 years old unit to act like that it still too early for that but it's ok i went there spending 600+ dollars and went on the road a week later it still not working i went back they said u need to change the board which more weird in less than 2 years i almost changed half of the unit but it is ok so i paid another 1100 dollars went back on the road and still not working .... and instead of apologizing to the customer they referred me to a different shop saying we are no longer working in ur unit because u swear on them in the shop ..... LOL ....really ?? Is that how it work ? Even though they supposed to fix it first then say we cant fix it here anymore but to run away from fixing what they really know nothing about instead of that they play the fox game to avoid another failure .So for anyone wanna go there u can take my advice which ............RUN AWAY ......or waste ur money to them .This unit was supposed to save me money but in 2 years i dont think that unit saved me that 2000 dollars i spent to them between oil change and 1700+ in maintenance.So if u have an APU . Dont fix it there .... look for a pro shop ..... i wish if i can put no star or minuses but it is ok .So take my advice again buddies and........ RUN AWAY ........... away with ur money from that place .Or try a different product .And believe me folks a friend of mine told me to not fix it there but i didnt believe it .Now i apologize to my friend for that .

They worked on my refer three times without fixing the problem and they charge me every time I go there. What kind of dealership is that! They need better technicians.

Always Good people and service. Managers, office staff, and of course the mobile guys. Jamie goes above and beyond even calling me back while on vacation for a simple question enabling us to postpone service.

Had a pm done on my apu that morning. Later that evening the apu stopped working called John and he got me in just before closing. He found a broken wire and stayed after to fix it. That is customer service and John is the key that makes it happen. Thanks

Was headed to Muskegon with a frozen load and the reefer went out I called them and they said to get it here, I got there they got me in a bay right away and diagnosed the problem and fixed it and I was on the road in less then an hour!

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS THEY LIED AND TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME THEY ARE SCAMS THEY MAKE YOU REPLACE PARTS THAT DONT NEED TO BE REPLACED THEY ARE THIEFS STAY AWAY FROM THEM
