They no longer do trailer washout there nobody wants to work anymore

Right around the corner from the Spartan Nash I delivered to this morning. Very nice lady in the office. If it s cold out (like today) they will ask you to get your reefer up to at least 40 degrees before going into the wash bay so water doesn t freeze in there while they re washing it out. Nice place, easy to get to. Backing into the wash bay is easy and you have a truck stop right across the street from it. I ll def come back in the future. Prime has an acct w them :)

This is my truck after second time what they called is washed, a dude and the lady in the office swerved at me numerous times.

Edited.... Stopped here to get a truck wash and a washout. The place was a ghost town. The bays were all open. I walked in the office/chrome shop... and there was nobody to be found anywhere....OK you said that you do hand wash at 10:00am but washouts were as they arrived. I was here at 9:45 am then I took a 7 hour break across the street. I came back for a washout at 4:50 pm and was informed that you were closed. I tried again but you failed again. 2 times in the same day. I hope other people get better service than I did. I am however anxious to see the excuse this time. You've already used the labor shortage.....

We had our RV washed. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. Arrived 5 PM on Saturday and no wait. I couldn't be more pleased.

It did not wash anything off the truck at all. They have offered to make things right just waiting on that! Will update review after they have!

The auto wash does a great job on our service truck! It's a little intimidating at first, make sure you leave your wipers on high speed and you will be good. The slower you go the better the wash.

Seriously going down hill. No organization to this place. Usually truck washes have a line up system. It was pouring rain outside and I needed a food grade washout. Lady actually told me to go park my truck then she would talk to me. How rude. Nobody even came in after me for over 15 minutes. $50 for a basic washout here anyway. Cheaper elsewhere.

Called to check on an item but they didn't have any. In fact had never heard of it. I have been to their chrome shop before but it is small, can't carry everything

This truck wash is a gamble. Sometimes it's a great wash other times its looks like a plain water wash. Have no citrus for polished rims so they say ..no frills wash jobs.

Manual truck wash which I used for my camper. $2 per foot. Basically high pressure soap wash, but does the trick on a camper.

Next to a truck stop and it was empty. 5 minutes later I know why, terrible people, bad attitude, i rather go somewhere else.

I use the automatic wash here. It does a decent rinse off.
