Brought in my daughter's Chevy Cruze with some loose wiring in the headlight. Not only was the work done properly, but the communication was great. We have a few other vehicles that have pressing issues. We will definitely be bringing them here as well.

Can t speak highly enough about Brian and the crew over at Pro Auto Services in Byron Center! This spring they did a complete TeraFlex suspension system on my Jeep JK with Falcon shocks! Looks and rides amazing. Definitely check this crew out!

Nice christian people who does your repairs, very honest people you can trust... Everytime they fix my cars my cars last a while before I have more problems. Very fair shop... U won't be disappointed letting these guys work on your car.

I wouldn't go any place other than Pro Auto. They do great work and went the extra mile to get my car done when I needed it most. And I trust them completely when they tell me what should be done to fix my car. So honest and friendly. And they know what they are doing.

The alternator went out on my van when it was our only car for a family of six. Every place in town was saying it would be at least 3 to 5 days until they got to me. I called all pro auto, they mentioned being busy but said they would try to get to me as soon as possible. It has only been five hours and my car is already ready with a new alternator, belt and oil change. And they came in much lower in price then I was quoted at other places too! They re getting another lifetime customer out of us!

Under new ownership and it definitely shows. Does not follow state regulations or proper repair procedures or prop diagnosis.

Have been taking my vehicles to Mike and his team for the past 14 years. Even through college in another state I'd have appointments scheduled on breaks so I could have the Pro Auto team work on my vehicles. Always honest about repairs and fixes. Never felt shifted or pressured one way or another. Can't thank them enough.

I must say that Pro Auto has been my place to go for auto repairs for several years now. Owner Mike Holland has treated me fairly each time doing what needs to be done but not more than what needs doing. The quality of work is tops and pricing is competitive. He will often suggest various ways to address my situation. A great shop when you have vehicle problems.

Pro-Auto is a professional, loyal and knowledgable auto place. When my older Camry recently reached the end of its life, Mike steered me away from purchasing a vehicle that seemed like it might have costly maintenance and helped me choose a reliable vehicle within my budget. Great people and solid service.

Mike has been straight forward and honest with me in the several years that I have been using their service . He has recommended fixing some things that have saved me money by doing them now instead of waiting for later . I would recommend Pro Auto Service to friends.

Mike and his team are amazing! They are always willing to go above and beyond for their cutomers and their prices are fair! Great service like this nowadays is hard to find...I would HIGHLY recommend Pro Auto.

"MIKE and the MECHANICS"I was originally referred to Mike Holland/Pro Auto years ago. I not only continue to trust "Mike and the Mechanics", but I have referred many as well. Here's one example as to why:I brought my 1994 Chevy truck in for a broken brake line. (c. 2008) Upon fixing the line, Mike noticed my front brakes were recently done but done incorrectly. (Yes, I had a friend who is a certified mechanic do my front brakes for $20 to save $$$.) Because of how shotty' the brakes were, he fixed the problem. Here's his explanation, and I quote: " I don't know who did your brakes, but you're lucky to be alive. I can't in good conscience let you leave here with an un-safe vehicle.".If you look above Pro-Autos' Service counter, you'll see Mike Hollands certifications... Please take note of the years he's spent on perfecting his craft. I have a MASTERS in ART, I have two... He has seven... :)

They were quick, polite, and most importantly: competent. I had them look into a coolant leak and they managed to have it squared away in hours. The cost wasn't particularly cheap, but still fair and reasonable.

All aspects of a very complicated repair were clearly explained. The repairs were expertly performed and no corners were cut. I feel grateful to have this business in our area. Their expertise and concern for the customer's needs are "over the top".

Were very fair and trustworthy and did not fix any more than needed to be fixed. The price was very fair and came in way below what I expected. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be returning for any future service needs.

Great place, bring the car here and always am treated with respect... they don't know that I am a car guy, just don't have a lift to use and am lazy :) but always treated with a more than reasonable quote and work is always done on time

Very honest. I know they won t try to sell me something I don t need. I ve experienced two occasions where they ve recommended that I don t need any work done.
